I had the worst experience with this place. I went there to do my eyebrows since it was the most convenient location. Big mistake! Not only did she ruin my eyebrow and made it look like two different lengths, when I pointed it out she first tried to blame me for it, but I insisted I felt her pluck the hair out and a hundred percent sure that it wasn’t like this before, she finally took the blame. Then she suggested I make the other eyebrow short as well, as it ruining one wasn’t enough🤦🏻‍♀️ then she proceeded to charge me full price (which by the way, is higher than saloons I get better service in). She apologized when I called her out at the reception. Never going back again…

Recently I have done with step layer haircut and protein treatment. It was a good experience for me. Another day I went for eyebrows threading too. I feel good and less painful( as all of us know it will be a painful process for sensitive skin types). I have a small concern about the rate of each services which I feel is little high.

Very good service liked the service of staff there I went there for haircutting. After longtime I feel so happy after cutting my hair. It changed my look entirely. Very happy with panache salon. I will definitely refer my friends to panache.

Worst hair salon ever! please don’t waste your money by going to this place. It has been such a disgusting experience, the hairdresser was impolite and didn’t do her job well. Please close this disgusting Salon it shouldn’t even be open. They really cut my hair so bad, i just have to wait for it to grow. Disgusting service

So I went to this place for haircutting, waxing and for my eyebrows. For haircutting - I went to this place twice and both the times they send me back stating my hair was way too oily. I should have tried another saloon, due to my bad luck I thought I will go back to this place again. On the third time, they did cut my hair for it to only looks like uneven grass that we find near the footpath. I asked them to give me a layer cut, my hair was so uneven, and did not look anything like a haircut. I dont even know the haircut they gave me(maybe panache cut). For waxing- so by now, I have like almost 5 years of experience getting waxing done and by now I know it hurts. But that day panache taught me, how your soul can almost leave your body while getting ur legs waxed. It was so painful, I was surprised. And the wax was so hot, despite telling the lady multiple times the best she could do was blow on the wax to reduce the heat 🤷‍♀️ (what even!). Obviously that dint help at all and the toucher continued until the waxing was done. And then for the eyebrows- which the easiest and basic service any parlour serves, they managed to mess that up as well. My eyebrows is the weirdest looking for now.So if u dont want to look haggard and uneven, and if you love your life, Id suggest to never visit that place ever again.

This place is so so filthy. The staff providing the services were reusing the tissue papers and she didn’t even bother to sanitize her hands before starting.This place is overpriced for the quality of services they provide. So very disappointing. Please avoid this place at all costs. Wish I could give them 0 stars. Wonder why the municipality hasn’t shut down this place already.

I went for my daughter’s haircut and they said it need to be washed I asked if they could wash they declined stating the dress may get wet even after I assured that she wouldn’t move. But that’s ok as kids may move. I went home again washed her hair to the best I know waited for an hour and went but again they disappointed me saying the hair still had oil and they cannot cut as it is bad for their scissors 🤔 which may be since I don’t know salon business I don’t understand . I totally wasted my time but good it gave me a chance to book an appointment in a better salon Blush and Curl and I am happy with the turn of event as they were ok with her hair gave me a very good service and as far as I know their scissors are still functional 😊. But I believe what I went through in the former beauty parlor was a bad service as if they cannot do just say once or provide an alternative but here I was totally disappointed by the service. For convenience I choose this place as it was close to my home but learned my lesson .Quality is better than convenience.👍

Today I had a great experience of my life time with the panache saloon. Angels do exists sometimes.This review is not something which you find as usual where the people force you to comment. This is truly from my heart and real life experience. My hair was completely ruined bcoz of my keratin treatment with the famous saloon in dubai sisters beauty saloon mirdiff. They completely damaged my hair and could not even explain nor after complaining rectify my issue at all. Just out of my luck and Madam Hemas genuine interest of helping me she asked me what happened to my hair. She saw that something was seriously done wrong and she voluntered to fix it for me. And bcoz of my terrible experience i could not believe initially that something can be done to fix it. And the magic happened for me bcoz she fixed my hair as she told. Its simply bcoz she do it with her heart and not for business. Ms Hema madam is highly qualified and she knows the science and the quality for the products she have to use in her saloon. So highly recommended if you need a trust worthy saloon who knows what needs to be done and not just do business for the sake of looting the customer. Wishing you and your team lots of success and growth for the coming years.

One of the ladies here bruised my skin while plucking my eyebrows and then had the nerve to blame it on me. small injuries are common, but this caused a very evident bruise. even an apology would’ve stopped me from leaving this review. horrible lack of accountability from the staff.

Sumi was very kind and gave me the best haircut! She was very accommodating and gave me advice on how to look after my hair as well. Definitely recommend! 😊

Rajjo is staff who was doing half leg wax...she was putting boiling hot wax and my legs were burnt and informed many times still she was doing same ..I used to do half leg same wax before..nobody has done that..again i will not come to this salon..

Very unhappy with manicure n pedicure. Not done properly. There was not even pack applied. Bad experience and i will never ever visit again nor recommend to anyone.

Almost 2-3 years back I also went to them to trim my hair a little as I had my hair below bra length. I just wanted to trim a little and give a u shape . The staff chopped my hair to shoulder length even without asking. 😭 I was like how will I go home with this short hair . I loved my hair. After that never went their . After that recently I went their to shape my daughters (6) yrs hair. I was not satisfied with their hair cut. Before they were the only saloon in Sheikh colony. But now there r many. I prefer going to blush and curls than going panache even though they r expensive. The service and the products are worth paying.

Dont bother going there .. horrible place . I asked for a blow dry and hair wash .Came out of the salon with flat lifeless hair with no bounce ! Went home and washed my hair again . Waste of time and money ..

I was really impressed by their services! They are quite dedicated and experienced and also offered me some great suggestions! All the staff are doing great work! I was attended by shashi and Nastu( I hope her name is right) I did my haircut and highlights with them and the result is amazing!

Avoid this salon like the plague. Their prices change conveniently as per their whims. All the reviews Ive seen so far here are 100 percent spot on. The one star Ive given is only for the good work that they did on my hair but the overall experience was a nightmare.

I requested for hair wash and blow dry… snd they did only wash then I asked for blow dry.. but price the mentioned is unbelievable…and it was entirely different from the price they mentioned through phone 1 day before…service was not good … and customer service is very bad…especially manager sitting inside counter…

The hair cut that my sister got was so bad. We spent almost an hair explaining what to do and yet they got it wrong. She had to take another haircut elsewhere. The owner was so so rude and didn’t even apologize, on the contrary she overcharged us! I can’t imagine how this salon still runs

Worst experience i had with this saloon. Last 2 times i did my facial from here my skin got extreme dry and had discoloration at particular areas. I never used to have pimples, but after this facial, i had pimples for next 3 months. They are not checking the skin type of the customer before they recommend the type of facial.I will never go for a facial again from this saloon 😡😡😡.

This is probably the worst salon i have ever come across. The staff is extremely rude and they act as if they are doing you some favour. I got my eyebrows done here from a nepali staff who was good at it but the second time she was busy so they told me to get it done from another staff who is equally good. But this one didnt know the abc of eyebrows and made my fully grown eyebrows into a thin line with a disastrous shape and when i told her what she had done she argued that i shouldve waited for the nepali staff instead of getting them done from her. Next time i grew them again and went to shape them from the same nepali staff but she had left the salon (kudos to her for that), and that same staff and another one were once again very rude and indifferent when i asked them about their facial services. there are thousands of beauty salons all around and with such a disgusting customer service who would bother to even look at this one agian !

Its ok but I really wouldnt prefer cuz my mom goes here literally everytime and its good experience but when sometimes, my mom calls them, they usually dont pick up.

One of the worst beauty parlour ever I went.... High cost with bad behaviour of the staffs... I went there for blow dry straight which they said it will cost AED 85/- after seeing my hair + AED 30/-. But later they said for ironing it will cost me AED 105 + AED 30 for hairwash. Unwillingly I agreed for the same. So one Nepali staff started cleaning my hair & the commented that I have little oil in my hair & I said I know, but she didnt bother to hear me & kept on commenting that I have little oil in my hair, I need to use too much shampoos to remove oil from your hair, etc. & started laughing. I warned her once that I know my hair is oily a bit, but am paying for hairwash right? She still did not bother to hear. Later, after blow drying my hair, she started ironing my hair, & ofcourse while ironing steam will come from hair... Seeing the steam, a customer asked in Malayalam about my hair, to which that Malayalee Old lady commented in Malayalam that, She (I) have come to straight her hair with oil in her hair & started laughing... I was trying to be patient thinking of that staffs age. Later this Nepali staff again started commenting on my hair that my hair is dry... My Goodness! I am paying for my hair & I have to hear such stuffs about my hair???? Such a negative energy I got in that parlour that I just didnt want to spoil my mood & leave from there as soon as possible. I will never ever recommend this place to any of my friends. 😡😡😡

I had been to the Saloon today 09 april2021 with my daughter for hair cutting , ridiculous the owner did not provided the bill and moreover they have not sure about the hair cutting charges, the owner told me that its AED 95 and moreover the beautician said that for layer 75 and step cut AED 25 and they have returned AED 95 back instead AED 100...Guys, please aware when you take any kind of service, kindly ask the rate prior to the service.. if not , they will screw you with their own rates..I had been couple of beauty saloon from fast 11 years experience .I have done a couple of times hair cutting but none of the saloon had asked to pay breakdown for the hair cut... There many saloons gives us wonderful service... Feel like giving complain to the cunsumer service
