I had a gelish manicure and regular pedicure.Pros: Salon practices a good hygiene. Staff were gentle, friendly and pay attention to what theyre doing particularly when you ask something. Im happy with the outcome. Reservation was really smooth and a prompt response on whatsapp, the lady on the phone was very accommodating.Cons: I wasnt expecting that gelish started pesky chipping in 2-3days had it on Saturday and the tip of my nails peeled off by Monday tho Im being extra careful with it.Had a several services on the other salon that lasts longer than I expected.Quality of products can be improve for overall satisfaction.

Booked in me and my 2 friends at short notice for a late appointment. The staff worked over an hour past closing time to ensure our nails were done properly and not rushed. They took their time and were happy to amend things as we required. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and my gelish hands and feet look great! I will definitely be returning.

If there was an option of negative ratings, I would do that. They cheat their customers by providing Fake Coupon Deals. The information provided on the website is misleading and they are very blunt enough to say that they dont care about it. I bought a groupon where the time is mentioned anytime and they have refused to use that coupon as they mentioned that they can only take bookings till 3pm. Which working woman would come to a saloon in morning hours? They are lying and cheating and misleading all customers. Only advertising fake deals on websites.

The entire team is very hard working except for Jessica who sits there doing nothing and inspite of an advance booking about a week ago for root color, she didnt book any time slot and was putting all the blame first on poor Riza and then on me. She finally confirmed an appointment for 7.30pm and when I called her at 7.20 to reconfirm (coz before also many times I had to wait half an hour inspite of confirmed timings), she started arguing with me all over again, blamed me for all her mistakes, even cancelled my confirmed appointment and very rudely refused me any appointment for that day saying Riza was fully booked.This parlor is very convenient for me as I stay in the next building. But convenience is not above my self-respect, thats why told Jessica that I will never step into Perfect Look again. Hope the parlor owners read this review and take strict action to teach her duty and not just waste everyones time due to her mistakes.

Rizza is extremely rude, unprofessional and has zero manners. She spoke to me very rudely and then said something in her native language which was obviously rude. Jessica is pride to deal with but I would appreciate it more if she did not overbook me first she said 2pm then 2:30pm but I had to wait until 3:10pm. Diane is amazing and respectful, highly recommend doing lashes with her. I had an overall good experience at the salon with the assistance of Diane. Please look into the issue of Rizza’s rudeness and don’t overbook customers. Thanks.

I really liked that team, they work with great professionalism and friendliness. I am very satisfied with my eyelashes extensions, and gelish mani, it’s amazing. In particular Diana and Rizza are very detailed and careful. I definitely recommend and will be back soon.

I book an appointment but still they let me wait 45 minutes. Classic min- pedi took 2 hours & 10 minutes to be done.It ends up with two wounds, hurts me for the next three days!The manicure didnt get dry after 4 hours and get spoiled.However the staff there were kind and the place was clean.

It was a such a great customer service, very clean salon BUT my gelish manicure got pealed after 2 days on 2 nails. Just went of from half of the nail. Master cut both toes, still hurting and brings a lot of discomfort.

I found this salon to be quite expensive considering the less-than-perfect location and average services provided. Overall, I do not recommend it.

Amazing mani pedi here! The place is super clean and quiet. Definitely relaxing and chilling!! I loved it and thanks to Fatima! She did an amazing job with my nails! Totally recommend!

I did gel manicure and it peeled off my nails the next day. The master did a poor job where she had to redo one of the nails completely. The gel leaked into sides and she dried it under lamp that way. To fix it she started filing it off but it looked terrible. And the next day they were peeling off. Very dissatisfied.

The girls are so friendly and professional with a special thank to Hajera for her meticulous care and patience and to Diana for their excellent work

I visited the salon and the experience was great. The ambiance was so relaxing, easy to set an appointment, not crowded, and talented staffs. I was thrilled with my brazilian hair treatment and will definitely be back for more services.

Rizza is a really mediocre hairdresser. I do not think she is a professional at all. She messed up my basic U shape haircut. No complicated layers, nothing. I simply asked for a one length U shape haircut - no hairdresser can mess this up. Unfortunately staff is rude and doesn’t care about customers.

The salon is clean, staff are warmth, polite and friendly. Service rate is not expensive, and one of the customers is so happy with her massage. I can recommend this salon.

Thanks to groupon, I visited here. And such an amazing service.(gelish manicure and pedicure). After 13days I had to retouch, and they did it for me with compliments. I will defo revisit them at the end of this month. ♡
