My favorite salon in Dubai. Top quality services. Especially I want to highlight massage. I had so many problems with my back and nothing was helping until I found Oksana. She is a masseuse master in Persona Lab. Really she is my savior. Very professional and highly skilled master. Super positive with good sense of humor. Now I’m doing with her anti cellulite massage and the results really impressive. Highly guaranteed!!!

It’s about time I write about this place! I’ve been going there regularly for over a year. Yes, pricy, but worth it. Mani and pedi are done very well by all ladies. Oksana is the best massage and physio therapist. I highly recommend her - great hands, technic and a wonderful attitude. My fav hair stylists are Ivanna and Anna. Irina does great facials and Madina has very light hands for hair removal. And I adore all the ladies at the reception! Always so polite, friendly and sweet. ❤️ to you all!

Good location. Overpriced for basic services. Quality of Manicure is just ok. Kinda of strange dress code for staff. Some wearing really short skirts and shorts and banding over to place products on the shelf and... I would prefer to skip that view. Wouldnt go back

Beautifully presented Salon. Very warm welcome. I had classic extensions and my lash specis lost was very good. I’ve had lash extensions done in London many times before and on this occasion they looked amazing and stayed in place for many weeks. Highly recommend.

Exquisite customer service. The hair stylist was very careful, very gentle and made feel very well taken care of. I also had a facial treatment, it was superb, the cosmetologist explained very well the steps and took the time to perform one of the best facial treatments I have ever had.

My first time at Persona Lab was one month ago, they provided me full set eyelash, full set nails and pedicure gelish and I paid 1272 aed. I was on holiday so I went there again after 3 weeks to refil eyelash and nails. They told me that I needed to refil my eyelash after two weeks otherwise I need to redo full set again( crazy I think in most of beauty saloons it’s normal to do refill after 3/4 weeks without paying full set every time) I couldn’t go there every two weeks cause I was on holiday !! So at the end of the story my price to refil all was 1272 aed, same amount to refil everything and they told me that if I want to pay less I need to go there after 2 weeks. I will never suggest this place to any of my friends, price are crazy and not convenient if you need to go there after 2 weeks everytime !!!!

Salon staff have to make sure that client aware about real price of service.End up paying extra 60 aed for normal polish cover ( not even gelish) for 120 aed price pedicure. Which was not transparently explained to me before the service.Felt like rip off.

Cute, clean new place at Marina Gate. Very convinient if you live nearby. Staff are super friendly and prices are decent. They are also on Entertainer for certain treatments. Stylist is very dedicated and thoroughly focuses on the customer.

I did my lip blush from here so first section they do the colour correction and they told I might need 3 sections , after 1”st section for 4 days it’s okey then after peeling off my lip colour started changing now it’s completely back , I contact them , and I’ll share the Screenshots how they respond , because off this offer they is rush so they do hurry , I suggest not to take risk , nail service is good , but for lip and eyebrows I won’t suggest this place , showing Instagram is far far than reality

Once they cut my hair terribly, like 20 years ago, but I decided maybe I didn’t explain it correctly. I came back a month later to fix it (that is, say goodbye to the length), explained everything in detail, showed a dozen photos and again made some kind of retro grandma. Moreover, it was 4-5 centimeters shorter than necessary, and the left side was shorter than the right side. I didn’t even think that there could be salons that give such bad haircuts. Then knowledgeable people explained: half of the staff there was brought from Moscow, it is clear that they are far from stars, because it is not profitable to keep stars here. In general, consider going to Bibirevo, leaving as a freak and paying like in Barvikha.
