Lovely experience. Everybody is sweet, welcoming and respectful. I loved the Hair colour in the Salon. I want to thank the hairdresser to make me beautiful again. I would recommend this salon for good hair services. The owner is also kind and such a wonderful friendly lady.

I had yet to find a stylist who would listen to each instruction i gave as i am extremely fussy with my hair, so much so that i would choose to not visit a stylist for up to two years. Thank you to Muhammad, of PerSona Salon in JLT, I am no longer as terrified of stylists as I used to be. I went for a Brazilian blowout and styling. Although more could have cut off, he listened very, very well to my plea of not more than an inch trimmed off for now. There was not one hair out of place once he was done after a couple of hours (Brazilian takes a while ladies). I was so, so, so happy and confident walking out of their Salon! I highly recommend them, and their prices are affordable too. Very satisfied customer.

Salon is not the best: owners mixed ladies and males services in one(which is horoble), design is not nice, furniture is falling apart, floor wood is damaged. Need some renovation all the place looks like. What makes me go there is good nail and waxing master Irish, good receptionist Cherry. Salon has got good potential, would be good to know that they have changed their concept to run spa.

Horrible service to start with! The lady who does threading sprayed alcohol on my face saying it’s rose water! Upon asking, she appeared fazed and began apologizing. To my utter dismay, my mother’s feet had turned almost black and blue after the pedicure. The staff clearly isn’t the best at what they do! I’d recommend to chuck this expensive shop for better and much cheaper ones in Jlt.

Until this day, I worked as many stylists, barbers, but I did not like their work 100%. There were some flaws. But when I came to the PERSONA salon and chose Abdallah, I realized that he was the master of his craft. His work was super its difficult to represent if you dont see with your eyes. Thank you very much Abdallah you are the best. I recommend him to all people who are looking for a professional.

Used a cobone voucher today, which said I was entitled to a Haircut + Wash + Blowdry or Beard shave. Between the blowdry and beard shave, I decided to choose beard shave. I was told this was not part of the deal. I mentioned that the barber had already made me wait 25 mins past my appointment time and the voucher clearly shows that Im entitled to a shave. They said many customers had complained about the same thing and that if I wanted my money back, I should to write to cobone. Eventually the lady at reception told Mohammed the barber to go ahead and do this, but he refused. He even took the gown off as if to say I could leave. Anyway I told him to give me the haircut and do the shaving, which I said Id pay for - after he finished I left and Mohammed chased after me asking me to pay, and I told him I had already paid using the cobone voucher. Then he started shouting at the receptionist. Overall, a bad experience. Mohammed has no manners, is rude, argumentative and has poor English, but his work is good. I would not come again and would recommend customers to take their money elsewhere.

Bad experiance with gelish manicure. They can not make it, after one hour all nails are in bubbles. Manager will not return money to you and just will not reply to you. It was not one time. Many times. March 2018.

Persona spa is one of the best and most economical spa in JLT. Very good service by the staff especially Mohammed. They always have exciting offers for the customers, A must visit.

Just trimmed my hair shorter and simply straight but it looks still not even. And it costed 160dhs. I had to trim again at home by myself. Hair service is not good. I will not come back

If there is zero star I would put it ..it was very bad experience...They burn my hair .. and they charge me for trimming my hair more than what they wrote on the services list .. i will never coming to them or recommend it for my friends
