I visited Phistudio for a stone massage and it was so relaxing and calming. Maria did an amazing job, she checked on me constantly to ensure I am comfortable with the pressure. The staff was super helpful and polite. Loved every part of this experience and highly recommend.

Phi studio is such a lovely, friendly, beautiful place. I have done my lashes with them and know them since 2018. Today I did my hair extensions with them for the first time and they guided me so well! Wafa is very professional and patient with her work. Mirela was there to support as usual. I had my hair extensions done from there and I am very disappointed. First of all I went for consultation to check how much would be the cost and they told me 150 bonds are enough and how much it would cost. The day I went for the application I checked once more before doing that it is 150 that they will use. When the application was done the receptionist gave me a bill for 197 bonds and told me 150 was not enough. The basic thing is they need to ask customer before they decide to keep more hair and not doing how much ever they feel like and making the customer overpay. I saw all the goods reviews here and decided to go but from my experience its not even been a month I installed the hair extensions each time I comb each bond will fall off. I messaged them and they told me its normal like this for few weeks. I am not sure if I will even need to go to remove the hair as everyday it keeps falling off

Absolutely wonderful experience from the booking to the actual process. Olga is wonderful for brows microblading and very professional and helpful!!!!!The staff in general is great, excellent communication and follow up, the salon is very spacious and beautiful. They also offer services like nails, lash extensions, permanent lip color, keratin hair extensions. The best part is inspire of being reasonably priced they have the option of payment in installments so its affordable to all.

First time doing Micro blading and the experience was amazing. Christina and the rest of the staff are very friendly and professional. The end result is great and not painful at all. Aftercare was explained to me and felt very comfortable. Highly recommend PhiStudio.

I must really put into words my experience with PhiStudio Dubai. It is my first time doing any micro-blading and I was quite scared and excited at the same of the unknown nature of how it is done. I am quite happy and satisfied how it all transpired from start to finish. I was thinking at first it will be a painful process but Christina made it all look so cool and easy, didnt even feel anything at all and as soon as I woke up from my short nap during the procedure, lo and behold I have a more visible set of eyebrows already. Instant beauty at its finest I must say. I highly recommend the procedure even to those first timers out there and for old timers who like the personalize touch and very friendly and accommodating environment. It is worth every penny spent just to have those eyebrows perfectly in shape and place. Great work Christina, thank you so much!

Came here after a long searching of a professional place for microblading. I couldnt have chosen better. I did my eyebrows with Cristina, she was very kind and helpful explaining all the details and the process because this was my first time. The process was easy and most of the time is totally painless, at the end I started to feel little pain because the numbing cream already finished the effect, but its a bearable pain. I just loved the result, Cristina is incredible professional she really knows what shes doing and has many years of experience in many countries I can really tell that by the result of my eyebrows, they look gorgeous couldntwish for more, today is my 3rd day and they are looking amazing. I did my eyebrows microblading today at PhiStudioDubai,I came to my appointment excited because on their instagram account their work posted is so beautiful and natural but not with my experience I was so DISAPPOINTED. My brows now are BOTCHED, UNEVEN and THICK. I showed Oti(the artist) my preferred shape and style, she did the brow mapping okay but it took time to get the shape I wanted. Before we started the procedure I ask her if why are we not putting a numbing cream or topical anesthesia. She said it’s not painful so I will be fine, after first layer I told her its so painful and I can’t handle it afterwards she put numbing cream but it barely worked since it was just a few minutes waited. She continued the procedure, the whole process was painful and on top of that I started to see that the brow shape I wanted is not being followed so I told her about it then she started fixing and its just getting worse and uneven. There is one staff (Olga) that is just kept coming back to the room to check if we’re done to take photos to post for their social media accounts which I felt pressured to just get it done and over with my dissatisfaction and not even helping with the situation she just told me to comeback after 1 month and do the retouch. I told her that I don’t what to get my photos taken and posted. I decided not to continue anymore before it gets even worse. Wasted money and time for this hideous botched eyebrows. Im a cabin crew so physical appearance is a big part of the company’s style and image compliance, now I have to wait for 1 month to get it done again and hopefully will not get my work affected with this disastrous results. Now I’m gonna spend more money to get it retouched or removed and will definitely go to other brow studio. I WILL NEVER COMEBACK NOR RECOMMEND THIS UNPROFESSIONAL STUDIO.

I came twice in this salon once for eyebrows microblading and second for hair capsules installation and both times I had an amazing experience ! Very bad I spent about 5000 in the ground specially in eye brow Tatoo they have no idea how to do no recommend.. no seer that’s my brood they promise they remove my old Tatoo after they take 4 session they say it didn’t go totally also this is the disaster result for microbuilding the Russian girl do to me when I complain she say she take money again to remove what she already did

4 years ago I found Phi Studio on Instagram when searching high and low for the most natural looking microblading technique. At that time, I just had a baby so I could not have microblading done, but as time went by I admired all ladies that did have it done as they looked incredible! I left Dubai and upon my return, since my babies are now big, the first thing I did was book with Phi Studio! I am so happy with my eyebrows. They look so natural. The process was painless. I had my initial appointment with Rebecca and then the follow up fill with Christina, both ladies are incredibly talented. There is also private parking on the premises.

From the beginning - master Cristina did great job ❤️upon the payment I was given FALSE information by russian lady receptionist and had to go to the nearest ATM to withdraw money which took 20 minutes walking under Dubai heat!! Once I came back I found receptionist LAUGHING and saying that it was necessary to go anywhere so I walked for nothing. She was not even bothered to call me and tell me that. there were no apologies, no sorry, I DO NOT recommend you to go there

I went to this Studio for my lip blush session with Christina and she has done miracle on the service she provided. Good and bad experience!I had my eyebrows done by Rebecca and she was excellent however there were empty spots left and when I informed them on spot and they just told me to wait for a month. Now I back to them and they’re just like your skin didn’t retain the color, what color of in those strokes wasn’t made!! I have done eyebrows 3 times in dubai and this never happened before and they won’t take any responsibility for it. 1050 aed for nothing .. disappointed

I have done my eyebrows microblading with Debbie, both the first session and the retouch in a month (which is required in most cases). So far I love the result! Also, I can definitely recommend Debbie, as she has done a really good job in reshaping my eyebrows following the structure of my face and was extremely careful and thorough in her work.

I just had my brows microbladed with Debbie and had such a great experience. I previously had my eyebrows done by another artist but needed a top up as they had faded and this time I was looking to reshape my brows and achieve a fluffy effect.Debbie was great from the get go, she took the time to ask what I was looking for, talked me through the different techniques and then drew on my brows to make sure I was happy with the new shape. The worst experience!I had my eyebrows done by Rebecca and after 2 weeks there was nothing like nothing has done spots when I back to them again after 1 month she told me your skin didn’t retain the color, and I have to do all of that again like she is not taking money for it and it was her fault After w2 month it has gone and it’s supposed to last 1 year atleast .Waste of money and time 1575 aed for nothing .. disappointedNOY RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE IT’s fake advertisement

My eyebrows are my biggest insecurity when I was growing up and I literally drew my eyebrows every single day of my life. Good thing Microblading was invented! I wanted to do this for so long but only Phi Studio convinced me to do it, as their artists are all graduates of Phi Academy - hence you will surely never go wrong!I selected Debbie as my artist based on the reviews and her work profile. She is indeed a genius Microblading Artist which can turn any problematic eyebrows to a gorgeous one.Just one tip: try not to book your schedule as her last patient or insist on getting an evening slot (past 7pm), as she tends to hurry on these hoursMy initial session was a total five-star, a 10/10! I loved it so much that I wished I did not do the retouch. Why? Here is the story:During my retouch, I booked for 7pm slot but she was running late because of one patient, she ended up seeing me at 8:30pm. By that time she was already exhausted and in a hurry, hence the result of my retouch was an uneven eyebrows. I immediately informed her upon noticing this and she was very cooperative about it, she offered to fix it, so I went back after a week for the retouch fixing. However, it is more of damage-control-kind-of-fix and it shows.So there it is, an honest feedback! Overall I still love my eyebrows, although my initial eyebrows session result was a lot better (before retouch).Thank you Phi Studio! Next time I will still book for Debbie, but I will choose the earliest appointment! 😅☺️

As I have an oily skin Anna did my eyebrows with a mixed technique: powder+ microblading. I am super happy with the shape and color, as I have very fair looks and it’s hard to match my hair color. The photo is right after final retouch, the color will go lighter and match the color of my hair. Highly recommend.

I got hair extensions done with Specialist Marina. She has done an excellent job balancing my hair color to prep for the extensions. The extensions are very comfortable, she is quick and accurate with her work. Has explained in details about my extensions and how to take care of them. I visited Phi Studio to get lash extensions for the very first time. I got mine done by Natalie. She was such a dear! She was patient with me whrn I told her that I’ve never done this before. She was gentle during the whole process and helpful in educating me to properly care about my lashes (she even gave me recommendations on how to go about them in case I plan to get my lashes done again).

Intrigued I sent an inquiry- my text was direct with no pleasantries, a tad bit on the rude side of you ask me.A few hours later (granted it was Friday) I received a very courteous response, detailing the services and payment plan options.I found this very refreshing!It was not a scam to lure me to the salon or to sell some overpriced service / product. I appreciated the transparency, responsiveness and most of all the warmth of the messages.👏🏽I confirmed my appointment within minutes, which was very easy to do.The day of my appointment, on the 25/8/2020 , I went for my Microblading appointment at Phi Studios. BTW, the directions (via google maps) are simple and the Salon is an easy find with sufficient signage👌🏽.I parked my car on the roadside, rang the bell and was greeted by a bubbly young lady who opened the door. I asked if it was ok to park there and she replied we have valet , please leave your key with me.Already pleased I entered the salon. I was offered refreshments as I completed a 1 page form. The receptionist then talked me through the payment plan and the options . She then advised the artist that I had arrived (I was 30 minutes early), and she quickly came downstairs to welcome me .Christine aka Gass has to be the greatest brow artist in Dubai. She is kind . She is professional. She is modest. She is consultative. She listens to what the client wants.Most of all, she delivers results, phenomenal results! 😍Christine calmed me down during the process with general chit chat . While we were speaking I learned the overly accommodating receptionist, was actually the owner of the salon. I can’t begin to explain how happy I am with PhiStudio. Not only has my hair become super thin in Dubai but I started noticing my eyebrows thinning out. The experience was good and bad. It was good because the Microblading expert Rebecca is brilliant and did a great job. It was bad because the outlet advertised pay in installments but their payment gateway rejects cards randomly (i was trying ADCB) and the manager has not alternative option . I was forced to pay full upfront after going there to avail the installment payment option. The service levels of the manager were very poor but Rebecca is a brilliant Microblading technician.

The employees from the receptionist until the employees and helper are so friendly professional and knowledgeable. They are not similar to other salons in Dubai, they are very talented on what they do and the result offer work are impressively done. I have been using this salon for six months now and the artists are just getting better in time and their trainings are world class, you won’t be disappointed choosing them.

I know sometimes people feels jealous or scared from loosing things, but that doesn’t give the right to anyone makes lies and stories of others to others. So disappointed from Ms.Cristina about what she told and create behind me, not recommending anyone doing any service with her.The receptionist is very friendly. Ms. Rebecca was decent, wise and polite person all the way since I start till I finished.. Rebecca did an amazing job, it exceeded my expectations The place is very clean. I would highly recommend Noor Abki - she has done an absolutely fantastic job on my eyebrows. I’m totally in love with the end result. I remember I was so scared when I first entered the studio since I’ve never let anyone touch my eyebrows before.. but Noor was super patient and took her time to explain the whole process step by step, and kept on reassuring me. Yesterday I went for my second touch up and she just made it perfect! Im soo happy! ’ll just have to go back to her once a year now.. so maybe in 6 months. Thank you Phistudio, and thank you Noor ❤️
