Honestly , i do not understand how bad reviews are popping up.. i had always had my enquiries answered promptly and correctly. Welcoming and very pretty receptionist. Free reserved parking, very budget friendly salon. Faiza the hair dresser is highly experienced both in color and styling.

Am a regular customer of the saloon , i always book prior and go . But this time i was trying to reach the saloon and the call didn’t go through ,as it was very urgent i made online booking and this is first time i did the online booking and got a confirmation message as well .Before leaving to the saloon just to confirm my booking I reached to saloon and the receptionist was so rude and pathetic and extremely unprofessional behavior. She talked to me that they don’t accept online booking and that i should have called the saloon without even hearing my part and not letting me talk. And then she says that i was yelling. I had to pay cancellation charges for the taxi i booked and she said out of anger that you can come and sit here until we close at 9.00pm but nit sure we can accommodate you. Is this the way how you treat your customers? There are too many saloon out in market and if you continue to treat your customers they will definitely not come to your saloon again. Though the services are good just beca Of this one person’s attitude you lost your 1 regular customer.

I took my daughter to Pink Line Beauty Salon today for a mani and pedi, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The staff was so welcoming and professional, and a special shoutout goes to Jovi and Marylyn, who did an amazing job on her nails. They were patient, detail-oriented, and made her feel so special throughout the process.My daughter absolutely loved her nails, and the quality of their work exceeded our expectations. I called to make sure highlights were included in the Groupon roots colour offer before buying because obviously often it is not. I was assured verbally that it was so went ahead and bought the groupon. Got there and they started to prepare everything and I just had the thought to confirm before hand so said its highlights with the Groupon and got the oh no highlights arent included but its ok, you can just pay this time and use your Groupon for the next time (what within a month when suddenly I want a block colour for about the second time in my life??). Scammers!! Im sure they sue this trick regularly so BEWARE!!!

Been a customer at Pink Nail Salon for a long time. Absolutely live the service! The salon is very clean, and the staff are super nice and kind! Every appointment I have with them is super relaxing and I hope they continue the fantastic work ❤️I went for massage and it was amazing and I would like to do it again thank you rose you did it professionally love your work ❤️

After a bit of hoo haa with receptionist, they managed to see me for my appointment. Rose was amazing! 5 starts only for her! The rest would probably be a 3!

Confirmed the price on the phone when booking the appointment but once I was there for my appointment I was told the price would be nearly double that.

I went for a hot oil head treatment and trim.Honestly It was the best salon experience for a very nice price! Ladies were so nice and friendly. I highly recommend and looking forward to visit again when in Dubai :)

Love this salon, i get the warmest welcome from Issa, Susu is amazing for hair and all the girls give an excellent mani/pedi. Over the years have brought many friends here and no one has been disappointed.

Just discovered the place and happy with Make-up with Doddy, MASSAAAAAAGE with Rose all the time my blowdry with the Moroccan lady and the other one.But the best is the budget friendly for the good quality/service.Never disappointed and in case of any the young owner is so nice shes doing her best to make the experience outstanding for me.

The interactions I have had with the phone operator is possibly the rudest I’ve ever experienced. She just picks up the phone without even greeting properly, shouted at me, interrupted me, sounds mad and upset. She was meant to call me back after a few mins. She calls after two mins asking if I’m the one she needs to call then says she will call again. Then doesn’t call me back for 2.5 hours. No replies on WhatsApp either. I called her to check and ask what happened with my request for an appointment. She proceeds with interrupting me by saying the technician is busy and I have to wait. I told her I need to know if I can come tmr, if not I can book somewhere else. She drops the phone and walks off to speak to someone in the salon without even putting me on hold. I personally find her to be super super rude and It has made me not want to call the salon for appointments anymore even though I am happy with the services the technician provides.

Great serviceI did my protein treatment for hair and loved it. Staffs are so friendly and cooperative.Good ambience and care.I did baliyage coloring too by Zaiba and did well, she did an excellent job. She is a good hair dresser.Thankyou all.

This is the second time im having horrible experience at this salon. First the receptionist is so rude, not even acknowledging a new customer walk in. Then saying, yes how can I help? without any smile. As if shes doing a favor to us. Even on the phn I heard her very bossy to a client. I couldnt believe it. Then she fighting with me, arguing about the service I booked. It clearly mentioned in my whats app note. Abd IM messaging to reconfirm but no response. Thats why I had in writing to be safe and thank God I had it because she arguing with me. Still after Im telling her, shes raising her voice and saying, what whats app what whats app rude disgusting behavior!! The owner should take strict action against this rude lady! Shes the face of your salon. And the salon is always empty when I go. I should have taken the hint.

Hello my wife came here in this salon. Good service and nice experience no problem but why they are charging more money if we pay with credit card. Noone is using cash today. In end we were not happy because more money with credit card. This is not a good thing

EXTREMELY HORRIBLE!!!!Is not the first time when they’re putting me to wait for the service that I have appointment.But today,was the most humiliating when I wait for 1 hour to have someone to start my mani-pedi.If they treated their LOYAL customer likes this(all the team knows me and my 3 friends from the last 2 years) what about the new customers?!The girls are good but the SERVICE AND THE WAY TO TREAT YOU IS HORRIBLE!!!you never know if your appointment will be on time or you’ll have to wait….and how long to wait!!!!Unfortunately,this 1 hour waiting, distroyed my mood and my day!As I promised to the manager(kind lady),me and my friends WILL NEVER COME AGAIN DUE TO THEIR ZERO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.

The worse management ever the lady which her name is issa she is very rude and angry and she was charging me and my friends more than the amount that we had to pay and once I calculated it in front of her she started bringing excuses and started taking in her language and thought I don’t understand what she is saying she was saying bad things about me After 3 years of being regular costumer I’ll never ever come here and will not suggest my friends to go there even !! 20 dirham is not a big amount but the way you treat your costumers in the most important part!!!

Hassna is an artist, she is the best when it comes to hair cuts, the nails ladies were fast and efficient and the price is friendly

I booked an appointment for full hair colour and highlights. We had a discussion about colors which might suit my hair type and combinations Im looking for. It was all going well, until the highlighting bit.Unfortunately, Im unaware of the fact that the hair must be bleached to get the highlights done properly. Now Ive mentioned to the lady that Ive have keratin treatment done around 10 days back, yet she failed to explain that former piece of information... Im pretty sure why dont you want the keratin to last 3-4 months does not deliver the same message.Regardless, the staff were nice and cooperative. My hair was washed again. The color looks absolutely beautiful! Im grateful for their efforts at accommodating my needs. Im only a visitor here in Dubai, and Im glad my trip is not ruined with this incident :)The place is genuinely clean and tidy, and again, the staff are friendly. But Im giving this salon 3 stars for failure of delivery of, what I consider, a crucial piece of information!I hope this does not reoccur with other customers :)

Absolutely disorganized. I made an appointment a week prior and when I came in they seem to be quite disoriented. The person handling the logbook of appointments was accommodating, but I think her time management skill concerns me.Rose, the masseuse, is absolutely divine though. I would recommend her again and again.

This salon is one of the biggest salons i have come across for a local area like Karama.It is clean and has separate rooms for every service.As far the prices are concerned it is very expensive when it comes to standard rates of salons in Karama.For eg, head oil massage plus hairwash should be upto 50 dhs but she was charging me 80 dhs which is really pricey.Rhey have card machine as well.I feel they should push their prices down and have better packages to boost customers activity.The massage was good they do give shoulder and back massage along with head but they should give it more time

Great hair salon, very good customer service. Im always happy with my results. Susu has always got my colour spot on. Very friendly ladies offering a great service, they care about getting it right. They always check you are happy before going ahead with treatment. Looking forward to my next visit.

I went to try this salon for the 1rt time OMGG horrible customer service , the ladies where very rude they made me wait 1h for a simple manicure and when I complained the owner said to me : get OUT of my salon, I left without doing my nails they dont deserve a single dirhm , I will complain to dubai customer service about the behaviour of the owner as well . Never again hope it helps

Very good service especially with the new management. I have tried blow dry, highlights, root color, full body massage, Manicure and Pedicure . Their prices are competitive.You must book an appointment and you can choose your service provider.Personally I don’t choose as All the girls are amazing; Soso, Faiza for hair, Rose gives a 👌🏻Full body massage and for your nails Marlyn, Guvy, Rose, Marlyn or Jona.I didn’t try Asma but I notice her clients are satisfied with her service.

I wish I have have read the reviews before going there. After dying my hair 4 times telling me they can fix the mistakes they made my hair is now orange. I cant dye it because its falling out alot now after dying four times. So Im walking around with orange hair. The wax was awful still lots of hair left and I was bleeding in few places. As for the pedicure and manicure they didnt even scrub my foot came home found out that its still the same. All this was happening while the owner was there. Whats really worse on top of all this they were duble dipping with the wax I noticed it at the end. Im only writing this because I dont want anyone to go through what I went through.

Very good service. I usually have Susu who colours, highlights, cuts and blow sets my hair beautifully.I’ve had keratin, pedicure, waxing. Waxing wasn’t the best but my regrowth wasn’t much.The massage was amazing, the girl is very good, pity about the ambience though, could be more secluded away from the noise of the salon.The only thing I can say is sometimes you end up waiting a long time after your appointment time.Always happy with service - receptionist comes across as abrupt but she is quite nice, once you get to know her.

Overall experience was terribly bad. The receptionist was very rude . Ambience was very bad as it a beauty salon & not a proper massage centre. I purchased coupon for 75 minutes foot spa but during my entire massage I had to hear the noise of blow dryer. Though the girl who did my massage was good but I do not recommend this place for massage lovers & who wants to relax.

I took a groupon coupon for manicure pedicure and facial. But when i went there the service was extremely bad.They did not have a steamer nor the black head remover tool. I ended up cancellthe service and requested groupon for refund.They told me that i need an email from their(salon’s) side which they haven’t given me even after asking them for multiple times.I wish i could share the screenshots .please do not go to this salon. Absolute failure.

Horrible experience... the old Filipino receptionist is very rude and inattentive.I made an Appointment with a particular lady 5 days inadvance and when I reached there on time they made me wait 45 minutes. Argued a lot but they are saying customer should wait..Why do you give appointments then if we need to wait. 5 or 10 minutes is understood. But 45 minutes ? The lady didnt even apologize and was showing attitude.I just hate this salon. Would never ever recommend to anyone

Honestly the worst salon or spa in dubai. The staff is absolutely rude and the attitude is so unwelcoming starting from the receptionist. You feel like a burden to them all. They even fight between themselves in front of the clients. Products used at the salon are of a very inferior quality which you can buy from a supermarket.The Arabic hair dresser did a good job with the hot hair oil treatment, she is too good for that salon. I would never return based on the staff attitude and unwelcoming experience. Wish I had read the reviews before.

The receptionist, old lady from the Philippines is like a witch who shouldn’t be in the reception! My experience with the hair dresser was pleasant. But the receptionist is some kind of old evil witch who will stop you in being beautiful. Very rude! I will never come back to this salon and does not recommend to anyone!

The staff are familiar and from the first impression was like this will be my place.Its my first experience with wax with them.They have Sidra she is the best I dealt with polit looking for perfection.I loved the way she handled my situation.

Rude and unprofessional customer service. First, it is very difficult to get an appointment. One technician does manicure then pedicure. They don’t have 2 ladies that work at the same time.After finally getting an appointment, I was stuck in traffic on the way to Jumeirah. I spoke to the receptionist over the phone twice to check if it was still ok. She never said there was a problem. When I got there, I found out that they took another customer even though she confirmed with me that I was going. Then, they gave me an ultimatum so easily, either to wait for an hour or refund my groupon.Yes, I was late but all they needed to do is to let me know when I called so I don’t go all the way to the salon and waste my evening. What irritated me the most is that they just ignore my questions when they don’t have a reasonable answer. A bad experience. Rude.

This salon is not worth to try. Ive purchased a root color and blow dry deal from groupon. After washed my hair,they let me wait for quite awhile to see if anyone was free to blow dry my hair without any communication with me. Finally a Philippina staff came and started to blow my hair but not even half dry and she left without a word (again,no communication). I looked at her n she was assisting another customer in choosing her nail polish and I waited for 15 minutes and found out that she started pedicure session for that customer 😲I started to think are they letting my hair air dry and finally the lady who colored my hair saw me trying to get any staff attention by looking around and waving finally came and told me that the lady staff next to me will blow dry my hair after she finish color the customer hair which she was just started doing at that time.I told her by the time she finish color that head,my hair is already air dry and I left with my crazy half air dry hair.Super ridiculous and Unbelievable service. Not worth even a star.

Nice decor and Vietnamese manicurist is brilliant. Both hairdressers are appalling. I had to go to a different salon the next day to get my hair fixed. If you dont want your hair ruined, do not go to this salon ever.

The receptionist talks in a very rude way over the phone and isnt helpful at all nor friendly. There isnt a proper pedicure chair with a sink, they place your feet in a plastic container !!!! The pedicure isnt done properly, you have to keep on telling the girl to file properly the dead skin, lazy staff ! Almost no parking, very inconvenient. Terrible experience.

Horrible experience starting from the annoyed and rude attitude of the staff, also the very negative, rude and unhelpful attitude of the owner or the manager not sure. They had very limited colours and everytime I chose a color I was told they dont have. And when i finally got annoyed both staff and manager said what can we do for tou, we are not going to buy for you new colors!!!! Also lack of use hygienic tools, as they used a plastic plate to soak my foot in it rather than a proper sink. Horrible horrible horrible experience. Last but not least, my gelish chipped off before it finishes 5 days, can you imagine. Terrible place, and will make sure to share my experience with everyone!!!!

I have went on March for head color and ombre, they asked me to pay extra because my hair is long which I accepted, they also asked me to pay extra because ombre is more expensive than highlights which I accepted too but the end result was horrible and is not an ombre at all.When I complained to the moroccan lady hasna she agreed with me that the color is not good and it is not what I paid for she offered me to redo it completly after 3 days.When I came back she fixed it and she changed thr heqd color and highlights. However, my hair is suffering now after this much chemicals on it, and it became freezing alot even Im treating it with masks good quality shampoos/conditioner I am not able to solve the freezing issue and the drieness.

I love Rose in this salon!She is super friendly and attentive, besides that her massages are absolutely amazing!Have been in a lot places in Dubai but she is the best!Philippine lady on receptionion is rude and she should work a bit on the way how she talks.

Very welcoming and relaxing place. Very knowledgeable mani-pedicurists. Rose’s foot massage as an add up to pedi is the most pampering thing you can gift you with.Good and knowledgeable hairdressers, know a lot also about natural hair masks and home made recipes to pamper your hair.

I love the saloon! I had full body waxing, and a gelish mani-pedi and I am going back because my experience was nothing less than PERFECT! The staff is so attentive and careful about client needs, everything is clean and organized, and I am truly satisfied with Pink Line Spa.

Worst root color ever! i have a sombre. So i just need some root work done .she managed to color some of my front highlights as well, leaving a lot of blond strands looking like a zebra! To corect it, she put bleach on top which burnt my hair!!a quick appology, nothing much, made me pay for the work done!and was 20 min late ( was first client so no delay there) and not one apology!will never go back there! i do not recommend it !

It used to be ok when it first opened but the state of it now is not acceptable and should not be endorsed by any cheap coupon website.

For keratin treatment they always charge you extra on top of the Groupon coupon even when you have short and fine hair. Not happy with the treatment as well.

Had appointment at 4pm to fix my nails, they kept me waiting 1.5 hours for appointment, had to leave because no one attended me. Will never come back again!

Horrible saloon... i got a groupon for keratin treatment.. and they said its an offer price at 150aed.. somehow i reached the saloon all the way from shj and those ladys tell me dat they will charge an additional 250aed.. somehow i asked them to cut my hair upto my shoulder and o the treatment... the sri lankan lady who did my keratin jst applied the solution in less than 5mins and went off to another customer.. and back she came in 45 mins and washed off my hair and ironed it and due to the extream heat my hair became straight.. i came home and waited for 72 hours and washed my hair with loreal keratin shapooo as advised by the saloon lady.. then before drying i looked like a wet chicken and after drying my husband blasted me asking if i really did anything to my hair spending soo mch money and time no damn differance..i swear it this saloon cheats people like nothing and i will never recomend this place to any women. Now my long hair is gone.. and i hav short hair upto my shoulder and its frizzy as mch as it was and i look like i got a 70s hair cut. Thanks to this stupid cheating saloon.

They were very rude and a little alarming (she needed the chair and immediately reached out for my bag to remove it), who grabs someone’s bag? The thought of them applying anything on my hair is not reasonable.

Dont waste your money here, keratin effect went in 2 weeks, gellish manicure pedicure didnt even last for 2 weeks, cheap products and the phillipino staff is not friendly at all, she pricked my skin, there was blood coming out and she was not even sorry about it, a total zero rating for this one

I went to pink line for my global highlights and the salon was emptyThe lady Uzma made me sit down selected the hair color and then kept me waiting for almost an hr and they said the lady is on her way.On her way for ?????They should have organized color when they know they have an appointment in advance.I don’t recommend anyone.Very bad experience.They took the money immediately from me as I entered.This is no way to keep your customers waiting.Very dissatisfied with the parlour.

Ive been there 3 times for gelish manicure and pedicure and i was very happy with the service and the quality of the products!

Susu is very kind and experienced in hair cutting. The ladies are polite and atencious with clients.

I will never stop doing my nails in this salon, specially with Linh and Juvy,

I am so disappointment with the filipino receptionist. My wife just called and receptionist reply in such a rude way, I wish I can speak to the manager regarding this. Overall I am not happy with the behaviour.

Staff needs to be told what you need them to do repeatedly. Pedicure and polishing staff are not enough. One girl only.... and she is always busy. They seem to be understaffed.

Very busy salon with professional staff. Although the salon is not a very modern one, yet it is clean. The only problem that I face sometimes is that they tend sometimes to mistake my booking either for time or services booked for.
