I visited PINK LOTUS BEAUTY SALON last weekend for a hair cut and coloring service, but unfortunately, my experience was subpar. Heres what went wrong:- *Hair Cut:* The stylist seemed rushed and didnt take the time to understand my preferences. I asked for a simple trim, but ended up with uneven layers and a choppy look that I didnt want.- *Hair Coloring:* The colorist applied the dye unevenly, resulting in patchy, over-processed hair. The color itself was also not what I requested - I asked for a subtle, natural-looking highlight, but got a brassy, overpowering shade instead.Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of service and attention to detail at [Beauty Salon Name]. For the prices they charge, I expected a much better experience. Unless they revamp their staff training and quality control, I wouldnt recommend this salon to anyone.

Extremely Disappointing ExperienceI yesterday visited this salon with a friend, and it was one of the worst salon experiences weve ever had. The color we chose was nothing like what we ended up with. Even after asking about the difference, they just kept saying it would change after washing, but the result was still far from what we expected.On top of that, the communication was terrible. It was really hard to get our concerns across, and the staff didnt seem to understand or care about our preferences. It was especially frustrating during what should have been a fun, relaxing experience, especially right around the New Year.Overall, were very disappointed and would not recommend this salon to anyone. The lack of professionalism and poor results made it a very negative experience.

Today I did hair highlight... really its very nice . Staff also friendly and highly recommended to this place to others .But I have language barrier here. Otherwise 100%
