The haircut i got, is literally the best haircut i have ever gotten. I have unmanageably thick, frizzy and dry hair but she literally managed to get the exact haircut i asked for. She is so professional, and so careful with the haircut and she literally went out of her way to answer our questions about how to take care of our hair and even gave us tips! She is so excited and enthusiastic to do her job. She was so careful and professional and did not rush anything. The energy around her was also so welcoming and kind. Hello...One of the worst hair cut i got it done...I visited seeing good reviews..But so disappointed..Hairstylist by name poonam she first asked me.Do u like to wash the hair..I was confused without wash how will one able to cut the hair..She chopped my hair the kid doing some crafts using paper..Seriously am so disappointed..

Though it was my first visit , i had the most wonderful experience. I had a painless waxing. The staff helped in getting my hair knots sorted in less than 10 minutes. That shows their expertise .In hospitality they were at their best i had a galla time.I recommend this saloon for the money and service which is worth it.

One of the best salon for haircut in Dubai, Ms. Poonam has a neck for all haircuts and she’s a pro in what she does. My hair wasn’t growing and I had too much of hairfall. Someone mentioned her name to me and I gave her a try. My hair didn’t even grow but my hairfall also reduced quite a lot. I went second time to her and quite happy with the cut. Do give her a try!
