I can recommend this Saloon Pink Raffles saloonto anyone.As the service is good and all the staff are nice..I explained what I want. And everything was followed.According to what I want.*From my Nails with style I want was followed💅*Hair was followed the way I want.💇‍♀️*Massage was soo relaxing. 💆‍♀️And for sure will be back for my next beauty treatment. 💖💖💖Ms.Moon, as very artistic and loves what she does.She ask me what I want and show what I want.And she will follow It accordingly.Thats why my Nails looks prettyMs.Reima, had my hair done and she did follow what I asked.. showed to her my reference and she excid my expectations.Also the owner is always on hands to her shops.. that when the girls are busy she will work as well to help out..And they will make sure to check the result if Im happy with the finish products.

I’m Japanese. I go there for gelish mani&pedi, specifically for head spa. They are Vitaminese ladies who r very friendly, welcoming and warm customer service that I like.

I highly recommend this salon, apart from high quality materials and standards, the ladies are very friendly and professional esp. the owner, Ms. Minah.They do the work very gently and detailed, hence, my nails, hair and eyelashes are always on fleek. ❤️I am one of their loyal customers so i can assure that all services being done well. The service they offered was for lip colour. She said after the treatment, my lips will get the natural colour and even showed me pics of few customers. She didnt explain on how long it would take for the natural colour to appear or what the process will be. She said is is painless and encouraged me to do it. Once it started, the pain was horrible, it lasted for almost one and half hours, and I was shocked to see myself in the mirror. My lips became so big as if I did the lip enlargement😡, lip was numb. I couldnt feel anything. She still assured me that the pain will go away with the tablets she gave me. I couldnt eat anything for the next few days. Being a working lady, I was embarrassed to go for work coz my lip looked horrible. She said it will be ok withing 2 days. Here I am, after 10 days also, I am still bearing the pain and my lip is like I have leprosy. Its all black and nano shade. How can someone go outside this way?? I dont recommend this service at their parlor. No customer should go through what I went through and what I am going through even after so many days. I need my money back for this awful service and loss of trust!!!

Pink ruffles are very satisfying salon, staff are very nice and friendly, services you get at affordable price..very clean and hygienic.I m very happy and satisfied and would recommend to people to visit the salon.

Staff were extremely rude.I came from Dubai for the nails service.When I arrived I showed the Groupon voucher. They lady raised her voice and said they can’t use the voucher and I have to refund my Groupon. She then wouldn’t honor the Groupon price if I paid directly with them. She kept shouting and it was a horrible experience. I would never recommend this place. If they are having problems with Groupon they shouldn’t take it out on their customers. They could have informed me the day before when I made the booking that they aren’t accepting Groupon vouchers, and also remove themselves from Groupon already. In total the staff don’t know how to speak to customers. Raising her voice and shouting.

Very friendly staff and great prices for quality service! I did gel nail polish with french design and i am obsessed 🤩 i also loved the oil hair treatment that left my hair so soft after the blow dry. overall very satisfied and definitely coming back to get spoiled 💃

Confused about previous bad reviews. My experience was amaaaazing, highlight was the owner of the salon Miss Mina such a nice lady who did my nails. If it was not for their location, I would keep going back here.

Honestly I wasn’t expecting much since it’s really cheap and their 70dhs promotion was tempting And I wanted to try it. NEVER AGAIN. It was the worst experience.- The team will find any excuse to charge you extra. Eg - I wanted to get two different nail colors (not nail art) and she said that’ll cost 10 dhs extra per nail.- When I asked for a pedicure (50dhs) the lady just washed my legs NO massage and cream literally just washed it and said you have to pay 30dhs extra if you want colored nails after washing it so I can’t say no 😂- The attitude of the technicians just makes you feel so unwelcome.- Honestly It didn’t bother me paying extra since it’s still cheap compared to other places but the attitude and the vibe and the feeling that all they want is to scam you is just so unprofessional.- Oh and most important thing, all the three girls technicians does not know how to do nails.

Dont go for their nail offers, they may seem nice in the beginning but the nail tech does not like to work on the quality of your nails and its health, she likes working on designs and how pretty it looks, I do not want to jeopardize their nail tech, but she is not that experienced.. she is a makeup artist and i do not think she has licensing for nails. After a week or two my nails started lifting.. she did not do any cuticle care and the nails do not last long because of the placements of her gel, you are supposed to have the width of the fake/ acrylic close to the nail of ur bed by the cuticle to avoid lifting. but she does not do this. i respect her work but she does not take proper care. save your money and spend on a better nail place, which can last longer than her work, your money will go to waste in 2 weeks

The nails it self weren’t bad but not great. The building was really sketchy and abandoned and the salon was isolated so the environment was rly bad. Also when I went there , a girl was complaining about her nails and how they didn’t do what she wanted. Lot of red flags , don’t recommend. I will say the staff was very nice and the nails lasted long.

It was a very nice and welcoming experience! I got a dry haircut and a refresh with Maha and she definitely knows what shes doing! I highly recommend as i loved her work best of luck on the opening of your new salon!

I have been to this salon before it was clean . But now second time the service was horrible with big lies of coupon they provide me before later on they said there offer is expired. Dont fall for that guys be care full . One stuff person lied about service prices later she changed her statement when we spoke with her she was rude . Dont fall for them

It is a really good and calm place after long day of work very peaceful and staff are very good and the nail art is more good as even it says for a week but stays for month for meSpecial thanks to Mina and rose who has been assisting me from day one and had no complain for they workI would love to recommend it to my friend and family for they lovely workHair cut was perfectAnd even did facial my face glows better than before ❤️❤️

I took my mom that saloon bcuz they had good offer. Now my mum is sick bcuz she had manicure and they cut deep and their equipments are not clean ı believe her finger is infectedAlso she have facial cleaning and mask the lady while cleaning the blackpoint she strached my mom lip with steel tool and next they her lip become triple size from only point of strach.infectedNow my mom is under antibiotic medicatıon. And from saloon side not taking responsibilty and stop even answering…

So disappointing ,, I was their usual customer before but one day 27th Aug 2022 I went to the parlor and I withdraw money from ATM ,, they Stealed my money.. and once i called the owner she said she will return the money after checking the camera ,, once they checked the camera and understood it is stealed inside the parlor they started to change their words to you can select any 3-4 services from the saloon - I made my point clear that i dont want any services from this parlor i just need my money return,, and now they are not even checking my messages ,, only because I respect the profession I waited for 1 month still nothing happened ,,,,very bad experience ,, please dont go if you want to keep your money safe ,,
