I am somewhat satisfied with the services provided for the massage and Moroccan bath. Over the years, while the price for the Moroccan bath + massage promotion has remained constant, I have noticed the salons expansion, particularly in the Moroccan bath area. However, I would suggest creating an enclosed space before entering the Moroccan bath itself, where guests can change, hang towels, and leave slippers. Currently, the changing area accommodates only 1-2 people at a time, and it’s a bit uncomfortable as you have to step out into the main area after undressing. This means you might briefly expose yourself to people having their hair and nails done. While the staff tries to help by hanging towels outside, an enclosed changing area would offer a more private and comfortable experience.On a positive note, Aya’s services are consistently great, and she always ensures a pleasant experience.This highlights Ayas services nicely.

Every service provided at this salon was top class and I recommend others too take services from pinky’s salon. Merry nail tech, she did my nail extensions which are pop and I love it. She did so neatly and I appreciate her work. Meeshi was also very nice and everyone in the salon are loving and sweet.

Yesterday, I contacted the salon with a request to install hair extensions for me. ( I had brought my own). Everyone is nice and friendly. Hair stylist Waseem was attending me. And I am very happy with the job he did for me.He listen to my request and also cut them in very nicely. Today I came in again as some pieces didn’t sit well because I have very thin hair, and he immediately reinstalled them. I will defiantly return to the salon, and highly recommend.

I went there with my bestie and our experience was fun and relaxing. They don’t make reservations so you can walk in. Their Moroccan Bath was satisfying especially with Ayah (moroccan). She’s very friendly and cleanse you thoroughly without pain.My best manicurist is Rose and she really make my hands and feet sophisticatedAnd I did full body waxing including brazilian wax Muskaan is the best interms of waxing.All these services included in their package!I will definitely comeback to them ❤️

First time i was coming to this salon and its unforgetable amazing expereinced . I really like it, they are all good and freindly.They have good package as well , Morrocan bath (Aya) shes doing well , she has a lot of power to make it , so freindly and energetic, and the best morrocan i expereinced.Brazillian Bikini (Muscan) shes doing great hands are so light, i didnt feel pain at all . Also ( sirina )shes so careful for my face i did facial to her shes so kind and smilling all the time.And Mary shes amazing how she take carr of my nails ,😊I went home happy and satisfied.Definitely recommend to all my freinds.💙

The treatment in the salon was disgusting. They told me the price of things over the phone, and when I arrived, they raised the price. The treatment was ugly, especially with Amira a new girl in a Moroccan bath, and a black woman who was doing a pedicure.i pay to much for bad scarves 😡😡

I’m from Rashidya but come to Pinky’z for morrocan bath and massage but this morning I got 10 services for 100dhs, all is fine except for Amira’s attitude when you take the reception. She should learn proper customer service especially when she is the front person.

Took my dear 70-year-old mother to a local salon for a henna design treat. We agreed on a price of 100 AED and chose a design from a picture. The salon was bustling, and as the henna was applied, I found myself juggling other tasks. When it was time to leave, I noticed the henna wasnt dry yet, so I didnt pay much attention to the design.Later, after washing off the henna, I was shocked to find that the design didnt quite match the picture. Disappointed, I contacted the salon. Instead of addressing the issue, they suggested an additional 20 AED for a better design, which I had already paid as a tip.Feeling frustrated, I tried to discuss the matter with the manager, but they refused to speak with me. I was left feeling disregarded and upset. Determined to share my experience, I vowed to inform others about my disappointing visit to the salon.

I had the chance to visit the vip pinky saloon(Lotus grand hotel),overall 8/10,I had a good morrocan bath by Rania she was very friendly and made sure I enjoy it since it was my first time and made me laugh my teeth out,I’m coming back for morocan bath again ,Martha fixed my manicure and pedicure good service,the receptionist Aliya was friendly and gave me a blow dry ,only didn’t enjoy the facial (Because I am a Beauty Specialists and the facial the gave me wasn’t at its best at all)

First time I experienced moroccan bath with a lot of people inside. They should inform the client. The Salon is not clean. Massage u will be in one hotel room in one massage bed with no cover. U have to go out the salon then one male is sutting outide while u are wearing towel only..😭 when i went inside One lady is doing video call. I didnt continue the service it feels so weird and uncomfortable . All staffs are nice except the receptionist/ manager filipino she seems like she doesnt like her job. Tools for mani & pedi are not sterilized.

It’s a worst and very disgusting place i’ve ever been!!! There’s no social distancing! No cleanliness at all!! They have only one massage room with 3 bed inside without a privacy nor even a curtain. It’s literally a shocking place for me!! Then FOUR clients at the same time in the small space of steam room for Morrocan service!! The receptionist Jaybee is very unprofessional as she is calling the clients “BEH”!! She’s opening the steam room without knocking the door, even she knew people inside are naked!! I came to relax but because Of a very poor service and very dirty place I decided just to leave. I am waiting for a call of the head incharge to give my feedback but unfortunately I did not receive any call. Never try this!!!

This salon meets the standards of any beauty salon must have, I used the package price and package is wonderful. But the nail polish color I want they dont have ,and I was expecting better hair trim.In overall staff are very friendly and happy , I like the atmosphere. Wax , manicure pedicure and blow dry was very good. Will recommend this place.Just I hope they bring milky white or white nail polish color next visit.

My first morrocan bath experience was great (the staff May handled me well) i highly recommend her if you go to this salon. The downside on this salon is that the picture they put in here is not at all what u see wen u come to the steam room-its really frustrating.Another thing for the mani pedi - if only they have proper furniture whre the customers can relax while doing the pedicure, its not comfortable to seat at a dining chair, no support for your leg. a stool would be helpfull.Some staffs are nice some are rude some are very noisy… the salon smells smoke..Anyways the promotional package is cheap (AED179) maybe thats what u get for the offer.

Do i need to spent 300aed for you guys to assist me?! Just because i will only pay 60aed?! And i dont think so your hairstylist knows how to do layered haircut. He cut my hair for only 15mins and i told him 2 times to make it short, but seems like he dont want to do his job as if he will be the one to choose whats good for my hair. I had the worst experience in this saloon , they are just sitting there to loot the customer,Staff is extremely unprofessional, they did my waxing and then asked me to took morocan bath , wax room was extremely hot and the waxing girl just pull my all skin and i got wax burn. After that i asked for blow dry which was mentioned in the pacakge and the lady of reception said its only drying hair , they dont even know the difference between drying and blow dry.Never a recommendation. I will strongly suggest not to go there ever.

I went for Balayage. They spent a good deal of time and the service was good. It wasnt quite the colour I wanted so I was a little disappointed but it turned out quite nice so Im happy with the result. Communication about colour could have been a lot better for it to get 5 stars from me for the colour and cut. Marlene looked after me and my teen for mani pedis and other treatments and did a fab job. My teen was very happy with her highlights.

Muskan in this salon is far best.. first time i experience doing Moroccan bath for Indian lady and i find her really good..Very Polite and well experienced.. Also the Filipino lady for doing the massage named Mary she is also very good well experienced and did not make the massage quick unlike the other salon they always in a hurry.. but this Salon they have good staff.. well done! we always comesback here.. ❤️❤️

I have travelled to more than 10 countries in the past 5 years and I have never experienced such a dirty and filthy place.When I arrived the sewage smell was horrible inside.Can you imagine spending 2 hours doing my nails with sewage smell? I had to go several times to the toilet to vomit 🤢I have also seen bugs inside of the saloon, when I reported this to the Algerian lady, she mentioned is was normal and cockroaches always roam around.Also I have confirmed a design via WhatsApp and the Algerian girl confirmed it was ok when I arrived. Guess what? A completelly different design was applied ruinning my nails.Stay away from this place or bring your hazard protection full body equipment if you do not want to get sick.Joana

As I went there yesterday my experience is not too bad but, but I left the premisses with bad experience.Mustan- lady for bikini waxing she is great and very accomodating, noor from massage she is too good for her job to make costumer satisfied with her skills. But morrocan I am partialy disatisfied, as the staff smell cigar while scrubing me, secondly she gave me a disposable towel and before using it I ask her is it for me?? Bcz I brought my own personal towel, she said yes. I went out for massage while I am in the massage room 1 staff ask me if I get the disposable towel? Noor answered no she got it from massage room I answered I got 1 your staff gave me then she said not for you thats for another costumer then I apologize, when I get out from massage room i see my OWN PERSONAL TOWEL is used by different person, it is so very very very disgusting, towel is personal things we never share it to anyone bcz its so unhygienic, I got my towel feeling upset, do foot spa and pedicure with little disappointment, as my manicure start, i tell the staff that do not do so much nailfile to my nails as i feel it painful, she keep doing it not minding what i say as she is busy gossiping with another staff, the i tap her hand smoothly to get her attention and tell her that sister, just cut my nails and if there is rigid edges then buff it, dont keep buffing i feel tickling and uncomfortable, she ask em ok then she cut my nails very very short, 😒.. Thats the time i start feeling upset, then i dont want any colour and design simply the french tip but she do it very ugly my other hand have long nails while other is too short and the french tip doesnt look like french tip. It looks dirty and uneven the tip.. So much disapointed to mani and moroccan bath for being unghygienic.

Worst experience ever.Completely disorganized place ,No value for customers time .They don’t have any reservations, and don’t value for customers at all. Checked with them before going what time will be free, and less crowded, they said not crowded please walk in, and I drove from long distance and while reaching they showed me a list of waiting, and they even doesn’t have any idea of how long we should wait, the receptionist is Rude , she says “if you can’t wait you can go” !!This is not the only Salon in Dubai-I found an amazing place nearby itself with great price and awesome service !!

All services are well picked in the package especially the Morrocan bath, before, i used to come to Aya for that and she is super professional as always. Rania , the egyptian girl recently joined the morrocan bath team and she is well trained, professional as well.. I had some doubts before trying the bath with her but after all my doubts faded. They picked actually a good team and Madu from the beautician’s is super decent.

Very poor service . I visited the saloon for moroccan bath and massage.after the Moroccan bath i had to wait 20-30 minutes to get to the massage then the staff refused to do it since its close to iftar. So if you want to get the service from them we have to wait until the staff finishes her won work. This is the second time in a row i experience this.

Okay so first off the staff working here are NICE and VERY ACCOMMODATING, they really made us feel welcome which is amazing, the only thing is if you’re coming to this salon DO NOT go for a HAIRCUT, their hair stylist I don’t even know how she got the position she has no clue on how to cut hair😭 my hair ended up being so short on the left and longer in on the right, also on the back she didn’t even bother shaping it 😂 I paid 30 dhs for it for a hair trim without hair wash and blow dry, but other salons will charge you 10 dhs and have it styled well, then again the other staffs are nice maybe get a pedicure or manicure done in this salon but not a haircut.

I came here a few days ago with my sisters and did my eyebrows. i was so lucky for it to be done by mishi for a threading and henna tint, it was great customer service and amazing results. Got my medicure pedicure done by asmita which was incredible as well. they were all so nice and sweet. Came back today and got a blowdry and trim by kareem and was amazed again. definetly recommend this place.

It wasnt my first time coming to this salon. Im happy for the service until yesterday. When its time to blow dry my hair, everyone never pay attention to me. Either theyre on their phone or they just look at me like theyre not interested. Hamam and massage was amazing. But the blow dry area are horrible. One guy finally did dried my hair as the lady there was on her phone.The hair dryer was soooo hot that I felt my hair and scalp was burning. He even wanted to use the unwashed and greasy brush. I tried to control my emotion as its my birthday and Im trying to relax. Hopefully they will pay attention to their employees attitude as its very disappointing. Anyway its my first time to meet that guy. And I will never visit again.

I wouldnt recommend anyone to go to this salon for waxing because their staff is rude and unprofessional. I purchased two packages and they didnt know how to wax properly. When I informed the receptionist about the staffs behavior, they told me that my skin was sensitive, which is why the staff wasnt doing their job properly. Ms. Mishi was very unprofessional and didnt know how to speak with customers. She took me to the waxing room and then told me that another staff member was waiting. I accepted and another lady took me to the waxing room where she did waxing on my arms and legs for the bikini. She then sent Ms. Mishi to do the waxing, but she didnt come for half an hour. When I asked about it, she told me that since I had taken other services, she was busy with other customers. When I told her that she could have started with me, she started to misbehave and gave a stupid excuse. She treated me like me she did charity with me she acted like I didnt pay for this serviceI wouldnt suggest anyone to go to this salon for waxing.They haired an unprofessional person Please no one goes for waxing Please dont take any service from Ms. Mishi

The stars are for the morrocan bath and the pedicure/ foot spa.I tried Aya and Fatima for morrocan bath, they were accommodating, polite, and doing good job.5⭐️ to the technician from Nepal Asema ( I hope I remember correctly) she did my pedicure and foot spa for the 2nd time. Shes amazing 👏 very engaging with clients, always smiling, and goes extra miles to give them very good service. She saw me filing my nail ( after the manicure, I noticed there still some irregularity), and she automatically and happily asked me to do them again for me while my foot were soaking.She remembered my preferences even though it was my 2nd time only after 2 weeks.The ambiance 😌 too loud music that was not appropriate. Loud conversation between the staff.

It was bad experience.This foot spa lady named Huda burned my feet with hot water. Rather checking the temperature of the water, she directly splash the water on my feet and it got burnt.The Philippines massuse doesnt know how to massage. I have booked 40 mins of body massage, whereas she was done in 25 mins. Further she didnt put any pressure on massage points.I made complaints for both issues. Noone cared. Really waste of money. DisappointingHowever Asmita did good job as she did Jelish manicure and pedicure. She knew the work.

The WORST salon I ever visited 👎👎👎The problem with this salon is that, not hygienic, staffs are not professional in doing their task. I have a horrible experience when I visited this place pinky’s salon. While doing my mani, pedi, Staffs are doing chitchat with each other, checking phone, even dancing 😅 and that’s scary that’s why I ended having bloody finger. And the result was so bad. Even other staff knows that their colleague is with a client they still keep disturbing talking to them, it is so annoying they are not focused on doing their job. One lady also Arabic when doing my eyebrow henna she said that it will take only 2mins then it’s done but she ddnt finish her work and she eat with colleagues and leaves me, that’s why I ended waiting for almost 15mins if I didn’t call her to remind her that I needed to remove it 😅😅😅.. this salon is cheap but services were so bad. I’d rather spending big amount than coming to this kind of salon.NEVER AGAIN👎👎👎👎

This was my first salon experience in Dubai. I chose this salon because this was really near to my flat. I contacted them prior to my visit to book an appointment to make sure I will be assisted on time. I was told to just walk-in.I dont usually give negative reviews because I know its not nice, but as someone who has worked in the hospitality industry, In know how important a great service means for customers. This is not me calling them out to make issues, but for them to improve.Sadly, my salon experience was not good due to the following reasons:1. I arrived at 8 pm. I was made to wait for more than 2 hours. I saw some customers who arrived after me, but they were tend to first.2. They charge an additional 10% from your bill if you pay via card. I have been in this country for 2 years now, and this was the first time that I encountered such experience. I dont usually bring cash with me, because I expect all places to accept cards. Even baqalas in Abu Dhabi accept credit/debit cards and dont even ask you to pay the 10% even if you only buy less than 20dhs worth of items. So, if you plan to visit this salon, BRING CASH.3. I sat in the sofa while waiting. For some reason I dont understand, I was asked to transfer to a smaller chair so customers of their preferred nationalities can sit more comfortably.4. Take note that they are nicer towards their preferred nationalities. I am Filipino so I was not met with kind smiles. I am not stupid. I could sense right away that they had a preference.5. The person who did the wax was nice to me, but I can tell that she was exhausted and wanted to go home, so she was doing everything really fast. I felt bad for her so I decided not to berate her.I didnt expect the place to be small based on their pictures, but it is. Also, they have a very limited expiry for their package. I usually purchase packages in other salons and it would have a 1-month expiry, but here youre only given 1-2 days.I wanted to give one star, but I decided to add another for the person who did the waxing. Although, she was exhausted, she was nice and made small talk. She also did a great job with the waxing.Even if they are cheaper than other salons, unfortunately, I wont come back. Ill be bringing my business elsewhere.

I went to have a Moroccan bath and Rania was the one who helped me and she was really professional and i was super happy either way the results

The package was good but not upto the mark. I selected 100aed 10 serviceOut of which 4 points for facial, but their facial just include face scrub n mask. They didnt even gave proper steam and also no pinning They should learn the full process of facial. Also I selected mani n pedi with footspa but it only seems like they just cut ur nails and put nail polish thats it. But before visiting there I clearly spoke to them on watsap and they told me its deep mani n pedi but it was not. They still need training. there is no engagement between staff n clients. Also the Filipino manager has too much attitude they seems that they are just bothered about theirs pockets and not the client. If they cannot afford they should not promote this package. They are partial with nationalities.Its better if they just take Filipino customers only.

For Moroccan bath, Nina and Aries are the Best. I enjoyed this service with them because they not only scrub me but they also made me relax and die with laughter because of their crazy jokes. Overall it is a Great experience which will make me come back regularly. For the massage, Lynn is also the Best. I can say that she is an expert. Her massage is just the right pressure but it made my body and muscles to relax that makes me want to come for more.

I would have rated it 4 stars before consulting the hair expert named Shaima who ruined my hair after wasting my 3 hours. She was supposed to highlight and dye the uncoloured hair only over my head area as the bottom was highlighted and dyed few months ago and I wanted the root touch and dye of the top of my hair..Before beginning I was asked to pay first and then they will give the services.After I paid 600aed, She just highlighted my front bangs and left the back area grey and without dye.After talking to the manager,she was asked by her boss to fix the issue and she rudely said that she will put only 3 thin foils and the given pictures are after her repeat services with lots of hair left undyed.Although waxing, pedicure and massage services were good , just because of poor hair services of Shaima, I will never go to this salon again.She discriminates with non Arab nationalities and talks very rudely after giving poor treatment.She hardly gave 15 minutes to highlight and dye the hair. Once you paid full amount in advance, she will leave the half of your hair without colour and will force you to pay more and more.I will never recommend to go to the lady Shaima for highlights or hair dye. You will end up going to other salon and repay to get the services.Please never pay in advance, otherwise you will have to go back home without hair dye.

Highly recommended ladies salon, aside from being so accessible in metro station, the services are really so amazing that all staffs are being accommodating and very professional as well. Shukran ktr to Aya who do very well my moroccan bath she is amazing she always makes me smile. Ate winnie who did my nails, she remove the dry skin so smoothly I am happy coz im very sensitive with anyone touch my nails or skin. To waseem who did my hair blowdry, very friendly and to Sumera who did my eyebrow henna she is nice. To ms jabee, thank you po ate for being considerate and entertaining, hood customer service. LJ did an excellent job with my gelish manicure and pedicure. 😍Rainy cleaned and polished me up with her expertise in Moroccan bath. 💦Iresha was very patient and thorough as she got rid of my unwanted hairs. 🫶🏼All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I had a nice evening with them as they helped me prepare for my event the next day.
