I found a real gem in this hidden in Nad Al Sheba salon - senior stylist Gulnar is such a rare find! She s very knowledgeable and got great aesthetic sense. You will find really effective and great hair treatments such as ProFiber and BioTanix here. Nails services ,however not very impressive : very poor choice of polish. I would love to see new long lasting products such as CNDcreative play or Orly breathable gel instead of good ol shellac.

The aesthetics of the salon are beautiful - nice colours and furnishings. Linda is clearly very experienced with nail care and her technique was impeccable and 100% professional. The seasonal specials they offered were very good value and I would consider returning.

Pistache is beautiful salon, Ive visited multiple times for various services. The hair specialist is fantastic, shes knowledgeable and pleasant.However, my last visit for waxing was less than pleasurable. The technician was cold and not very personable. While I understand that I dont go to the salon to make pals, a friendly demeanor makes a big difference to the client. This lady made me feel like my presence was not welcomed. In addition to her attitude, she did a sloppy job.

It was alright, not too keen on the quality of nail polish as my polis came off the next day l but the blow was good and so was the waxing. Management as an absolute disappointment!!! I had booked 2 appointment for each service and she had just made 1 booking of each service. She then asked my friend to wait just incase if a client doesnt show up. Thats not a professional approach to customer service, when I make a booking in advance and then asked to wait in hopes of someone not showing up!!! Very very unprofessional management!

I have been to this salon a multiple times and had a very good experience until the last time. Took a group on voucher for waxing services and during my last sessions Ms. Preet did a very good job. I was really happy with her service. This time she was no longer working there and another lady did it for me.she was unprofessional and talked with an attitude. When I asked for Lycon wax for doing my upper lip waxing, she replied by telling I took a Group-on voucher!! What does that mean?? I don’t deserve good services and products??That was such an insult!! She dint even know how to thread eyebrows! I am really really disappointed with the service and have decided never to go to this salon again. Requesting the Manager to look into this, as you may lose more good customers if you continue with such unprofessional staffs.

The worst gelish manicure service I ever got in Dubai! The gel polish came off on the same day. I went back and asked them to fix those nails and again it came off the next day. I messaged the owner and asked her for a refund and she said she cannot refund because apparently “I moved my hands too much”. That was the funniest answer I ever got from an OWNER of a salon. These people are thieves and highly unprofessional with the worst service quality. Please stay away!

I have been going to pistache salon for almost one year and i am so lucky to have found such an amazing place for all my beauty needs. Especially my experience with Saida (hairstylist) has always been exceptional. I cannot trust anyone with my hair but her.Highly recommended.

The receptionist/ egyption lady with black hair was rude and have inferiority complex issues. They left me to a stylist who has zero experience and acually an asistant to a stylist. I spent 5 hrs and my hair was not done.After all this the receptionist was prioritising the white /forgieners and make them jump the que against other customers.

DO NOT GO TO THE TUNISIAN HAIRDRESSER(Salda) here if you want to be yelled at nonstop and finger pointed by her.On April 3rd, I experienced the most horrible, unbelievable and insulting nightmare ever in my whole life at this salon.Around 8:30pm I got my haircut by Tunisian hairdresser whose name is Salda. You won’t believe what happens.I showed her a picture of the haircut(the last picture) to explain what style I want. What I asked was to cut a little bit on the side so It naturally connects to the hair at the back. She cuts the big section of my entire side hair, which was clearly not what I was asking for.I tried to explain to her. Every time I tried to talk, she cut me while I was talking and repeatedly said she did nothing wrong.She has zero interest in listening to her customers, which was not professional at all.And the next thing I had to listen to was “You are asking too much.”When she realized I used Groupon, she told me “If you don’t like it you come all the way from Sharjah tomorrow and cut your little hair” (I am one of the occupants in Meydan Heights by the way. She thinks all Asian is living in Sharjah? That is purely Racism!!!)She literally yelled at me everytime she talked to me and even pointed a finger at me at some point.Since it was almost closing time, I was the only customer and there were two Pakistani receptionists and me and her. (I wonder how she will act differently if there were other customers around…)I requested for the manager’s number several times so I could reach out and solve this matter before I put this out in public, but they denied my request until I gave up and went back home.This is not the way the customer service should be. I have never been treated like this before by any human beings, not to mention customer service providers or any salons in the entire world.I still desire to hear from the manager and want an apology from her.

It’s a lovely place to pamper your self.every thing is perfect . The quality of service, the treatments are very well done, the staff is friendly,great variety of products and colors.very pleased with my manicure pedicure and hair treatment.

Amazing service especially atte cecile! Took a coupon from groupon and got amazing service for the waxinng. Had an amazing manicure too. My pedicure however was done by a not so enthusiastic staff member and was very rushed and too fast.

Amazing Salon. To be fair I just tried haircut here. But the staff are super friendly and I recommend Gulnar specifically for haircut she has the eyes and listens to you.

The hair dresses was rude, and they said they except discount cards but when I tried to use them she said no I already gave you a discounted price, but the service provided was so good and I will come back for it

I stumbled across this gem of a salon while searching for a place that offers reflexology. And, voila! Even though Ive been to the Spinneys, Homesmiths, pharmacy and coffeeshop many times, I never looked further than my nose. It was a delight finding the lovely salon tucked away around the corner. The staff are all very friendly and the mani/pedi/reflexology a lovely experience. The interior highlight were the beautiful chandeliers and super comfy chairs that you just melt into!!! Ill be back!!!

The hair service was nice .. padicure service better than the manicure it wasn’t as expected and unprofessional .. the receptionist was working with no passion !

There was a lady from Pakistan who did my nails so nicely ,she was so lovely and pleasant. 5 ⭐ only for this lady.

The service and the salon is good but the attitude of the Receptionist or the person who attends the calls will definitely shoo customers away. The attitude needs to be worked on.

It’s a nice place. I had mani-pedi gelish and everything was all right.The only problem is that i had to wait 30 min for my appointment.

Very unprofessional. Had an appointment for last Thursday 13/5/21. But since it was Eid they were closed. But no one called to cancel and reschedule. I went there and turns out they were closed.Booked an appointment for 3:30 yesterday 20/5/21. Got there and had to wait 15 minutes to be called inside. Why? Because the staff was new and were being shown how to do a mani pedi.The lady doing the hair mentioned to me that the girl was new and I should tell her what to do. In fact she was doing my pedi, even without soaking my feet. I had to tell her, you need to soak before clipping and shaping. When buffing the nail, my skin was being buffed too. I asked her several times to be gentle.I do not blame the girl She was trying her best under the circumstances. But the salon management should train the staff before they make their clients guinea pigs and let new untrained staff learn on paying customers.Its the salons duty to hire a trained and qualified person.The lady that did mine took 2 hours to complete a classic mani pedi. Do not get me wrong, I love a nice long relaxing treatment. But this wasn’t relaxing. My cuticles were all bleeding. She scraped my feet too much and i have cuts on my foot. My nails are not cut to the same even size.The nail paint on both my big toes is not done properly.Totally disappointed. I have been there several times before, but the staff and perhaps even the management were different. Never had such an experience there before. Was always satisfied in the past.The girl doing my mani pedi, either didn’t know or pretended not to know and understand english. I am just hoping that the tools they use are sanitized well, as the number of cuts I have is unreal.Will not recommend this salon at all. extremely dissatisfied.

About my experience at the salon for the first timeI did not like to deal with them at all. It is a shame that you do not want to receive customers and say that you must book a month in advance for the first two weeks. This is a strange thing, but how!! The salon has been open for two or three monthsOther than all of this, she gave me a pedicure and manicure. She was doing it quickly so she could finish and move on.For your information, they do not tell customers that they have savingsI hope to look into the matter 👍🏼

The salon is excellent and clean, and their timing is right. To be honest, I visit the salon privately because the employee is happy. She always colors my hair. It is impossible for me to work for anyone else. Her work is meticulous and she works conscientiously, and if something does not suit me, she is not satisfied with it. Even my daughter got a color that is frankly difficult for her and without ruining her hair. I love the way she blowdries. It is amazing. God willing, we will succeed

I really liked the treatment of the workers in the salon and the service.. and I liked the treatment of Rania as a very elegant person in dealing with her.. and I will definitely come back again.
