Podium Ladies Salon

I have been visiting Podium saloon for about 6 months and my hair & skin has become so good due to the products they use!The hairstylist Sofiya does an amazing job at hair styling & colour. The nail technician Flora is very good at Gellish & acrylic nails, and I strongly recommend getting your nails done!

The staff and the manager are very friendly and welcomingI have tried the hot oil, Hair massage was very nice and relaxing. The technician has the information to recommend what is the best treatment for your hairThe price was very good and reasonable for all the service that they are offering and the salon with the high-qualityRecommended

The experience was so bad I went to do eyebrow color they damaged the color with only bleach and refused to fix it even if one week passed,I don’t advice anyone to do their eyebrows at all and not even apology was saidVery bad experience

Im super impressed on how they restore my dry brittle lifeless hair to a long soft silky hair as well as my dull and tired skin to a fresh and glowing skin.They have the best professionals to visit you at the comfort of your home. Kudos to the lovely Saneh for my hair and Melanie for my skin they did an amazing job.I highly recommend Podium Ladies Salon❤️ Im another very happy and satisfied customer. Booked my appointment 3 days in advance for an event and when I came to the salon, the employee wasn’t available as she had to go to her bank for personal work. I was told she will be back in 10 mins then 15 mins so I stepped out to wait for a call. I received a call 50 mins after my set appointment time. Absolutely unprofessional and not worth a visit at all. There are over 10 salons in the same area that are worth trying out.

I called to make an appointment because I was dissatisfied with the poor service I had received a month earlier and the hairdresser suggested that I come back to address the issue. The Indian woman on the phone was quite unpleasant and unhelpful, and I would not recommend this salon.👎🏻

Very good salon and good services.Prices also reasonable...would definitly reccomnd this place!!Melanie did my facial while Hema and Angelica did mani and pedi....all of them are superb at their job....satisfied with the services!!

Very sloppy blow dry. I asked for a blow dry but was told my hair was too think to have a bouncy blow dry so she used curlers instead. I’ve had my hair done in several other places. Please hire someone who knows what they’re doing .

I had a bad experience twice here. Taking an appointment is through the WhatsApp, but the response is always very late. I took my daughter for a hair wash and blow dry. The staff were friendly, especially the ladies who did blow drying and threading. The place was very clean, there werent any issues with that. They offered me water/tea/coffee etc which was kind too, however, my daughter had medium length hair and they charged me a lot more than expected. When I addressed the issue, the owner agreed for a free threading/hand waxing or manicure service which I appreciated.This was the reason why I decided to take their service again the next day. I took an appointment for my daughters prom makeover by calling them directly and when I went there at around 4:45, the staff responsible for the make up had another customer. She said she would be occupied for another 40 mins. There were many other staff but none of them could help us. They then said another lady will come as soon as possible to do the service. After 5:10, a lady and the owner came to help. They reacted as if everything was normal. They said they will do hair as well even though we had to leave at 5:30. Everything was in a hurry burry. They charged me the regular price; there was neither an apology for all the drama nor there wasnt any discount. We had to reach the venue by 6:20, but we ended up starting very late (way past 5:30). I had to rush and it was a very nerve wracking situation. I thought I will visit the salon another day and take the free threading service they offered me yesterday along with some other service I may want to avail, but I used the offer that visit itself because I dont wish to go back to this place ever again. It was very disorganised and disappointing. I wouldnt recommend this place!

Salon is neat and clean. The staff were nice and welcoming. My haircut and blow-dry turned out perfect. The hair dresser knows exactly what she is doing.They charged as advertised which is a plus.I would go back to try other services.Highly recommended.

I took my wife to this place and was the worst place to go. The hair style looked horrible and makeup is a disaster. We have more makeup home than the salon. Even though we complained several times the answer this is what I have.

I have visited this salon for my haircut. The lady who did my haircut was so unprofessional. She was not ready communicate with me and not able to understand the haircut which I wanted. She was talking to her colleague in their local language paying no attention while cutting hair. In between she was attending phone calls laughing out loudly which is unprofessional. When I asked her to correct the length she told this is what she could do. After the haircut , she didnt offer a mirror to check how the haircut looks like. All I received is just straight haircut when I asked for Bob cut (without hair wash blow dry) 84 dhs including tax and terrible customer service. I wont recommend this salon nor do I pay visit anymore. Totally disappointed about the service they offer. Please do understand it not just about cutting hair for money ..it is about overall customer experience. Please do show respect to your customers.Worst experience I ever had in my dubai life from a hairstylist.

I did gel manicure with a lady called “hema” it was a great experience and she was very friendly 10/10 experience.

Was AMAZING!!!The staff are very sweet, they take care of you very well, I was very happy with their work and I will definitely come back again. No pain with the waxing and very happy with my nails.

Got my hair done in this salon , the Egyptian lady she did a blow dry and curls with hair iron , and guess what?my hair got burn and its like a plastic now !!! because she kept it for long time in my hair !! i went to another salon to trim my hair 😊 unprofessional at all wont go back again.the manager is so sweet and kind.

I came in after booking my slot and found a clean place, friendly staff and a warm welcome by Mrs. Fatma the in-charge.Mrs. Amina did my haircut and blow dry, I literally loved it and didnt feel happy like this in a while.Also, Mrs. Bisma did my face waxing and my pedicure which I loved. and Mrs. Kantry did my manicure and it was quick and super efficient.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Podium salon is a very good salon and they treat customers very well. They had a wide variety of nail products and all of them are really good. Must go again if you need a good salon for nails go there. They also offered drinks for free.

I liked my gelish pedicure , however my gelish manicure was poorly done , it was way too thick and uneven application.

The service was excellent and the staff was also excellent. Of course I will visit them again and thank the employee Arwa, I think that is her name, and also the owner of the salon was present and her treatment was very classy.

Yara Amer is an artist and creative, and her work is very, very good. Her fingertips are golden, talented, and cute. To be honest, when I saw her work with hair and makeup, it was what attracted me and made me come to the salon. She is truly an artist, and the result is amazing. She did very nice nails for me, and her work is perfect and beautiful.A tidy salon and a nice team. I recommend it
