I purchased the voucher via cobone for hammam, full body massage, hair hot oil treatment & blow dry, deep cleansing facial with mask but when I booked the reception said hammam is not working so she asked me to choose upgrade massage / facial. Then I upgraded massage from 1 hr to 1.5 hrs. It was so relaxed. Samila (lady from Nepal) did massage for me. She did good job. The staff are friendly. Also they offered me coffee/tea. I chose coffee. I will come back again for sure. I really want to try hammam there.

They deserve one star only for their smiles and welcome, 1st the Moroccan bath is not, the washroom was cold that means the lofa didn’t work, as Arabic we know it should be hot for the body take it, 2nd gel manicure bad qualities, 3rd extra charge, I asked her why? she started to lose her tangue… it was my first time and my last… i saw the reviews before but I tried to give them a chance… I regret!

The worst mani and bedi I ever had, special the bedi, it will be much much beautiful if I did it my self at home, I visited them based on reviews but now I am regeret for every dirham I spent there.My nails where long and beautiful before I step there and what I wanted is to clean it, and that what I got, the two ladies were asked me about the length and I told them a bit shorter. See the photos, a little girl can do better than that.

I had a disappointing experience at this salon, starting with the receptionist. I didn’t catch her name, but she was a European lady with blue eyes, and unfortunately, her attitude was very rude.I came in with a Groupon voucher for a blow-dry, fully aware that I might need to pay extra because of my hair length. However, they asked me to pay almost the same amount I had already paid for the Groupon, citing that my hair is “curly” and exceeds their 12-inch medium hair limit. The Groupon offer clearly stated that it covered up to 16 inches.I tried to explain that my hair is type 2B, and while it may look curlier because I had applied curling products, it’s actually manageable. Unfortunately, the receptionist kept interrupting me and repeating her points. She even compared my hair to hers, saying that straight hair takes less time. Honestly, such comparisons are unnecessary and unprofessional—it’s 2025, and you’d expect better customer service in a salon setting.I understand salons may charge extra for certain hair types or lengths, but the way she handled the situation was dismissive and condescending. Salons should make their customers feel welcomed, appreciated, and beautiful—not judged or compared over a 40 AED difference.My hair is around 18 inches long, and I was willing to pay extra, but not the full service price again.In the end, I decided to proceed with the service because I didn’t want the hassle of a Groupon refund. Unfortunately, this was the first time I’ve had such a poor blow-dry experience in Dubai. My hair looked frizzy and undone—not at all what I expected.I strongly recommend that management train their staff to be more welcoming and professional. A salon is supposed to be a place where clients relax and feel refreshed, not an environment filled with negative energy. Some of the staff looked like they were having the worst day of their lives, and that energy affects the customer experience.

I went to Posh Beauty for a set of acrylic nails. The nail station wasn’t cleaned, nothing was sterile. They didn’t have size options so the tech had to file tips that were too large for my nails down to make them “fit” my nail base. The whole process took almost 2.5 hours and once I got home I had to refile and shape my own nails as they were terrible and then not even 24 hours later they all starting popping off like stick on nails. Wouldn’t recommend. However the beautician who does the eyebrow tinting is very good and I will go back to her specifically.

Had the pleasure of marylin doing my nails, she’s very thoughtful and kind and ver patient, she added a very pleasant to my experience and knew exactly what type of french i wanted, highly recommend her! also rabab did a very good job with my eyebrow threading!!

I had a great experience at Posh Beauty Center. Huge thanks for Marilyn who accommodated me and gave me the best nails ever, I’m in love! She was so quick with her work and still managed to give me the best results. She was also very sweet and friendly and didn’t leave me bored. I’m definitely coming back for more.

It was my first time today to this wonderful salon. I did a manicure , it took a bit of time but the results were seriously worth it. I recommend Marine for nails , a very sweet and patient lady.

I had amazing experience with MARILYN she did wonderful job I love when she do my nails, she loves her work and know how to satisfy clients needs. Shes amazing woman, and pedicure I got done by RAZIA the best classic pedicure anyone can ask for, shes very nice and knows how to work.She leaves you only when shes satisfy with her work.As long as they are working in saloon Ill go back posh again and again.

Excellent salon and all the workers there are very friendly and professional. I dyed my hair and did highlights. The color was great, just as I wanted, thanks to Rabab and Ikram for their amazing work.My haircut was excellent. Also, the manicure and pedicure were great they have amazing girl and professional.

I rarely leave reviews for anything, but this time I just had to because I was so impressed and satisfied with the haircut and color I got. Big shoutout to Ate Rosel—she did an amazing job with the color and highlights of my hair. Plus, the price is super reasonable for a salon located in Barsha. Their salon is not only affordable but also beautifully clean and well-maintained.

The waxing service with Lakshmi and Mona is good and they do fantastic job! I truly trust these two ladies when it comes to waxing. However, I do have some concerns about the salon experience itself.Firstly, Ive encountered issues with scheduling—multiple times Ive booked an appointment only to find that my chosen technician wasnt available when I arrived. This has been frustrating, especially since its happened more than once.Additionally, even with an appointment, Ive frequently had to wait over 30 minutes before receiving my service. While I appreciate the quality of work done by Lakshmi and Mona, the inconsistent availability and long wait times detract from the overall experience.The only reason I continue to visit this salon is the value offered through coupons on platforms like Cobone and Groupon. If the salon could improve its scheduling and wait times, it would truly enhance the experience for clients.

Let me share my experience...Before coming I read a lot of reviews, there were negative ones too, but I still decided to try. I started with Moroccan bath. And guess what? the ladys name is Saadia, and she is so amazing, caring, attentive.Then I had massage, that was another mind blowing procedure. That was Marjorie. Never had this type of amazing massage. Highly recommending.

I recently visited your salon for a pedicure and had a disappointing experience. The technician who attended to me was a trainee and seemed unsure about how to use the tools correctly. she was literally practicing on my nails. The manicuriste was teaching her infont of me 🙂I was surprised to be charged extra AED 150 for such an unprofessional service. Message to the manager, I believe its crucial to train staff thoroughly before allowing them to work on customers 😉On a positive note, Toma did an excellent job with my manicure. Thank you, Toma, for your professionalism and skill.

I had voucher from Cobone for 3,5 spa experience. Hammam was really nice, lady that did my massage and facial was super cute and blow dry was also fine. I just got informed that my hot oil treatment was already done in Hammam and I just got something quickly put on my hair but overall for this price I spend really nice time. It took 2.5 h.

I kept on coming back in this salon. Convenient near to my place and just located on the back of Mall of the Emirates. The staffs work as a team to accomodate their customers in a very welcoming and friendly way. Happy with the service of their eyelash extensions, hair cut, protein treatment, full color with highlights , classic/gel manicure and pedicure. I cant say enough for Marilyn who always do may manipedi. Her expertise on her work exceeded my expectations and totally I have found the one! The best nail specialist Ive met. She is skillfull in nail cleaning to artistic application of classic polish, eyebrow threading and waxing. Highly recommended her and Posh Beauty Center as one stop salon shop.

One of my favourite beauty salons. I always get an excellent experience and the best service. For nails I can recommend the lovely nail-artist „Toma“. She’s very experienced and puts so much attention to detail into my nails 🩷And „Marjorie“ the massage therapist offers the best recovery massage for athletes 💕. I highly recommend!

I had a great massage at Margarine, its worth a try. My period hasnt come for two months, and after the massage I felt better and I felt very comfortable. The hair dye wasnt good, so I had to redo it in my city when I got back. The pedicure was good.

My husband booked me a 3.5-hour VIP Spa package a few weeks ago, and I got an amazing much-needed relaxation!Started off with hair-mask followed by Hammam bath. After that, I was given the most amazing full body massage by Marjorie. It was a traditional massage and she was able to clear out stiff muscles and veins, 10/10 recommended! Got a nice facial after that, and a quick hair blow dry.Everyone was amazing and I loved my time there. My husband got the package from Cobone and I would want to avail it again in a few weeks.

5/5 for Marjorie! The saloon is very average, nothing special, but because of Marjorie’s hospitality and skills I’ve visited the place couple of times. She’s absolutely amazing. Would recommend trying her out.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Posh Salon. The lady at the counter was rude and clearly biased in the way she treated customers. Despite having an appointment, I was made to wait for an unreasonable amount of time while other walk-ins were prioritized. The owner and certain staff exhibited blatant favoritism, and the entire experience felt discriminatory. I was constantly being asked to wait for every service in advance, unlike others who were treated with much more respect and courtesy.This kind of unprofessional and discriminatory behavior is unacceptable, and wont recommend asians to visit this salon. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who expects to be treated with basic respect and fairness.

I love the girls here, found them last year in Al barsha and ever since there is no going back, the best place I have come so far with an affordable price as well. Today I got my nails from HELEN. She is absolute perfectionist. She was so gentle, so detailed and made my eyes go wow. Helped me to take my time and pick the color, was super friendly through out the time - 2.5hrs went unknowingly. They have really good staff. Highly recommended and typing this long review coz they deserve it😍😍😍 these are pictures right away, fresh nails indeed.

The staff that did my hair and nails deserve 5 starts. The staff at the conter deserves 1 star.Leak of communication and organisation skills. Made me wait 30 minutes. Wanted me to pay more then discussed via whatsapp before. Pity, lost a client that would have come all two weeks.

Ruined my hair. Did Brazilian and the hairdresser left the product on my hair without rinsing it off claiming this is the way we do Brazilian…which is completely wrong and unacceptable …my hair started falling in chunks.One of the hairdressers is very rude and aggressive.At the reception they try to quote you a different price than what you agreed with the hairdresser.Absolutely do not recommend.

First time visiting Posh beauty salon and it was great!My hair stylist Anjana provided amazing service,I loved the colour,the much needed trim and boucy blow out.This place is worth the splurge to look and feel wonderful. I highly recommended posh beauty salon.

I visited this salon on 16th September and i am repeated costemer past 2 year and confirmed upon arrival that I had a flight at 8 oclock. The owner, a Russian lady, accepted my appointment, and I proceeded with my services, including lashes, manicure, and pedicure. However, when it was time for my lashes, I noticed that the lady allowed another customer to go before me, despite me waiting and having already confirmed my time constraints.This behavior was highly disrespectful and showed a complete lack of respect for customers. They do not treat their customers equally, and this unprofessionalism was unacceptable. I highly recommend avoiding this salon if you expect good service and respect for your time.

I used a groupon for hydra facial and for hair first of all i want to tell you that at hydra facial they didnt even use the machine which means hydra facial. During the session, the girl there insisted three times to take the chain off my neck, although I didnt want to because I dont want to do anything to my neck, in the end I accepted, I was lying on the bed with my eyes closed and she took the chain off my neck and put it somewhere I dont know where she put it because I totally forgot about it and at the end of the session I forgot to ask for it back and and she didnt returned it. at night I realized I didnt have the chain around my neck but I thought I it is in the salon and I would find it the next day considering I had a hair appointment. when I got there no one knew anything about my chain and the girl said that I took it even though I didint even know where she put it when she took it off my neck because my eyes were closed. no one cared about my chain and acted like nothing happened.. just lost my soul chain from my grandma.

Not long ago I went to this manicure studio to get my feet in order. I was very pleased with the quality of service, the friendly attitude of the staff, and reasonable prices for pedicures. It was done perfectly, the master did his job quite carefully, helped me get rid of an ingrown toenail and helped me achieve smooth skin on my feet. I highly recommend the salon!😊☺️

I definitely reccommend them. At first i was skeptical since they got few negative reviews but i glad i did it. The hammam bath was my first. Though im not so fun bathing in hot waterbut its manageable the lady was good on scrubbing. The relaxation i almost fall asleep so its justify the purpose😄. She massage mild, its not thaimassage so for me it ok.. the 2 ladies who did my nails they did great job also, fast and proper. The lady who blowed dry my hair didnt ask for an extra even i have long hair. Thank you friendly ladies.i will back again there if im dubai... esp to marielyn thanks for the short chitchat.. I had gel manicure and pedicure done today and Zarena nailed it. She was so friendly and was paying so much attention to detial. I will definitely visit Posh again and will book Zarena for now onwards❤️. Pricing was slightly changed at the end however loved the service.

I availed the gelish mani pedi with paraffin treatment. The deal was really good but 5 of my cuticles are wounded. That rarely happens. I dont know about the paraffin treatment. They brushed a thin layer of wax on my hands and feet and wrapped it. I still have residue of the wax on my hands when I left the salon. Not sure about that. I havent had paraffin treatment before.

The Nail Artist with black hair and glasses is excellent. Rabab is also excellent for hair styling. Marjorie was the worst massage therapist. She just wants to talk and gossip. She keeps jumping from one area to another.. She focuses on 1 spot for 20 mins even though i showed her where i need her to massage. The salon Tells you prices, but when you want to pay they charge you over 20% Taxes which they never tell you at first. I always spend more than AED 900 and they over charge me and never treat me like a loyal client. I Will never go there again

MEDIOCRITYI had the worst experience with the hairdresser, and i have seen disasters before, but this was a joke.Went for keratin and trim and the trim for my long hair ended up in being short hair after paying a fortune to someone else to fix it.I asked her to give a tiny bit of volume and she just dd the worst layers you can imagine. A child does it better…(she cut horizontally all the front end to the shoulder length, and i cannot even find words for what she did to the back…i am not even sure how she manage to do that terrible haircut.)I had to go to another expensive place to fix it and the profesional said the layers had no connection between each other and to make it even, she had to cut te hair to shoulders length, when i had before a very long hair that i loved.Also she mentioned the product they used was clearly no keratin.. and no wonder, because next day was already curly. (i normally take 3 hours to do keratin but they did it in 40 minutes tops… so… that explains the poor quality)Anyway… you get what we pay for … mediocrity

Roselle did a good job in my hair, i really like my new hair color now specially the highlight. As well as my nails manicure and pedicure i like it a lot. And also thank you for ate at the bath she did very well at scrubing my dead skin..Will come back again soon..

I had a great experience having my nails done (pedi & mani) by Sarmila, shes so kind and helpful and gave me a great color at the end

Came to the salon for the first time today and left sure I will be coming back. Anjana took my hair from a damaged red disaster and fully transformed it into a chocolatey heaven. From damaged red hair turning orange into a lovely chocolate brown, I left the salon feeling confident! She also gave me lovely curtain bangs which really helped shaped my face. The salon itself is very clean, the staff is friendly and offered me coffee, and location is great since it is very close to the metro station. Overall, this was an amazing experience and I see myself becoming a regular there.

I bought coupon for Brazilian keratin and haircut from groupon. The Filipino receptionist made the whole service so much more worse than it had to be. My hair must be 14-15inch.I told her I’d like it cut to 12inch and then Brazilian keratin as per the T&C on the voucher. She tried every excuse she could to get extra payment, emphasising that the a volume of the hair is thick and it’s not just the length (no mention of volume requirements on T&C)Then the stylist ROSEY I had made the appointment with a week in prior did not attend to me till the end. It was a junior Arab girl who washed and applied the product. I told them initially itself that I need to cut my hair till chin level, they said I could do it after the keratin service. (I’ve done keratin and haircut on the same day multiple times, haircut is always done before the keratin)However, they insisted to begin with keratin and I thought they knew what they’re doing.Once the stylist , rosey attended to me. She seemed to be in a hurry, running between me and another client when I had specifically asked for her and booked a week prior.She kept rushing me through out the service. After the keratin , she was unaware of the haircut and prepared to let me leave. When I told her that I have a haircut remaining, she said haircuts cannot be done after keratin. She kept telling me it’s my fault and that I wouldn’t have been clear with the staff earlier when I mentioned the haircut, else all staff is aware after keratin that haircuts cannot be done. Finally she just cut my hair , not even the way I wanted cause she kept rushing me and didn’t even listen to the kind of haircut I wanted.Today I washed my hair after the 2 day period after keratin. It’s wavy and the haircut is a mess. The whole service I did there was a waste and now I have to get my hair done all over again.I definitely do not recommend this salon unless they get back to me with a solution for my now wavy uneven hair

Definitely wont recommend this place. Went with an appointment for waxing with full face threading. As per them full face doesnt cover eyebrows so only did the eyebrows for me. The manicure classic took 45min where they didnt do any scrubbing and due to lack of staff the same manicure lady did my pedicure another 40min. After that the waxing n threading was done. Threading was a pure shocker for me as its not like this usually. Wont recommend this place at all. My friend I asked her to do facial and it was not even done properly.She had messaged me laterLike no massage techniques at all, didn’t even use products properly and no proper steps followedMy skin was dry all through out!While doing my pedicure the main manager had told the lady she needs to do highlights so in that hurry she didnt even wait for my nail paint to dry n just put top coat on it and its spoiled already. Its just now 2 hours since Ive been from there. U can see in the pic.Update on my leg the side of it hurts and is a bit swollen now.

It was normal service and maybe because it was so crowded, my gel manicure 💅🏻 removed after just 2 days it’s so bad. For me it was bad experience but maybe for other women very good, I wish the best for everyone and develop the service.

-60 minute morrocan bath 4/104 is for the effort of the girl although there’s no mud mask or anything or even oil only Moroccan soap and scrub.-60 minute hot air treatment 1/10 there’s no hot oil and she just put it for 15 minutes along with the Moroccan bath.-Massage and facial was good and the girl was very professional and kind and she did very well her I don’t remember her name but she was Filipino-Hair protein: I kept on asking them what brand it is as I know the brands very well and I wanted to know exactly what brand they’re putting on my head they just said Brazilian protein which can include many other brands under it. They don’t clean the hair straightener which leaves your hair with the treatment on it looking like dandruff in all over your hairNail extension: good but there’s no filing after putting the gel the pump makes it look very fakePedicure: pedicure was good as long as you’re doing it with the right person as I told them I want to do it again and another girl did it very goodStaff treatment:Over all staff was good but the manager or owner I dunno kept neglecting my needs and sometimes she just replies just sit and I’ll tell you what to do next.Also the extra amount of money I should’ve been charged was 70 AED for protein and 25 for loofah but I ended up paying 115 AEDJust an update after 2 months of this shitty place protein treatment: almost half of my hair has fallen

Very hands on manager and very polite. And to my superstar Zarina who took care of my lashes until my nails to get done. With the help of Nora for my nails and other Nepali lady i forgot to get the name. Zarina is really a star i felt like im home while shes giving the services. Overall, all the staffs are very polite and well trained specially in handling customer. Worst salon for hair guys!!!! Nails not good as well! I am not joking !! I came there in February to do some highlights and this is the result I get! They acting like they are specialists but they don’t know anything about hair at all! They damaged my hair so bad and now I cut 20 cm and need to pay thousands of dirhams for cold recoveries for few months. I can’t anymore do any Botox, keratin treatment, nothing! My hair are so elastic like chewing gum !! They sold me some shampoo and conditioner but they knew it will not work on me, I asked refund but they didn’t want to give me back the money. After few days she colored my hair in brown and few days later it turn a bit greenish …. I can’t explain how I feel because I always had beautiful hair and now I just need to pay to have some recovery, I can’t do nothing else, just wait. I went for nails as well and they didn’t stay more than 5 days(gelish). This salon is just a joke to be honest ! The only good thing is the hammam(with Nepalese girl). I wanted to write this review for a while but I don’t want to be bad with a place but I couldn’t hold it anymore and especially because I paid thousand of dirhams for treatment…. They attracted people with Groupon and other discounts but please, pay the price, good things have a price… even you will pay more at the end believe me 😭

So I went in for the VIP package and waxing and full face threading. I should have read the reviews before going in.This VIP spa was for 3.5 hours which included:- 60-Minute Full Body relaxation treatment- 60-Minute Hammam- 60-Minute Hair Hot Oil treatment & Blow dry (hair length up to 16 inches)- 30-Minute Deep Cleansing facial with maskWhich finished in 2.5 hours including waxing. On asking about the hot oil, she said it’s done . There was no massage, just the oil rubbed on my hair like a shampoo and left in the steam.I cannot comment on the Hammam coz it’s my first time. But they put only soap scrubbed my body and a scrub. the only thing good was the relaxation massage and facial done by Ms. Marjorie. I forgot to get the loofah, they charged me 35 aed for it, which I’m sure costs only 10aed and I paid extra for the eyebrows that’s 30 aed. The waxing caused red patches on my arm. Not sure if it’s the wax or the way the strips were pulled.. and I’ve been waxing for over 15 years now. I’ve loaded the pictures. So really disappointed with the work, I would never come to this place again.

I have been to this saloon before 3 weeks and it’s my worst experience it’s regarding hair colour, first she said brown colour and she coloured my hair almost black , second she did t keep any timer for my hair colour and after washing once I came home my hair started itching and having too much pain bcoz of the hair colour and even after 3 weeks I am having severe itching and pain and. When the second day I called the saloon and mentioned this whole thing to the owner she casually said ohh may b she kept the hair colour v long time in yur hair … the Nepali lady who coloured my hair was Anjana … plz b careful there products r v harmful .

I recently visited the push salon and had a very disappointing experience. Firstly, they applied oil on the areas where I was supposed to get a scrub, which completely ruined the effectiveness of the treatment. Also mani pedi was terribleAdditionally, the owner was treating the staff very poorly.. Its shocking to learn that they are working in Dubai for just 1000 AED. This kind of treatment towards employees is unacceptable and makes the whole experience unpleasant. I do not recommend this Hammam.i wish Dubai labor can check asap the workers conditions

Please be careful when booking on Groupon, they start adding on extras when you get there. As far as the Moroccan hamam it was good. The prices are misleading because they charge extra for the hair wash in the hamam .. and if you’ve bought the blow dry package with the bath, you pay extra if you have anything longer than a bob cut. They also said they don’t have heat protectant spray which put me off paying the extra for the blow dry

I had visited the salon on the 16th March 2024. My appointment was at 2pm and i was late by 30mins which is 2.30pm, the receptionist asked me to wait so i waited till 3pm and then i asked her if its going to take longer, thats when she went and checked and told me 5mins and i was attended after 5-10mins.I felt it was not right on the receptionist to the let the customers who came after to be attended ahead of me.My service was eyebrow & upperlip threading, gelish manicure and pedicure- i must say Amreen and Lekshmi both of them did a great job. Especially Amreen she is a pro in applying the nail polish.Thank you guys for the wonderful work.

I recently did Hair Botox Treatment at Posh Beauty Center. It has been almost a month now and my hair looks amazing. It is frizz free and easily manageable. I would like to extend my appreciation to Rosel at the salon who did the treatment. She made me feel comfortable and she was really quick with the treatment, the entire treatment was completed in just 90 mins.

I went to Posh Beauty Salon today for hair colouring. Anjana did my colouring with utmost care. She is expert in hair cutting and colouring, has a friendly nature and does her work with perfection. I loved her service, and would definitely recommend her and Posh beauty salon for such work! Keep up the good work.

I usually dont write a negative feedback but this salon prompted me to do it. I had booked a groupon voucher (full body waxing with full face threading) at the salon and called them for appointment, arrived there and when the waxing started, it was extremely hot. I asked the waxing lady and she mentioned that they are doing some AC servicing so the AC is not working!! How can you expect the customer to get waxing done with all the sweating. The waxing lady forgot to wax my right toes. After that when I sat down for face threading, they told me that I need to pay 25 aed extra for eyebrows threading. Nothing like this was mentioned to me while booking. The threading was so bad, I have bumps, redness and boils all over my face just 2 days before my birthday. Spare yourself and go to a better place.

Been there today for keratin. Never had it done so fast in almost 2 h and with impeccable quality! The way I like it! I’ll definitely go back for the same service and also explore facial.

I will not recommend their Keratin. It was Helen and Ikram who did my hair. But after 3 x washing of my hair, it becomes wavy and the ends becomes very dry! I came back to do it again. Roselle did the retouch, it is better now compared to what Helen and Ikram did. If I have -5 stars I will give it to both of them. For Roselle I will give 5 stars. She is amazing and hardworking. She is doing the mess of what her colleagues did.

The worst place where I go in Dubai. The service is so rough، no smile no welcoming attitude, And above all, it was protein hair treatment with Groupon voucher, they asked for an extra of 200 AED and thus extra is for longer if hair more than 12 inch which is not my case. Very weird and for me its only a robber saloon . The package was not fully fige and it takes them just wash and putting the protein for 45 mn , dont know exact brand , if good quality or not lets see .And if the salon is not nice, the deco and design should be refreshed .Actually I dont recommend at all ...keep your money such work and such attitude don’t deserved any fees!! I recently visited this nail salon for a pedicure and gel polish. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. The footspa was not done properly and it seemed as if the technician was in a rush, as it only took 5-10 minutes to complete. As a result, my pedicure and nails were not even. Although the manicure gel polish done by Marilyn was good with gel manicure, I dont think I will be returning to this salon.I hope that the salon can improve their service in the future for the benefit of their clients.Thanks to Susana who fixed my nails as I had to asked her to redo some of my nails. :)

Not impressed…my nail extensions were not straight…the hard gel applied was not even…paid extra for curls by the time I got home all the curls were gone.I had to go to another salon to get my hair done again.The owner was shouting at the staff in front of customers, most of them looked tensed. Disappointed with the management! The manager is taking multiple bookings for the same time. Single hairstylist is working on multiple clients at the same time. I waited for 4 hours to get a hair cut! My hair was washed and tied up for 4 hours before it was dried and cut! I have terrible headache since then! My root color was kept for 1:5 hrs ‘, now my scalp is itching and burning! The manager is rude and unprofessional, she was not even listening to me and was screaming back at me!never coming back here! The hair stylist was good’ but the manager was unprofessional and extremely rude

Posh is one of the best ladies salon in Al barsha. Ms. Olga (the owner) and her staff are just amazing. Due to unavoidable circumstances, I couldnt use my purchased voucher in its valid time. Ms. Olga being very supportive and understanding offered me an alternative. One time I forgot my glasses too, she kept it safely with her and returned to me when I went back. First time I came here was pleasant experience lady who did my nail was great.Second time I came back to do my short hair keratin - 129 aed available promotion online but when I came to the counter girl said not available- it was ok- hair dresser told me 180 and I accepted it, but during the payment - the girl charged me 250 -Money was fine but cheating and adding charges without notifying the customer first very disappointing- if you want loyal customer then stop cheating people . Will never comeback. I though i could find good and loyal saloon -

Worst Salon...The owner who is a Russian lady is sooo bad n rude that she treats customers according to different Nationalities.They voluntarily ask n force customers to write good reviews about them..She doesnt even have basic courtesy to listen to customer and neglects on the face..Even after taking the appointment, she makes us wait for 1hr or more..Even aftr we wait for services and pay money she dominates us and behaves as though she is doin a favor to us ..I never recommend any one to go this place if you really have self respect and value time as she can insult you in front of others..

Good salon i did full body wax for the 1 time very happy mary good for mani pedi nurkyz for nail extensions anjana for blow dry very clean and beautifully nice

The hair technician, has skills but I didnt feel pampered, it was very rush and there was no rapport. I still would rather pay more to get pampered than more than just job done.

Had tried the moroccon bath and I like it. Felt so relaxed after, I like the service that Amisha (not sure if I get her name right😬) provided, her gentle message on my head while washing my hair was the best. I would love to visit again.

I had an amazing day in posh salon today.. The moraccan bath was the best in dubai.. In just 179 aed they pamper me like a queen from my head to toe.. Hair spa with blow dry, moraccan bath, massage and facial.. All in unbelievable price.. Massage done by moraccan lady she was very good in it.. I am feeling so much good, rejuvenated and glowing.. Surely going back in 2 weeks..

Its very accessible because the bus stop is at its doorstep and the metro Station is few minutes walk with the Emirates mall

I went there with my crew for my bridal shower. The girls got the coupon, there was 7 of us and there were 4 services each, hammam, massage, facial, hot oil treatment &blowout.Let me tell you, you would NOT catch me dead back there. I lack the words to describe how bad it was. So bad i actually did 2 and a half services. The blow out was bad, the hot oil treatment was put on my hair and instead of the hot part i was left to sit under the steamer which was turned off. Massage was a light touch, not a massage, and the lady doing the facial was coughing so i asked her to put on a mask, would like not to be sick before my wedding, she spoke little English, so i left without finishing the treatemnt. So yeah, avoid, do yourself a favour and avoid. The ladies may be nice, but there is little product and less knowledge to do almost any job. Strongly advise against this salon.

I am a regular customer at the salon and have been very impressed with Anjana. She is professional, meticulous and has expertise in hair styling. I highly recommend her.

Sila did my fullBody waxing. She has really gentle hands and really did a great job.Anjana is best of all. She did my haircut and haircolor. The look came out really beautiful. I highly recommend her for any hair services.5/5. *****

I had absolutely the worst experience in any salon anywhere. The russian lady wanted to charge me 200 AED for gel polish alone because i have a groupon ( the groupon was for nail extensions + regular polish) . I did not force you to sell vouchers on groupon.

Helen was amazinggg!! Handled my nails with the upmost care & exceed my expectations. Loved my nails so so much. 10/10 experience 💗💗

The worst experience I’ve ever faced in Dubai. Totally not professional. Did nail extension and they assigned such unqualified person to do it . The nail started coming off in a few days time. Even when you book and come they make you wait for hours . Men come inside the ladies saloon for maintenance works in-between the working hours .Always see costumers coming and fighting with them for the poor service .The staff works without a break and are so stressed. They take unlimited customers that come through Cobone booking without giving value to anyone’s time and money.

Have been there with my Lady the other day. We have never been treated like that before. Extreme unfriendly behavior by the staff. Two staff members were making fun of us and other customers when they felt safe to talk. But we were able to hear them and it blew my mind what they were thinking about paying customers. Got to be super stupid to go there ever again.

I had my nails and hair done in Posh Beauty Saloon and i must say all employees are very good and kind specially Ms. Marilyn I have my nails done with her both mani and pedi, she had a very excellent service great recommendation if you wish to have your nails done.

They burned my skin this time.. never happened before. I cannot even cover it up. If it scars Ill be complaining
