I purchased hair extensions from Pourelle and Im very disappointed with the quality. Instead of the sleek, luxurious look I expected, they turned out to be fluffy with very thin ends. The overall appearance is far from the desired look, making it a regrettable purchase. I am really unhappy considering the money I spent on them. I took these pictures after 10 days and shared with Pourelle. They said all of them look the same as whats in the salon. Im currently having to use my old clip in extensions which are good quality. I bought them over a year ago & they are STILL in much better condition than the ones from Pourelle!! Says a lot about the extensions from this salon.I would like to thank Mario for doing my hair colour. He done an amazing job. Credit to him & his expertise!

Very very disappointing. The lady Babita will make you feel she is really good and understands hair. But she is terrible and does not understand anything. I went for protein treatment and made it clear I wanted that but she did keratin and said it’s one and the same. I know it’s not the same and she did keratin and destroyed my hair and when I complained she took her friends opinion who I don’t know and said that her friend thought my hair looked fine. Whilst I should be satisfied and not her friend as it’s my hair. She really does not understand and told me she will put a mask in my hair and that’s it. That would never fix the burnt hair and the yellow colour which was unbearable. More than anything her attitude is really bad and after being I. Dubai for 11 years I know what I am talking about. I know the salons here and it was my mistake to try her at all. Please don’t go.

For the past year, Ive been a regular at POUR ELLE Beauty Salon, and I couldnt be happier with the results.The journey to find the perfect hairdresser can be a daunting one, but I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have stumbled upon this salon. Mario is not just a skilled professional but also an artist with a pair of scissors. Each visit has been a delightful experience, and the results have been nothing short of amazing.Babitta and the rest of the the staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to ensure you have a pleasant visit.I cant recommend them enough, and Im looking forward to many more years of great hair experiences with wonderful Mario.

The best salon i’ve ever been to, i had black hair and wanted to get highlights. every salon told me i can’t do it except Pour Elle, they made my dream come true and they literally give you exactly what you want and even BETTER, i’ve never seen hairstylists and staff as patient and sweet as them, very affordable and very professional, also the salon’s environment is very cozy and comfortable and smells so good, once you visit pour elle salon, you will never go to another salon, thank you pour elle & thank you to everyone that did my hair and was so patient and sweet and the best people i’ve ever met, thank you pour elle and wish you all the best always 💞

If you want, the celebrity star treatment then Pour Elle is the address. They have the most professional hair artists. Ask for Ribca with the magic hands.The manager Babita is so thoughtful and attentive to the details.I went there for copper hair dyeing, and a haircut. I am definitely satisfied mashallah.

Walked-in into this salon on a busy Valentiness evening, and when 2 of my regular salons said no to accommodate they welcomed me with a big smile and I met Mario! Yes, he is the super mario who said come I will style your hair. You are beautiful 😍 I told him what am I looking at and he said cool while doing my hair we discussed what will look better on me and next time what he would love to do with my hair. He is too good when it comes to client servicing and his job. I was so happy with the results that I accepted the offer he shared to book 4 blow dry and get 2 free. Basically, I am a regular blow-dry client, and this offer was perfect for me. Pls go and ask for Mario. It was my first time in this salon and I am not an influencer. I asked for a very difficult short haircut and Saher did an amazing job. The haircut looks just like the picture I showed him and molds the shape of my head perfectly. He was diligent with every part and really took his time with the details. The haircut looks absolutely fantastic. Im a client for life. Thank you!

Nice saloon. Very nice hair dressers especially Ribca who knew exactly what I wanted and made it happen. The service is very good. I came with my two daughters and we were welcomed as princesses. This a place you would not miss when you are in Dubai to make your journey more beautiful ❤️🌹

Such an unexpected gem! I was strolling by and decided to come in for a blow dry and I’m so happy I did! Wow. This place is amazing. The staff are real professionals that take pride in their work. So attentive and kind. Prices are fair too. I’ll absolutely be back!!

I went in yesterday to have my nails done. The lady doing my nails asked if Id like another treatment while there (upselling me, of course.) I was treating myself so asked to see what options they had and since my hair has been dry from the water here, I opted into a protein treatment for my hair.This was the worst decision.The man doing the protein treatment on my hair used extreme heat which I questioned multiple times. The lady doing my nails kept telling me this level of heat was normal.Well, it shouldnt be normal!The man not only FRIED my hair, he destroyed it and it broke off all over. I literally have damaged, broken hair (from the extreme heat frying it off) that is 4-5 inches shorter around my face, and broken within an inch of my scalp all over.To make it even worse, he destroyed the color of my hair because anyone that knows the basics about hair color understands that heat turns blonde hair brassy. My hair color is yellow now, its broken, and I still need to go somewhere and have all the damaged hair cut off.It will take YEARS for my hair to recover from this.The man there has no clue about hair. If he did, when he fried and broke the first section of my hair, he would have stopped and either lowered the heat or realized that my hair couldnt handle the treatment he was doing.I cannot believe that anyone with any hair training would continue to DESTROY a clients hair and be ok with it.I am so upset and disgusted by the lack of integrity this man has and that I was charged for what I will spend YEARS correcting.I am so upset and dont understand how anyone would do this to someone and continue doing it.PLEASE NEVER LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOUR HAIR!

Friendly and professional staff (specially Jen), clean salon, they listen and do what I ask for. Super satisfied customer here. Their prices are very affordable.

My first visit but didn’t feel like it was my first time as the staff was so welcoming and so much helping. I love the atmosphere and the service done. I would love to visit Pour Elle again and again as I am in love with this salon. Thank you so much for taking care of me so well.

I agree with the previous comment extremely bad. When you are about to pay, they add extra money for tax. Do you think you are in the US or what. Never seen this in any Salon in Dubai. Plus I did my eyelash extension there. The Russian lady put lashes on the skin of my eyes and it was extremely itchy and all of my eyelashes fell off in 2 days. Not even finished the next day one of my eyes was totally red and watery for the whole day. Do yourself a favor stay away. Mirrors beauty salon next door just go there. People there are very welcoming. In this place, they care more about money not customer service. Loyalty means nothing for them.

I did my blow-drying at the salon for her and how to explain my satisfaction a quality blow-drying ++, a welcoming, friendly staff, and above all listening to her customers small message for Ribka you are the best! I recommend it to you go there with your eyes closed

I went in with a Groupon voucher for a trim and protein treatment. The place is very clean, and the staff super friendly. Lin started off my hair and Mario took over. Love what he did with my hair. Cant wait to return for his expert hair coloring.

Hands down the best place for color and anything hair - went to just trim my bob - and handed over my full trust go Saher- He is an absolute pro in color- was able to figure out the color from an old pic and just make it better

Fantastic salon. I had used it once before over a year ago. I went in this time to get some waxing done. Nida is one of the best waxers I have ever had. So gentle , I could have fallen asleep . Quick and thorough, she was absolutely amazing.I also got my hair cut by Lynn just a few weeks prior to this. She did as I asked, trimmed my hair. I have found it so difficult to find a good hairdresser, granted there are a lot in Dubai. However I have found it difficult to find one who follows my instructions. Again Lynn was very thorough and like Nida so professional in her work.I would highly recommend this salon for its services. Very reasonably priced, clean, friendly, professional and welcoming.

I really upset for service.I did full body wax it was amazing , .And I was did refilling of nail extension, and pedicurePedicure was so so bad, I didnt like at all.For refilling , I was pay 250+ I was shocked when I asked before they said 195 ard for refillingPice not matching at all in this salon. 670+ I pay for disaster service.My first and last day in this salon.

The worst place ever. My wife got a Groupon voucher for 125 AED. When my wife reached the place they charged her 120 EXTRA because her hair is long. MID BACK...Before BUYING the Groupon voucher we called them asking if there was an extra fee, and the Studio itself said: NO, BECAUSE YOUR WIFE IS NOT CUTTING OR TRIMMING.Plus, as per my wife and pictures, there was a man inside of the saloon and as per the Groupon, it was a Woman Saloon.The manager is SUPER RUDE.Avoid this at Any cost.

They lie about their prices and then charge you extra without even mentioning it before hand. I had a very bad experience with them after a blowdry, I was asked to pay extra because of my hair length although no one mentioned about it before I made the appointment. Very disappointing

I went today and found the service excellent. Julien the hairdresser, is a great proffessional and perfectionist at every level! Nada is great as well, excellent esthetician!

The salon is really good, especially the staff…nida dose really good eyebrows, if u are someone who dose want thin eyebrows then nida is ur person, they put all thier effort into making sure u look nice.. the mario hair stylist is I suppose the best hair stylish I’ve had so far.. he was so committed into ensuring the color was right and the hair cut was flaw lessI’ve been to the salon twice and both times I was glad

Please never ever try to go there and waste your time and money they are not professionals, they dont even know how to apply the right makeup according to skin color. They put tons of makeup on face and makes you look like a joker. All they care about is money when my makeup was finished they didnt even put a lipstick and told me to wear it myself at home. Pathetic service.

I share my experience at the “pour Elle” beauty salon: I removed my extensions from the hair, I did my highlights, corrected my color and my cut and I finished with a blow-dry. the welcome was wonderful, clean lounge.I especially thank Ali the hairdresser who did a good job, I thank him for his professionalism and his advice, I highly recommend him, its rare to come across a clean and expert hairdresser. I found my hairdresser to whom I will return every time I am in Dubai.
