Attract client with Groupon then always try to scam you in paying more . You gave me excuse that my hair cut is not only the back but front so I have to pay extra ?The nail lady also was not professional cut my skin and made me bleed.When I ask for two ladies to do my nail at the same time, at the end you assign one lady to service other client, give fake guarantee that the nail service can complete with hair serviceIf you just want to make more money scam people and not treating your client the right way you will not end well.I will never return again to this scam place

I had gotten a haircut last time from another salon and i didnt like the haircut but this time upon recommendation i heard about pout salon and spa. It definitely lived upto the expectation and more. I was checking Groupon for pampering day and saw their offers. It’s my First time to try moroccan bath and I didn’t regret choosing this place. Don’t forget to bring your own loofah because they’re charging 30aed for it. It was clean and reception was also very helpful. It had lockers to keep my things secured. I had a 45min massage and hydrafacial after. All in all, it was an amazing service. The best one was the tea after 😍

I went to pout salon to save me from the hair colour disaster I had before my vacation ..I had coloured my hair from some home service and it had damaged my hair making it frizzy and dull and the colour was looking very bad after one wash.. Even I was a walk in Cecelia accommodated me as when I told her my problem and RITA was my therapist she literally saved me from that disaster.. I totally recommend pout for their reasonable rates, warm hospitality and skilled therapists..

Dear owner,I’m not a regular customer but I always loved the service at Pout. However, today I came in for the aromatic facial. The sweet African lady at the reception did the service for me.Again, she is very sweet.. but facial/Massage isn’t her thing.. either someone should train her or she should do things that she is best at.. she was so harsh.. I found the whole experience very unprofessional 😕 Really disappointed

My experience at Pout Salon and Spa gets better each time I’m here. Firstly hats off to the owner for bringing in team members who are so welcoming and always smiling. Secondly, Rita saved my hair today. After having my hair a balayage blonde for over a year I noticed that my hair was becoming weak and dry from the colouring, so I booked an appointment ASAP, taking my hair back to its natural colour, of which I’m a brunette. When I say that RITA is a not only precise but quick and efficient, she was honest with me and has even advised me on which treatments and products to use on my hair to get back my length and thickness that I had lossed due to bleaching. Thank you Rita 😘

Their work for mani pedi is fantastic.. I loved it.. However, the staff swem like they are in a bad mood, I tired to socialise with them and they had no reaction at all.. Just flat faces.. My first visit was 3 days before my wedding and I must say, it was a great experience. I love the salon interiors, cleanliness and quality of service. I came earlier than my appointment time and they still accommodated me. I didnt wait and went straight inside to get my nails done. There were only a few people inside as it is on an appointment basis so that really made me feel safe during this pandemic. I had a great deal on nail extensions with gel polish too. Pout Salon & Spa is one of the most gorgeous and customer-centric salons I have been to. Kudos to the team, management and thank you Cherry and Princess for taking extra care of my nails and prepping it to be perfect for my wedding day. Will definitely go back!

I am a regular customer for nails, hair and sometimes massage. Services are fair and the technicians are professional.

Tried their hair treatment and aromatic facial in separate occasions. And Im planning to go back soon for my haircut as well. I am very happy with their service and the ambiance of the salon, not to mention that the price points are reasonable. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Pout Salon doesnt smell chemical unlike other salons Ive visited which is a major turn off for me. After I give birth next month, I will try their hydrafacial and moroccan bath. Excited!!!

Pout is my go-to salon in barsha for all things hair and grooming. There are many salons in barsha and ive had my fair share of bad experiences but in the past 2 years, ive always had expert at great value service at pout. Great place for all your Beauty Needs! From Hair to Nails they do it all. Absolutely love their Gel Manicure and Pedicure. It’s one of few salons in Dubai which really last and don’t crack few days after application! Staff is very friendly and professional. Recommended!

Pout is a hidden gem in Barsha. I had the hot stone massage and facial with therapist Chung. Her technique for the hot stone was very thorough and soothing. Unlike other similar massages, the hot stones were used throughout the entire treatment all over the body. I had a thorough facial and all my white heads were removed in one session. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Had a lovely experience at Pout salon, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The technicians did an immaculate job on my gelish manicure and classic pedicure.The ambience is great and sort of Victorian style which is refreshingly different compared to the generic styled salons.

Had my hair washed, cut, highlighted and blowdried before a trip with Rita, who did a superb job. Very happy.The nail ladies/techncians there are very good, (thanks Chung). I have been to other salons for nails in Dubai and the polish peels off after 2 days.

I have done highlights, hair mask, cut and blow dry with Laila and received a super service. She was not in a rush to get everything done but really took the time with my hair and listen to all the points I had on how I wanted my highlights and cut done. Also pedicure is always great here and Chang did a fantastic job!

When I came into the Salon , I was a little worried as it was my first time in this salon and Im such a picky person with my hair. Honestly, I had a great experience and DAISY did an amazing job on my hair as i wanted exactly. She took her time , was very patient and she gives a lot of good advices. I highly recommend her and will definitely come again 🙂

Salon vibes is fancy and cutesy. Ms. Cecilia is attentive and very friendly. It was my first time to have a moroccan bath and Ms. Khadija gave me an amazing experience. Its my first time to go in this Salon but I would say that this is the best salon I went to. Entering the place gives me comfort feeling and the staffs are very welcoming.
