I went to pretty eye salon to do my nails acrylic. They lasted 3 weeks without any breakage or needing infill. The staff were friendly and polite and the nail technician was able to give me exactly what I asked for. I also had a blow dry which looked great.

I recently visited pretty eye ladies salon for a gel polish manicure and purchased a 10-service package. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the salon. The staff were professional, skilled, and made me feel welcomed. The quality of the gel polish was good, and my nails looked fabulous.I completed 8 out of the 10 services and had planned to use the remaining two services on a weekend. Unfortunately, the salon informed me that the remaining services could only be used on weekdays, which was not communicated to me initially. This was a bit inconvenient, but otherwise I had an excellent experience.

I get my hair cut by Ruby every time and she does a great job! Everyone is very professional and nice!

The reason I’m giving this salon 2 stars is because of experience. The services received were excellent, mani pedi was great, threading and hair? Wonderful. The girls are talented for sure . 2 stars and the reason I will not return is customer service and lack of ethics. The first time I visited the salon I had the same issue, they agree on certain services and price on the phone, and then when you get there you have to argue in regards to agreed upon services and price. I came back to give them the benefit of the the doubt as the girls are talented but now I regret it as I had the same issues this time . We agreed on price and package at the counter , then upon checkout they increase the price blaming it on each other; you have 3 people taking at you at the same time confusing you and trying to upsell you. It’s very overwhelming, confusing and the lack of ethics to increase the quoted price is just annoying. You come to the salon to relax not get overwhelmed by 2 to 3 sales ladies talking at you all at once. At the end, I was overcharged by 10 aed which is noting, not a big deal. But it’s the principal and the bickering back and forth and not honoring the quoted price that’s super annoying. I was going to make this my regular salon and purchase packages each time. Your short term greed just cost you long term profit as i usually spend 200 to 400 aed per month here, already spent 240 here this month. Will not return .

Eyebrow threading and upper lip threading were good. Less pain and after threading, she applied moisturizer and gave a good massage on the threaded area.Staff was very friendly at the beginning and it cost only 15AED for both services.Overall it’s good.

17th March 2024, I visited with the hope of getting a bob cut. However, my experience turned out to be far from satisfactory.Upon arrival, I requested a bob cut from the receptionist. Despite one of their hairdressers, Ruby, being busy, she arranged for another lady to cut my hair. Unfortunately, this decision proved to be a mistake.The lady who cut my hair seemed inexperienced.Throughout the process, I noticed her making mistakes and even sticking her tongue out, when I questioned her about the my hair, she admitted to cutting it too short, leaving me feeling disheartened.In the end, I only paid AED 30 for the service, which I believe was not worth the money. However, I must commend Ruby for her efforts in trying to salvage the situation and giving some shape to my haircut.Overall, my visit to was a disappointment, and I would hesitate to recommend it to others based on this experience.

This is my 2nd visit to the salon!It took them 45 mins to start the process even after i took the appointment.Because i took a groupon deal for classic manicure and pedicure they only did scrubbing and soaking for pedicure not for manicure. Upon asking they said since its a groupon deal and its less money we cannot provide full services.The nail polish was dry and thick and i kept telling the technician that its dry and to get a new piece but she insisted its fine and after top coat it will be fine and after coming home it started chipping . The quality of the product is so bad and the reasoning they gave for it was so not acceptable. I wish i can post video of my manicureSuch a bad experience it was, never going back

I visited today for hair spa and hair cut. Ms. Sofia attended to me. She was very kind and did an amazing job to cut and style my hair. Everyone like it. Wouls definitely visit again and highly recommended

I went to this salon for a gelish manicure, I already had gelish so it needs to be removed, but the way they removed it, damaged my nails I even told the lady why are you doing it this way. other that the prices was not worth it for a low class salon.I wish that the focus on cleaning their equipment before every customer.

I had my hair botox and balayage done by Hair Stylist Ruby. She did an amazing job. Took a lot of care in doing the botox and color making sure it does not over dry my hair. She took me step by step through the process and explained how to take care of my hair after the organic botox treatment. I recommended Ruby for any hair related services. I also got a Gel Manicure done by Hannah, her work was truly flawless. I have also got various services done by Sandya, Sofia and Cindy in the past 1 1/2 years. They have always been very understanding and considerate about my needs.

I had an awesome experience in the saloon. Recently I did Pro Keratin treatment on my hair. Looks amazing. Completely satisfied with their warm welcome and service 🤗

Last time I had good experience with haircut. But this Worst hair color experience. If you applied henna or some other colors dont go to this salon(even before 1year). They dont know how to apply another hair color over henna or for dark hair. Hair dresser staff was behaving very rude and the way she was handling my hair is not tolerable . She even dont know how to set my hair. She damaged my hair and got huge hair fall. She doesnt know how to handle customer hair. I never go back there

Went along with my teenage daughter to get her a haircut but I liked hers so much that I also ended up getting one myself! Ruby was our stylist and she was very sweet and took the time to explain to my daughter which kind of haircut would suit her hair to which she readily agreed...and my daughter was so thrilled that she refused to let anyone touch her hair after that for fear of getting it spoiled.....similar experience with my hair as well.....explained that I just wanted a trim with not too much reduction in length and she perfectly executed what i wanted...my mother also got a pedicure done by Alma...done very nicely taking time...overall very happy with our visit and looking forward to visiting again soon.

The worst saloon experience I ever had.really disappointed.i went there prior to returning back to india.they were behaived so mean to me.and during manicure they made a cut in my fingers and It didnt cure even after 3 days.and haircuting was uneven so I had to redo it after reaching my town.they complained about my skin while doing my manicure and keep telling about my shampoo during hair cut.Really worst behaviour towards customer.Only one Kerala girl there treated me mannered and professional.she done the cleanup and eyebrow threading,which was the only thing that was Good.Really disappointed.not at all recommend.

Pretty eye is a bright and super clean parlour with some very positive vibes! The people are all super friendly and go the extra mile to accomodate you and ensure you are served in the best possible manner. Their blow dry and hot oil massages are fantastic! Been a regular here since the first visit. Definitely recommended by a super fussy customer ;)

Cute little Salon in Karama. Very clean. Great staff. Sandhya gives an excellent head massage, also one of the few people who knows how to work with my very difficult eyebrows.They use very good quality of herbal henna which I love, as many places dont.

I am a regular customer and i love the service you provide.But last day I had a very worst haircut experience. The hairdresser (Sofia) was behaving very rude and the way she was handling my hair was not tolerable. She was in a hurry to handle other customer and messed up with my hair. My hair now looks uneven.

I went to their saloon for nails extensions and for cutting best salon in Dubai love their work I was even afraid for my hairs but cz my hairs were very damaged and rough but they gave me their best services and my hairs are growing better than before now especially thanks to #Sofia one of the best and professional hair artist and as usual nails extensions are still fresh and neat Totally satisfied with their work and very comparative friendly and professional staff highly recommended.👍👍

I went there on 22 july for my hair keratine, they charged me 650dhs saying that your hair are very thick, and now after 4 months my 50% hair has gone, they used any cheap products, my hairs are falling fast, even this was my second keratine, before i went another saloon they charged half of this and my hair was healthy until i went pretty eye ladies salon, not recommended for hair treatment at all👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Am just updating my review after seeing owners rply.1. I strongly recommend to avoid this saloon due to bad experience👍.2. I was not aware they are going to do pro keratin until i reached the treatment chair.They made me believe it was botox and unexpectedly came to my notice only becs of their internal talk. Then l asked her again.3. They bring all the products in a bowl. You cant realize what they are actually using.4. I asked them cut my hair before the treatment.They told me now dont shorten your hair, its already very short. We will do it after the treatment ( during hair wash -3 days later).4. Even at home with a good hair driyer we can do hair styling & take pics. Here my concern is, after the hair treatment the result not lasting as they promised. She says she took pics just after treatment (also do ironing of hair) that she is about to present.5. The way she replied here👌. A bundle of lies.How she explained things in a wonderful way.she asked me to attend one more free protein spa,I denied it. I dont want anything from them. Its just for public awareness. I got trapped because of positive reviews, if anyone finds this helpful thats enough

I have been cheated by there staffs they charged me higher than the standard prices at karama parlors rates (through friends and cross checking)they charged me 500/-Aed for hair color ( shoulder length and thin hair ) highlights and hair cuts that supposed to be max 400/-I request the receptionist and she denied even for 25/- Aed discount and paying time she was rushed to grap my card from my hands and to pay ( such a greedy approach I remember)I have to delete my previous review as it was at owner request on first attempt I had done hair color where first day it was good looking and later on after every wash it’s start fading and as it’s not my very first time for hair color I know that good brand hair colors don’t fade so easily it’s stays long only hair roots start growing and hair colored hairs goes at bottom .Cheaters in any profession doesn’t deserved the good image or valuable customers as for them it’s all about cheating business.

Pretty eye salon has lost its charm...Had a very bad experience today, got burns in my hand after waxing, facial too was disappointing

I did highlights and it was disaster. It turned out to be a completely different colour and the texture of my hair changed completely making it more frizzy. I never experienced it before and never gonna go back there. Terrible

Service is very bad. staffs are unprofessional.They dont know how to haircut properly. If we demand any hairstyle they will do the opposite.Customer satisfaction is very poor.
