I got my hair cut today. Nazia did a wonderful job,she is well trained and understood well how i wanted and did even better. I will definitely visit again.

Worst experience for the hair color. Shaheen did my hair color and I told her clearly that I wanted to cover my gray hair but only 30℅ hair was covered when I asked her to do it again she said you have to pay more..She was very loud. I am disappointed never recommended anyone hair treatment from Shaheen.

Amazing experience! Very professional, clean, and relaxing atmosphere. Fantastic service from the minute I walked in the door. I did keratin treatment for hair and eye brow treading,It looks fabulous and it makes me feel beautiful. I have gotten a lot of compliments. Mrs SHAHEEN 💕has a great eye for what looks good on you. I visited Pretty lily saloon just recently, Shaheen did my haircolour and i explained to her what i wanted and she created the exact same look what i explained to her, she is expert in what she do, very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I went to this saloon to change my hair color from a very dark color to a light color which I’ve always wanted. Thanks a lot to Shaheen she did a great job on my hair and made me happy thank you so much, I’ll suggest everyone to get their hair colored by Shaheen her work is magic. I loved it !

Friendly staff, strict COVID protocols followed. Very gentle in treatment, they also gave recommendations on the services we choose based on our skin and hair quality. I heard lot of good reviews about this place but was waiting to have a try myself before I reviewed the service. The best part is the products they use.. you could sense the quality.. its by far the best experience I had in terms of the quality of products they use. I highly recommend this place. Two weeks ago, I visited the saloon for the first time since Covid. They follow all the safety measures. You need to book an appointment beforehand. I took my daughter for her Hair Mask treatment. The service was excellent and the charges were reasonable. The staff was very friendly and they listen to you; advice you with the best and safer options available. They offer many good packages. There is ample street parking available as well. I highly recommend Pretty Lilly!

My hair was a disaster due to hair dyeing and heat damage . But with the advice of Shaheen I went for hair spa settings and then for keratin. But now my hair is completely transformed. Big thank u to Shaheen.I recommend this place. ☺️

I would give negative rating for this salon zero cleanliness, outdated equipments very unprofessional staff, one of the staff was having loud conversations on phone for the whole one hour until I was there, instead of relaxation I got head ache.

Month ago, I visited this salon twice, with my daughter and will visit again. Staff are professional and polite. Gave us discounts, can improve the price again to match with nearby salons as many have reduced price in this covid days.Itz clean and hygiene, follows covid protocol, I availed hair services and was satisfied. Ambience is very good.Products are branded mostly Nasih and other international brands. I recommend....

My second visit to the salon I asked for a wash, cut and blow dry and I have to say I am very much impressed by Shaheen. She did an amazing job with cutting and styling my hair. 👍👍👍

I must say that today I went for several services of course full mark for Shahin she is amazing however she asked help in pedicure from her colleague Naziya and here the service was horrible Naziya was not professional enough she doesnt know how to do pedicure I dont recommend her and her attitude was so negative and she was blowing nervously this is not acceptable please solve this

I went for upper lips and eyebrows today but shaheen misbehaved with me so much .. she is so rude , she doesnt want to give any service even when Batool kept saying she will give .. and i had to go to another parlour .. batool is nice and calm always ready to serve clients but shaheen ‘s behaviour is always very upsetting .. she will lose many customers if this will happen again

Messed up my eyebrows so bad. Made them so thin cant even do anything about it. Ruined my functions. Do not recommend or maybe remind them twice or thrice in mid session. I reminded her twice and ignored me.

I msged the salon lady 4 hrs before I come to her salon and I asked her if I can come at 7 to the salon she said yea then I was waiting for more than 40min only one person running the whole salon which is impossible to do I feel sorry for the staff but the owner need to spend some money to hire someone else and teach her employer to arrange her customers booking

The place is not clean and the comb was used by more than one customer without cleaning the comb. Also, their prices are very high and very rude. It is the worst salon ever.
