I did nail extensions with themI don’t know which glue they use it’s very harm and I think not for human to use.First when they nailed my nails was in a bad way and she cut my skin by mistake and I told her I’m in pain please be carful and she didn’t listen and still sharpen my skin and then I told her to stop working when I come home after some day I want to remove the nail I called them they said there’s charge for removing them and I told that I wasn’t happy when the lady did my treatment do I have to pay for removing too it’s not gelish it’s only extension nail with normal nail polish. So I decide to remove by my self and look at my nail how they cracked from the glue that they are using. Bad service bad customer service bad nails won’t come back again at all! My nails still broken 1 months like that!Horrible service

Probably the worst manicure experience of my life. Came with my sister for mani & pedis a couple of days ago and my fingers are still in pain. My skin has been deeply cut and didn’t stop bleeding for a really long time. Unfortunately the lady was not very careful while dealing with my cuticles and made everything only worse. Very disappointed, will never come again

My skin started rashing from 2 visits of waxing . And a severe rash under my eye ( i m informed its high amount of epoxy in nail polish ) !!! ( i jus chnged my nail polish n tat too 2 times onlu …)The products ahud b thorougly chked !

This salon is an absolute treat in every way! Firstly, one feels safe there as all the necessary precautions are in place. Then, one also feels relaxed, knowing one is in competent, professional and well-trained hands. Farhida is an awesome, highly experienced hair stylist. What’s more, the team of therapists doing nails are awesome too! Definitely worth a visit!

I stopped by coincidence on Prime beauty as tourist and it was the best lucky try ever had, Farida made me so relaxed she knew exactly what I wanted and did it !! Is so hard for me to trust someone to do my hair specially that I have dark hair and it’s hard to get the colour right to blond shade without the orange !! but she did it right I wish that I was leaving here so I can always use her service!! But definitely next time I come to Dubai I will use her again she is amazing !!!

Literally the WORST experience ever. my hair was not cut properly, i had to repeatedly ask her to fix it and tbh its still not what i asked for. they also charged me for something they did without asking my permission.

Worse place I’ve ever been to. Never again. Very unprofessional staff, poor quality of products. They have no idea about the basics of running a beauty salon. I am indeed appalled.
