Unfortunately I have had bad experience with another beauty salon, and prive 7- specially Malika made everything for my hair color to be the same like I have had an original color. I tried this salon for the first time with my mom and it was the worst experience considering all the reviews I have read which are clearly untrue. The salon specialists are untrustworthy, unprofessional and clearly do not know how to manage client issues. My mom went for a hair dye showing a specific image which the team promised to achieve; however, they only used bleach with no color which was disastrous and it took three specialists to deal with the issue and in the end we couldn’t achieve anything close to the color. My mom’s hair was damaged and this experience is a clear reflection of lack of transparency with clients and terrible customer experience and unprofessional staff. I have never left a salon so disappointed just like Prive7. I have also emailed the team and the CEOs of the salon documenting the case, but clearly no one responded.

I had the absolute pleasure of getting my eyebrows done by Elena♥️, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She listened to exactly what I wanted, paid attention to every detail, and shaped my brows to perfection. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she’s also warm, friendly, and made the whole experience so comfortable. I’ve never felt more confident with my brows and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend Elena for anyone looking for amazing eyebrow care!

Absolutely amazing experience today at Prive 7. I’ve been here for nearly ten years and have tried many salons and this was by far the best quality nail service I’ve had.I had a specific design in mind and my nail technician Anastasia delivered it flawlessly. She was personable, easy to talk to and listened to my requests. Anastasia took so much care to ensure that the nail did not look bulky. I find often that my nails can end up looking ‘thick’ due to too much nail product and I’ve unfortunately experienced this in other salons, but did not experience this today!I was greeted by reception with a smile and looked after by other staff with coffee, tea and cake! Cannot recommend Prive 7 enough. I will absolutely be back and keen to try other services they offer!

Omg! I absolutely loved my makeup! I booked Bella as my wedding makeup artist. I didn’t have much time, so had to take a risk to trust my wedding makeup with no makeup trial on my big day, and Bella delivered a seamless job ! Shoutout to Liubov, who did my hair. Cannot find enough words, but Thank You! 10 out of 5 stars! Girls, you rock! Prive7 is definitely the top choice.

They sold me cream which is doesn’t work … they refuse to solve a problem, I said I’m fine to change for another options if they have bad quality products bcs maybe it fault of they supplier , but they said I’m the first person who has such a problem , but even if I’m first I want to buy something which is work properly and that cream not cheap it cost 900 AED

My wife had a terrible experience. Her hair was badly treated and they couldn’t achieve 10% of what they promised and agreed. There is no customer care after job is completed and the management is only available before sale.

I’m following up on my previous review, as I haven’t received a response via email, which clearly reflects a lack of communication. Additionally, I want to clarify that the hair has been damaged due to the bleach your team used, and it has been dyed multiple times to undo the colour your team created, which was unacceptable. Bleach was used, but the end colour was a dark brown, which could have obviously been achieved with no bleach.

I visited the salon twice this week. The first is a great location with its own large parking lot. Insanely pleasant inside: cozy, clean, everything thought out to the smallest detail (coffee with honey cake in the morning). The day before yesterday I received eyelash extension services - I finally found my artist - Oksana: quickly, accurately, listens to what the client wants. Today I had a haircut and color done by Larisa: I came out incredibly happy: the color was 100% accurate, quickly, without imposing additional services or care products, I even had to ask for advice myself))) thank you very much to the master - talent and professionalism at every stage! Thanks to the founders for the salon - now the quality, approach and accessibility are like home!

Absolutely the most luxurious salon I have ever visited in Dubai. I cant even call it just the word Salon. This is some kind of House of Beauty. Starting from the way you are greeted and subsequently served. First, they treat you to delicious tea and delicious cakes. I received complete pleasure from the hair stylist Svetlana. Its rare that someone can style my hair in a way that I like. Plus, she told me how to revive and how to keep my hair in good condition. Excellent cosmetics, cozy chairs, pleasant atmosphere. I visited this salon. I was not satisfied with the quality of the work performed by master Larisa. I don’t know what kind of top master she is and where the person trained. Im still recovering from shock. I came with a length up to the waist, and left with a bob... the quality of the craftsmen leaves much to be desired. This is definitely not a TOP level salon.

Sharing the treasure. At the Prive-7 salon I got permanent eyebrow makeup done by master Elena. To say that I was pleased with the result is an understatement! Now this service is quite widespread and in demand, the only question is quality, so I hesitated for a long time. And she entrusted her colorless eyebrows to Elena. I dreamed of expressive eyebrows, so as not to constantly have to dye them, and at the same time I wanted the permanent to look natural. I trusted Elena and did not regret it, Elena is a true professional with vast experience in this field (I found out - 18 years!), constantly keeps her finger on the pulse, improving herself and undergoing training, and most importantly, she has an art education, which in my opinion - a super important part in this story. She took into account all the nuances, maintained the proportions of the eyebrows, shape, length, width, and we previously agreed on the design. She drew the hairs separately, selected a permanent that suited my skin tone, face type, took into account all my characteristics and the result was delicate “non-flashy” eyebrows, I am happy - the shade, the curve, in general the whole face began to look more harmonious! Eyebrows always express the overall character of the face. And I’m so glad that I decided to get a permanent, and that it was Elena’s. I recommend from the heart. Elena has excellent abilities for this - a vision of how it should be, how to improve natural characteristics, while she has such natural delicacy, a sense of proportion and aesthetic taste - a value and rarity in the vast world of beauty salons, what she does is art, and not a craft. I made an appointment on 12/2/22 at 6:00 pm for hair care and toning + planned to buy skincare products and sign up for Endosphere. Having arrived on time and having waited 10 minutes, the administrator informed me that the master had miscalculated the time “a little” and I ended up needing to wait an hour until 19:00, and in the meantime they could do my eyebrows, or I could come another time. There is no particular desire to return there anymore

This is the first time in my life Im writing a bad review. I came for a manicure at Prive7 and told the manicurist that I would like a French manicure. After 3 hours of testing, they told me that they didn’t know how to do French and asked me to come back and do it again.They blamed me for the situation. They refused to compensate me for anything, saying that they had already done a lot - they recorded me again with a very tight recording.For a place of this level, the service is completely unacceptable.
