First time experience here but it was a very bad experience , i think this is my first and last time coming here , the results looks very bad , worker showed attitude towards customers , i come here choose this service want to comfort and satisfaction, not for sitting 4 5 hours to suffer, have any customer come in for many hours in the end without being moved? The behavior of the staff when guests comment is to make customer hand very pain, very rough to the customer, extremely unprofessional!

After trying many nail salons, this is the best one yet. Amazing work, nails always on point. Very clean. Staff very friendly. Overall, amazing experience. Worth every dirham paid.

Fatma is an amazing hair stylist! Everything went so smooth with Pro Nails Beauty Studio, from booking, to confirmation & reminder, being patient with me & sharing pictures, and advising what hair pieces to get. Good location, easy valet parking, amazing quality of service, & fair value of money.

Be careful with who you do your manicure in that salon. My nail got filed to a point I have constant pain now and need at least 2 months for it to recover...the lady kept filing until I had a lot of pain and had to leave the salon

I came to Pro nails with a really bad nail manicure done by another salon and I must say that Diana did an absolutely fabulous job of saving my nails. The amount of comments I got in how beautiful my nails look is testament to her skills. Fantastic job!! So very happy with my nails. Thank you ladies! First of all they dont ask you if you want dry pedicure or wet. On top of it, without cuticle softner applied they pull away the skin n put alchol on it which makes it even worse. I dont mind paying the money bt the service also should be proper. Am so upset that I din even wanna get my nail polish done. My toes r on fire becoz of the damage n alcohol on them..I rushed home to wash off...If the customer nails and cuticles are too dry, they should apply a softner or soak the feet. Totally bad experience

The girl at the reception is very unprofessional , rude and she doesn’t care about the clients or what they ask for .. the lady who did my nail was nice but the ambiance is so stressful

It was an amazing experience specially that i am a very picky person and nothing can satisfy me easily... but with pronails and the lovely professional stuff..! now i am in love and i can just give my self and relax to them...... thanks diana and to the others🔥 BTW i am listed in 90% of the salone in al around uae but i can assure that pronail is in my top list from now on.....oh sorry i meant the one and only✨ best work best girls best environment🧸✨

Great and experienced technicians, nice service. Receptionist didn’t mention that the drinks are chargeable which was strange for a beauty studio.

Since I have first had manicure experience with one of a kind and professional in her field Marina, I always want to have the same perfect service, which I do get every time.I have tried for the first time lash extensions and love it, it’s super natural and will keep using that service as well.Last but not least I do go for hair trimming every now and then, everyone is very polite and friendly.Thank you, Team, for making me feel welcomed.

Amazing!Abit expensive but you get what you pay for! Diana did an amazing job with my nail extensions, very thorough and friendly and I know for a fact these are going to last more than 3 weeks easily; the salon is very clean and the ladies all are super polite and friendly!The best part is the free valet parking which makes the hassle of parking in business bay a breeze!This salon is definitely my new go to place from now on!

I really liked my time that I spent at the Pro nails beauty studio, very friendly atmosphere. I am very happy with my manicure (thanks a lot, Nicka!). It was very comfortable with a free valet parking. Just one small thing that I didn’t like - coffee…( Please buy the new one 🙈 as the clients spend a lot of time in the salon doing different services.

I booked on for a pedicure and I didn’t realise they used the Russian technique. It was one of the best pedicures I have experienced. They took their time on my feet. The place is hygienically clean. Atmosphere very relaxing. I will definitely be visiting them again and will be having my hand nails done.

The ladies here are absolute perfectionists! I couldn’t be more impressed by their work and the cleanliness of the salon. Great communication when it comes to booking appointments, warmest welcome when you arrive, and long-lasting results. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Dubai. I would give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the nails service! the service lasts so long and stays freshHowever, I would give ⭐️⭐️ for the lashes service only. Lashes started falling after the first day and were not the same length.Overall, very friendly team and much recommended nails service💕

You get a friendly reminder about your appointment via WhatsApp. The nail artists are doing a very professional job creating awesome results. The whole staff is very friendly and making you feel like a princess. The studio is absolutely clean and modern. Quality combined with a warm atmosphere.

Very very poor customer service , not professional at all. I tried to book 4 times every time something is happening with them. Called last minute to cancel my eyelash appointment while I was traveling and didn’t even had time to book somewhere else. The worst treatment for the clients.

I’ve been visiting the Pro Nails & Beauty Studio salon for about 3 years now, I only go to Diana and Yulia, they are top notch, I can wear the coating for 5 weeks, previously in other salons my coating lasted 5-7 days and there were always chips on my nails. they perfectly draw my favorite French, I would also like to mention Joy and Jay, the atmosphere in the salon depends on them, they are very attentive to the salon and clients. This is my favorite salon in Dubai. There is also parking.

Very nice and kind girls work in this place. They helped remove the covering from an injured finger. The salon is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend visiting!

The gel is cracked, the nails have chipped off, and only a week has passed! This is the first time I come across such a poor quality gel. I paid extra for this gel. A friendly master, and the nails are of poor quality, everything needs to be redone ...They contacted me and didn’t even apologize! The nails are in terrible condition, they didn’t even admit that they work poorly and use low-quality gel! The problem was not solved! Terrible attitude!Do not go, you will definitely regret it!

The last time my nails were done terribly, everything peeled off and cracked after 4 days. Although before that I went for half a year, everything was ok. Apparently the master got caught like this.

The most beautiful nail work in the world (Filipino Gulzan), done from the heart and Tunisian Fattoum, has great ethics and work.
