I have been going to this salon for manicure and pedicure for the past 2 year and I have never been disappointed.The staff are very helpful with last minute bookings , rescheduling and they always reply within minutes for any inquiries.The nail technicians are some of the best , focused on details , delivering whatever I have asked for and I couldnt be happier with that .And as an extra 🌟 they have delicious coffee 💫Totally recommend it !

Best place for gel manicure and pedicure, they are top really top ! I have been living in dubai for almost 30 years many good nail place we have in dubai yes but Pro nail is in different level , in my eyes nomber one in Dubai , thank u pro nail for my beautiful manicure pedicure

I did my nails and my hair with pro nails and I’m very satisfied of the amazing work, and the service provided was outstanding, besides the place and the decor is so beautiful.

I went for a 90 minutes classic massage today. The place is lovely and clean however I didn’t enjoy my massage. The therapist was not smiling, not asking me how the pressure was, when I asked to increase the pressure slightly, she replied that I had booked for a classic massage and not a deep tissue massage. She came across as annoyed and made me feel uncomfortable. At the end she said «  time is finished, I will open the door » and just walked out, not asking how I found the massage or even saying goodbye.

Very bad experience.I had gotten a regular mani pedi, to which my nails were not cut straight, all of them were at different angles, even after mentioning it to them, no action was taken to fix it. The nail polish quality was SO BAD. Its super streaky and didn’t dry down , it took me 2 HOURS for a regular mani pedi!! I kept on telling the nail specialist to fix the polish and she would just add layers on top & wouldn’t remove it to redo it. I mentioned to the receptionist that my nails weren’t cut straight & how bad the quality of the polish was, she didnt even acknowledge it and just got the card machine out & wanted me to pay Full Price for this sloppy job.& FYI I had to redo my nails again at a different salon from how bad they were. :)I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional nail studio as per their name.

Very nice place . I went to cosmetologist Antonina - she is the best. I’ve tried so many, but in her hands I felt safety and good.Also her knowledge about the cosmetology are very valuable. She gave me a lot of advices for my face .I would definitely recommend Antonina to all my girls ! She is the best 🙌🏻

I experienced dissatisfaction with the service from the employee I interacted with. Despite specifying the time and mentioning my name, the appointment was not confirmed. The request for my full name, which I deemed unnecessary, led to the cancellation of the reservation. I believe there is room for enhancement in the transaction process to elevate the customer experience. Regrettably, this has left me reconsidering future engagements due to what I perceive as a lack of tact in their approach.

For the first time I came to the cosmetologist Antonia on enzyme facial and was very pleased, a true professional and very friendly. I had a great time and the effect of the procedure was just wow👍Now I only go to her and recommend her

The staff does their job politely and professionally. They gave me a very good manicure. I also did keratin hair straightening. I am very pleased with the result. You are the best!

The wanderings around Dubai salons are over, a year later I found the master Nazik, who gave me the PERFECT manicure. I made an appointment by chance and got to the salon an hour after the call. For the first time I came out without a single bubble on the coating and a perfectly even highlight 😍

Did you try their nail cleaning only for 120 dirhams? Even when I clean my hands and nails, they break? Other than that, I booked an appointment for 4 o’clock, and I went on time, but the location was in a difficult place in the Dubai Mall, and when I arrived, you told me your appointment was at 6? At first, they wouldnt let me in? I forced them to take me to my appointment, and the manager, when she saw that I was upset, pulled herself up and went in.. After they let me in, the one who did my nails did it without a breath, frankly, as if she was forced, they offered me coffee on the basis that they pleased me, but all the salons were foreigners, very disgusting, which I did not like, and strange and rotten.

I thank Antonina for the Hydrofacial procedure.I have sensitive skin. Everything went great. I really liked the effect. Skin is clean and nourished.Ill definitely be back ❤️
