I visited this salon yesterday to remove my acrylic nails, and while the service itself was fine, the experience left me shocked. My mistake was not asking about the cost beforehand, assuming it would be reasonable. The removal process took less than 40 minutes, and the technician was okay—not exceptional.However, the real surprise came when I was charged AED 220 for a simple acrylic removal! Having lived in Dubai for 15 years, I’ve never encountered such an outrageous price for this service. When I asked the receptionist why it was so expensive, she simply said it was because of the location. Honestly, even high-end salons, like those in the Burj Al Arab, would likely charge less for this.While the staff was polite, the pricing is absurd and completely unjustified. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re ready to pay an exorbitant amount for basic services.

What a super lovely salon 😍🙌I come here regularly for my nails and sometimes a blow dry. The atmosphere and ambiance is so relaxing. The staff are professional, so friendly and always do an amazing and thorough job.

The team at Queens is great. They are always warm receptive and good at scheduling the appointments. They always try to be punctual which is a rare thing in salons these days. If you are looking for a great blow dry and my hair is long and thick then Rami is your person. Other than a regular blow dry I have tried a variety of party hair do with him and it’s been an awesome experience. Thank you Rami & team

Guys trust me, this is the amazing place for All the services.They did my makeup, hair wash, hair cut , hair Styling and nails. Trust me I love it all. The hair cut was such that it gave volume to my hair and the hair style, everyone was asking about it in the party. Nail services are awesome as well. The staff is so friendly and expert in their job that I found the best services and comfort in Dubai. I just love my looks. The kind of work and services they provide, they are extremely reasonable as well. Guys visit once, you will never go anywhere else, it’s worth every penny 😊

Visited the place for the first time today. Absolutely loved it. Very efficient, very good quality. You can sit and relax while watching Netflix with headphones. They offer happy hour on Sunday, Monday , Tuesday, which is 50 % on almost all services excluding hair salon. Happy days:) nice work guys! thank you!P.S.they even gave me a flower with nice hair product sample for mothers day :) so sweet!

Please don’t go here for any hair treatment. They use inferior hair products, and inexperienced staff doing the job. I got a rash from the product, and the smell gave me a persistent headache. Extremely disappointed.

The worst hairdresser ever, the lady distroyed my teenager daughter hair it was a big shock ever in my life, it is a butcher not a hairdresser.look at the haircut and you will understand, the receptionist never wanted to share with me the owner number.

Honestly, Im very happy with the work and the pricesHopefully, they will continue with these good prices. If I were in Dubai every once in a while, I would get my nails done at their place😂❤️❤️
