I had an amazing experience at the salon! The waxing process was surprisingly easy and virtually painless. I also got a manicure and pedicure, and I absolutely loved the results. The staff was professional and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout. Highly recommend this place!

Going to Rachals for over 10 years and simply always happy about the service. Salam, the owner, knows how to treat blonde hair without damaging it and I don’t trust anyone else than her to do my highlights. When you go to Rachals you know you will be treated like family. The staff will remember you and will make you feel at home. The Saloon just has been renovated and looks great, they have this amazing massage chairs whilst you getting a mani/pedi. They kept the prices the same after the renovations which is amazing.

This was my first time to the salon . I went for hair styling for myself n my daughter . At first I was not sure if I should experiment on my hair so I waited and saw the transformation Salam (the owner who is also the head stylist) , gave to my daughter . She is a true professionalist and knows her work . I also decided to go for the haircut and I was very happy with the end result for both of us .The prices are very competitive and Salam is just amazing . I purchased voucher from group on yesterday for Hair cut and mani pedi.Tried calling Rachal saloon. But the number was not reachable due to temporary disconnection. Went there directly and saw that the saloon is under renovation.If it was under renovations then i am not able to understand how they can put the group on vouchers and take money like this.They have not even published in site its still showing open in website. This is really bad and not professional.I really need refund for the group on purchase i did.Even if it in Sheikh zayed road the outside look of it is not so amazing. Its a small setup.

Saima is very good at haircut, even after cutting and drying my hair i asked her to cut more, and she did since i wanted it short, hot oil treatment also was good - it is not fancy at ALL but for the groupon price its amazing

Dont expect any thing fancy. Its an average salon, I only got my nails painted, not a full manicure. The lady who did my nails, miss Mino, she did a good job. I plan on returning regularly just for color change. Its a tad run down, but its nice. I think it would have a good atmosphere if you go at night. Afternoons are quiet.

Very average place, the lady did the manicure and pedicure super fast, it didnt look like from a professional at all.The palce itself seems to be neglected, however ladies working there were really nice and polite

It’s very good salon because of too many reasons:1- easily accessible with subway2- the prices are affordable3- the head of salon( mrs. Salam) is kind and expert specially in hair coloring, brushind and cutting4- two other filipino ladies working there are very kind and helpful

Expected a fancy place being on the sheikh Zayed Road. Its a small space, interiors need a make over since the ambience was dull. The service was decent. There is only RTA parking available which is AED 4/hr
