If there is the option of giving -100 stars i would’ve definitely given without any hesitation. Their service was bad, employees and workers are liar and give fault information then reverse their words. The worst saloon i have ever visited. They don’t have list of prices, each employee say different prices and cause a chaos. Horrible customer service, from manager to worker and staff all rude and don’t have manner, shame shame on this service.Unfortunately also, the products and equipment used is not sanitary restricted nor clean at all, they don’t even follow hygiene standards. They literally don’t clean after each customer, very very bad.First when i enter i asked the women how much u will do my hair, she said 150, but when it came for payment i saw the women whispering to other worker and winking ridiculously in front of me that the price is 200. Like obviously the other worker was not here when the woman said to me the price, and she is lying that yes it is 200!!!!!! One was looking to be from thailand and other Philippines. She literally ruined the saloon name for 30-50 dhs, what a shame. Shame on her and on her friend that was lying about the price, now what will 30dhs do to u, for your dinner? Just ask more money for your dinner rather than doing this shameless nonsense act. After i approached to the manager and saying the issue, she was only staring to me and listening to her employee without listening to my concern. The situation was horrible that words cannot describe.Also for face threading at beginning the staff said a price, when she finished, she literally double the price, I said to her you said that certain price how u r changing and she just start screaming. First clean your tools then scream on customers, what a unpleasant experience i had honestly. All this is caused because they don’t have price list, also they are LIARS and no clean tools used.Even when new customer approach the workers were rolling their eyes and were lazy to fulfill their requests, it seems their wages are low or their wages were not given on time.It was my first time, and last time, such a shame of this service. I should raise complain to the concern authority ASAP.

The most unprofessional customer service I called and I was told the stylist was free I drove and went to the salon. When I reached they told me to wait 20-30 min because the stylist had taken another customer who was supposed to come 1 hour and 30min later. They have no clue how to run their appointments and times so avoid this salon rather look for a better salon around the area. The manager and staff at reception are not trained to run appointments accordingly. They will keep losing customers. They pretend they care but believe me they do not give a damn about lying to customers and appointment timings. So disappointing will never return to this salon ever again.

Friendly staff , I had a hairstyle done by roba .. she did exactly like the picture ai show her .. the only thing I wish they have more products for hair to protect against hear during such procedure

I had the most amazing experience at Rachna salon Nadd Al hamr. The facial done by Mamta was such a fulfilling experience, it relaxed me and my skin feels so soft and supple . Mamta was very helpful and she is very sincere and dedicated to her craft.I would also mention Ruba , she colored my grey hair , after washing my hair is shiny and no at all dry . Thank you everyone for the amazing service

Mamta is one of the best eyebrow techs ever, I have been going to her for over 9 years. She is the top artist when it comes to eyebrows and she can do it all. I dont even trust my friends the way I trust her. When she is threading it is very minimal pain and she has never cut me or made any mistakes when it comes to my brows. If you ask her for something she will do it better than anyone can. If you need an eyebrow lady you can depend on then she is here! My sister, aunts, friends and mom all love her.

Mamta is the best technician ever; she is definitely my favorite. Along with to being welcoming, she constantly provides me with suggestions and ideas regarding what products I should use after each appointment. She is also excellent at explaining and guiding on what is suitable for each individual. I actually did several services with her over the past two years, and I only come to this saloon for her. I would never book appointment only with Mamta since she is an expert at threading eyebrows, she is so friendly and professional. I truly want to thank her from the bottom of my heart, and I highly recommend her 👌

I strongly recommend Mamta, shes an outstanding eyebrow specialist who truly went above and beyond to ensure perfection, I got the proper eyebrow shape and color that complements my face, she also dyes my eyebrow, the color is beautiful, its like I did microblading. Mamtas work exceeded my expectations, and I would suggest her to anyone looking for amazing brows.

Mamta is a really good technician; I only come to rachna for her services. Her hands are the lightest and I rarely feel pain and she also knows how to shape eyebrows very well. She’s also very very kind and friendly and just make the whole experience better!

At first my hair was dyed to a wrong colour despite clear communication, next hair colour blending was very poor for a balayage giving the over all hair a very poor transition and look .. not recommending it for hair dye ..though i will add the staff were sweet but i paid for the hair dye which started fading since the first wash and now in 5 washes my hair is the ugliest orange blonde .. i have gotten hair dyes before and none of them have gone the way this one has.. disappointed because i got it for eid and it didnt turn out the way j expected at all..

The receptionist was rude when she talked to me with anger tone as she wanted to fight! The customers not wearing masks while doing henna, as well as some staff. However, Henna artists are kind and professional.

Thanks to all the ladies who served me last night. You know who you are, too many to mention- Bibita and her sweet Delhi partner, Chandan, Priya and friendly manicurist and Kulsooms PR. This is the best one stop place for all things henna and beauty. Rachna has built a reputation of more than a decade and is well known as the brides salon (including myself). The owner even installed an elevator to convenience customers of stairs.Advise to others: ignore the negative reviews but do your homework. Make bookings so that salon can service you best in a timely manner and check price range for any services. So that you have an idea of charges beforehand. In my opinion, the services are fairly priced.

Even though the Salon lacks a lot of things which is commonly used in other Salons such as; new nail polish colours, not the dry ones currently available at the salon, ... etc., yet what makes me return every time is the smiley, friendly and positive attitude of the staff at Nadd Al Hamar branch.

The henna is great as usual .. but when I requested a hair wash and blow dry only .. the lady put straightener in my hair without asking me and I didnt request straigtner. I regret doing my hair there.

Absolutely wonderful place for Henna. Really good Value for Money and the FINISH is amazing. Took my two Teenage Nieces there, and they loved the Artwork.

This saloon is only good for henna . Staff and other services are just horrible … very very poor customer service as well.

Not honest with costumers ! I had to wait 12 hours to get my turn with henna ! And the excuse was that we had little staff only!! Then don’t give numbers to the costumer and make them wait whole day

Henna: The engraving is beautiful, but the henna is never dyed. I had it bent for a week and I am bent over it this afternoon. To be honest, I don’t like them being known for their henna.

It is good in terms of providing the service (I mean henna), but the number of female employees specialized (skilled) in henna is small and the prices are exaggerated, and the place lacks good management...

Their tenderness is sweet. But if they lower the prices more.

The worst place you can put henna in... because henna mirrors are dyed, and most of the time henna has no color, unfortunately, and it is very expensive.

Not the same as before, no one was at the reception, I stood for 10 minutes and no one passed me by 😂 Where are the female employees? I don’t know, and even if we pay and leave, they take a long time to reach anyone. The reception was better than before.
