I have taken services from them regularly.I stay in al Quoz but I travel Abu Hail for my Hair do- because I only trust Rabia, she experienced professional understands your requirement and give you desired results. Highly recommend her for anything with hairOther services are good as well.Also attached is the view from the salon

Yesterday I visited rachna saloon the staff was new so I asked them for waxing and they send me with one girl she firstly didn’t knew that which one is fruit wax and which one is normal wax I asked for normal wax she applied me fruit wax and she didn’t knew how to pull the strip it became so painful so I asked her to send someone else and afterwards she came to know the difference between both the wax plus they charged me for fruit wax instead of their mistake and they didn’t even apologize……..very bad service….will never visit againPlease ladies don’t go there

Went to rachna saloon yesterday to apply mehendi for eid, was very disappointed with their response. One of the henna artist spoiled the design and it looks very bad when I told them they said they will correct it but I knew it wont work. And today after removing the henna my hand looks soo messy, I spend I gave 157 dhs for both hands and this one part cost 50 dhs and it doesnt look worth the money. VERY DISAPPOINTING! I REALLY NEED A REFUND FOR THIS...

One of the oldest women’s salon that I know of and is customary for my mother, wife and sister to visit it for Henna Art for special occasions. I have heard it’s become more expensive than it used to but still decent place where you’re not worried about the outcome.

I came here for the first time for Henna, and it was a great experience! very welcoming and friendly ladies. My henna was done by Mital who was really nice and sweet and very skillful in drawing henna! i was impressed with the collection of henna designs available and also the execution of the design on hand. lovely experience, Id love to come back again! Thank you all ^_^

Clean facility …attentive staff… for hair treatments and coloring they always advise to help you and not to earn money out of u . Bit pricey. Their henna is like no other in Uae

The services provided is good. Had been there for a pedicure recently. The staff is welcoming but the management has to take note of one issue that is prevailing there... the staff out there are non stop talking to each other in high voices, during the complete process and this is a real disturbance to the client. When catering to client this sort of talks and discussions or gossips should be avoided...prevailing a silence in the area...which is much more welcoming ambiance.

This is my experience at rachna today. This is not the type of service I am use to & to begin with I never write reviews.After this henna was done I went to the manager and explained to her that I can’t pay the amount she claimed that this design should be paid for to which she kept telling meWhy u didn’t say at that time that she didn’t applying the henna well.Honestly the girl who applied it told me she knows what she is doing & I should just trust her. Since I have been going to the same salon for my henna for the past 6 years I didn’t have a doubt in my mind that she wouldn’t do a fantastic job.As claimed from the management this design is difficult the one you showed us so please u will have to pay this & that & our girls work very neatly & mind you they do they always do & they have been so consistent all these years. Say it that maybe it was my bad luck but this looks like a work of amateur who just learned how apply henna.I was offered at the end not to pay for it & also was told you’ll feel bad every time you’ll look at it so don’t pay.Anyways I decided to be the bigger person as I know the way this free henna application was begin said to me. I guess the management herself knew how bad it was but she didn’t want to admit.I feel little harassed at the fact that you wait for your turn for 3 hours & then your expected to scream through the process at some one if they do not do a good job. I am sorry not every costumer would do that. The manager herself saw that I was not happy but not once did she tell her staff that she isn’t keeping up to the name of the salon.I didn’t lose my dignity & I paid but you guys did lose your reputation.Attaching the picture of what I asked and what I was given & let me tell you this is a very simple design for your expertise. Your staff is very well trained but some members of the staff are not having the right attitude. Please don’t expect every costumer to yell & fight to get her way & also don’t say you should have stopped her once the henna is on you can’t remove it so it was a bad start to begin with. Not sure if I will ever return to the salon as this was the first time I wanted something I liked from my own choice. But even if I believe that’s the reason then my friend who had paid for a very simpler design still got a amazing service even when she changed the design & added some thing very complicated that was also done by your staff that lady had the right attitude she wants to please the customer. My girl was to busy commenting on my weight. Which I don’t care about really at least do your job properly as god knows how difficult it is too wait for 3 hours for your turn.

I have tried couple of saloons specially for a makeover purpose. This time I thought to try Rachna saloon as I had seen it on my way. I am sharing my review as I really feel I was treated well and I got the result more than what I expected. Its 3 weeks past my visit...but people still compliment on my hairdo.

Yesterday I went to do threading. One of the staff dont want to name her but spoilt my eyebrows. And made straight eyebrows like Chinese. Dosent look good at all. Took all the money. But service is WORST. This is my second time going there. And both the time they made worst eyebrow. I think Rachna saloon needs professional staff. Not learning freshers.

❌🚫Dont go 🚫❌.First of all the visiting card they have given are fake number.Very bad and worst service in my entire life. I have done eyebrows and upper lip. She spoiled everything. I got blood in my upper lip skin. And I got injury very badly. I got a mark on my upper lip. It was very worst service ever. Please dont go ladies there. And they are fake too. Staffs are very rude behavior especially the owner. They didnt return my money of 80 dhrms. They cheated me. There on staff told me will give you whenever you come here. They never returned me back. Dont go ladies 🙏

They overcharged me. Gave wrong costing in the beginning. I dont have any problem with the work hairstylist did but i am upset they didnt clarify the costs properly. Hairstylist gave a costing for hair thing, i requested for discount and negotiated for threading as complementary. They agreed but later they later charged me, it was embarrassing and upsetting.

Rachna has been amazing salon in Dubai. There is a lady name Sheetal who did my eyebrows and facial. She gives right advice for facial according to skin type. Overall experience was very good.

Best and very famous for henna in Dubai. Very less waiting time for henna during Eid days as there are lots of girls putting henna. Costly but fast service.

Hospitality lovely. My first hair cut in Dubai and I was in safe hands I admit. Francia is too good at hair dos. Friendly and lively atmosphere. Way to go ;-)

Prior to booking an appointment for hairstyle. I showed the hairstyle picture and was guaranted that they can do that hairstyle.And on my big day the hairstylist didnt know how to make a simple braid. Hence reunied my day. Never going again.
