Rachna Salon

Salon too much expensive.Small design henna 170 AEDI brought hair color , and they color my hair 347 AED.Two staff only for henna today & they keeps people waiting long time.I will never go there again..

Last year I have done henna designing from Rachna. But this time first if was too expensive and second design was not good. My mistake I went there for henna this time.

Today I visited Rachna Saloon - Jumeirah Branch. Firstly the place was dirty Secondly the Staff is very rude and don’t know how to behave with the Coustomer and they skip people for Henna and the henna designer don’t know to put henna. Very Disappointing and I paid 525 DHS for nothing.

I have been going to Rachna for over 10 years! Their staff gives out the best level of service may it be nails, threading, massages, Henna or hair. They know their craft and the staff is super friendly and wonderful. Special shoutout to Malti, Priya and Joy!

Henna designer good but place need to touch up alot of clean up.. pricing alway changes

No staff for hens only 1 , and we are only 2 customers in the saloon and they are not able to support and kept me waiting. Also I told Pinky to make henna for me she didn’t said no .. the saloon is empty I don’t understand why I am waiting.

Would love to give them 5 stars as I like their henna color, desings and quality BUT they are way too expensive! A very simple design on one side, both hands can cost AED 50! If you would like to have full hands then you need to consider AED 200 and above.Also, hands gets too dry after 2 days. I was so sad this time as the dryness was really bad. I dont think I will risk it again.I hope they reconsider this point.

Great experience here, friendly staff . They were all very helpful and friendly . I got my nose pierced and my henna done both feet and hands. All cost me about 300 dirhams. Id say rather affordable

Salon is nice, mehendi is nicely put there, I had gone to their Jumeirah branch for Karwachauth henna. But the prices are on higher side, it might pinch you to know that henna prices are almost double than the other henna salons ive visited before, for the same kind of henna application and designs.

This salon is the best when it comes to Customer Service. And the easy way to treat customer fluently. Designs of hinna is always updated. Hope they get their loyal customer special discount.

The worst salon ever , before it was good but now , no good way of behaving ,speaking and dealing with the customer.Every time when I am coming , I am thinking that they will change their behaviour but it is the same.

Worst place you could visit. Customer service is terrible and the staff members attitude was horrible except the receptionist. Henna is overpriced.

Very rude and bad attitude from a girl named Ankita. My cousin was asking me wether am doing both sides, this girl jumped in while i was talking and answered my cousin. So i told her that i was still talking.After she finished my cousin’s henna, she sat on the chair between me and my cousin. I was in the middle of the conversation when she sat and started talking to the girl doing my henna in a louder voice. She did it on purpose because she dint like that i told her i was still talking.Although i liked my henna but i am never going back to the salon. I cant tolerate such disrespect.

My wife goes here every time we visit Dubai. We have never had a problem nor bad service theyre always professional and very polite and very fast.

The staff “Pinky” claiming that she’s the manager she didn’t handle a situation with an old Emirati women she was rude. Lack of management and communication skills.

The interior design isnt that cool, but they got everything they need for their services. I order this amazingly art in my hand. And I got exactly as I wished. I liked it.... Go and see it for yourself 👌🏽

Got mehendi done on hands and feet. The girl who did my hands was good and did exactly what I asked for, but cant say the same for the girl who did my feet. And the feet cost more to do as well.

Very poor service, the staff attitude was very disappointing I reached at 8 pm and they didn’t accept to make henna for both hand and feet they make only for hand and it’s not nice totally different than the picture she was just doing fast to leave .. staff name (Jemala)

Messed up my hair cut very very badly. In tears now. Took me 1 year to grow my hair. N they couldn’t even cut it in a straight line.

Their henna is sweet and well-crafted, and the hennais know how to make fair hennas, but the problem is that the staff in general is very bad in their treatment of custard. In terms of cleanliness, the place is not clean and it is old and worn out. I don’t know how the municipality didn’t fine them for this thing!

Unfortunately, the style of the workers in the salon is zero, so I don’t want to do it in Rioli Kiffi. My family hates me and my cousin because we don’t understand her language!! Because I saw the engraving in my hands that was not tidy at all!!! You choose the pattern and you are actually shocked!! The color of the henna is something else!! Expensive for nothing

Their designs are nice, and their prices are reasonable, but the treatment of the female employees is not nice. They do not welcome the customer, and they are annoying, they talk in a loud voice, and the Indian song that does not make them drunk is old-fashioned.

I made a beautiful henna design on the hand, but it is a little expensive, on the hands, back, and retract 464. The female employees are sweet and generous.

The location of the salon is excellent and the price is excellent. The engraving of the two hands with a bracelet on one foot was 160 dirhams, professional engraving.
