I find this service so convenient. It was my first time to book a service at home. Nail Extension+Gel Pedicure. I had Janela do my nails and she did the ombré style neatly and nice. Professional, very sweet and friendly. Booking wise, they’re responsive. I love that that came on time, a bit earlier but that was a bonus, as well as very prepared with their equipments and sanitized/new tools.(The pics provided, the ombré look a bit dull just due to my henna.)Highly Recommend. 💗

Worst spa ever ….. I called them for the nail gel extension ,after 2 days nails started to break and they made me pay again to fix what they had done (total more than 300 aed) when I asked them that I want to do refill they had given higher price saying that the previous price I got was a December offer , lashes itch and make you pull your own ones … and for everything they take extra , even color which is supposed to be included in the extension price, French ,they don’t know how to do designs …Worst service ever…. Don’t call this company..they will take your money and won’t fulfill your things

I booked a roots colour, olaplex treatment and waxing/threading of the face and from the first moment of contact till the service completion Radwa Salon and Saira who provided the service were professional, courteous and flexible with their approach.I am certain I will be booking Saira for my future hair colour requirements. She is a lovely individual who not only is very knowledgeable about her field but is very passionate about her work so its nice to have someone of that calibre carry out the services requested.

Used this service last Wednesday for the first time as someone recommended it to me. Unfortunately it hasn’t been a positive experience at all. Myself and my friend had 2 gel manicures and 1 gel pedicure - the gel manicures started peeling off after 2 days which we took pictures of & sent over straight away to arrange fixing them, however they stopped replying to my messages which led me to leaving this review. If I could I would do 0 stars… additionally the day of the services, they arrived a lot later than scheduled..wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Hey, I chose your service because I was going on a trip, but unfortunately, I had a really bad experience. The same day I got my nails done, one of the extensions came off while I was on the plane, and throughout the trip, almost all of them fell off. I was very disappointed, especially since I’ve had my nails done before at another parlor, and it was a great experience. This time, the quality just wasnt up to par, and I didn’t like the service at all.

Online cheaters. Would never recommend letting them enter any home. Don’t have any physical beauty parlor just *team* of two ladies advertising their services via Cobone/ Groupon. No manager to file any complaint against them.They do not have any respect for the privacy of client. Made us extremely late for the function, no professional dopatta jewellry setting as promised.We regret we preferred them over many professional ladies with reasonable service charges. Would not recommend for any VIP ceremony.

Like for Rawanda 3 weeks ago, my experience as a customer was really really bad. I have never experienced something that bad.I booked via WhatsApp, no problem.During the appointment, I receive WhatsApp to ask my email address for a payment link. I mentioned I have a Groupon voucher and the merchant refused to take it because I did not share while I was booking. It was mentioned on the voucher : « present upon arrival », not « present when booking ».The way it has been managed was horrible : what should have been a relaxing moment was the total opposite, discussing with the receptionist on phone, being threaten that it will be deducted on her salary…Honestly, I think this is the worst customer service experience I ever had, and I am not used to that in Dubai. It was my first time and last time (on top of that, the hygiene procedures are very poor)

Unfortunately worst customer service ever.I kept waiting for my appointment to do my lashes, even though what i wanted is classic, she said what i wanted is 3D which is not but i said ok.Wheb my appointment cane the lashes lady said i have to pay 50 aed extra to remove 3 lashes left from my previous set which is insane because she didn’t inform me previously about this even i told her i keep doing lashes. But moneywise aside, the way she handled the situation and how she asked ger technican to leave my apartment without even considering to solve the issue as a business owner.Terrible customer service and don’t recommend at all.

Unprofessional service. One hour before the appointment they asked to delay by 2 hours the appointment because of traffic - ok (even if its Sunday night there is no traffic) Once the time came and I see theyre late, I called them - they dont reply. Finally after 15 minutes they say they need additional 30 minutes but dont even call to tell me. Very unprofessional and disappointing

I had my eyelashes done and they cut my eyelashes and plucked them, and the eyelashes fell out in the first two days and the eyelashes were clumped, bad, bad.I do my lashes and it was so bad they cut the ends off my lashes and the lashes fall off after two days
