Leaving a review really very, very late but I had the best hair colouring and styling experience done here! Never had my hair felt so soft and healthy. The staff were pretty friendly too and took their time adjusting to my very specific requirements.

I was very excited to get my hair colored for the first time and thats why chose one of the best rated Salon in Dubai.The girl who provided the service was very nice, took care of my requirements of the color shade and I got the exact kind of hair I wanted.It was a little more expensive than the other salons but I didnt want to damage my hair so I was okay with it.The first time I washed my hair (after 3 days) after getting them colored, the white tiles of the washroom got red (the hair color) and the white towel also got red colored (the same happened after the second wash also).I dont know if this is normal and happens with everybody but I got very scared.The color still looks fine though :)5 star for the service but 4 star for the undue cost!PS: this was my second experience here, the hair cut I got a few months back was again expensive but really good 👍

I had visited the salon since I’ve heard “it was one of the oldest and best salon around”This was for my mom, she had done her hair colour and keratin.Post 2 weeks after visiting the salon, she noticed new grey hair coming in which was never there before. And now it is worsen from time. She’s getting new grey hairs from the root which has never happened before as she had visited lot of local parlour for colouring.Called the salon to give my feedback and the staff was least bothered to hear what I had to say.Really disappointing coming from the salon where I heard so much good things about !-----------------------------------------------In Reply for your Feedback.Thanks for your reply. My only concern was this never happened to her before when she visited other salon even after applying Henna and it happened here. My only word will be, kindly reply on the customer mails so we can avoid further lengthy communication. Appreciate it.Thanks.

I got my hair color and cut done multiple times. I have always left the salon happy.The service was done by Shahnoza.The color is beautiful and it’s exactly how I wanted it. I’m so happy with the color.So many people have complemented me on my new hair color.

I used to think highly of them when I had a pleasant experience and happy with their service. However my last visit to them exposed me to their real value for customers. They do no even care to find a solution or even bother to reply to a customers unhappy job. I even conveyed to the team to reach out to the owner to help us out as the hair colour service we did was not upto the expectations. It was no where close to what we asked for. But the entire team including the hair dresser and owner are ignorant and washing their hands off saying they did their job. I do not put any false accusations in any services, however I provided them evidence of poor service and they still lacked responsibility to make the customer happy. Really really big disappointment in this team and never expected them to behave this ignorant. A total waste of 800dhs and they have no respect for hotter much we invest in them. Never recommending nor visiting then again.

Lorraine did my pedicure spa and I can really see the diff in my feetEliza- I did my hot stone body massage with her and it was really relaxing and amazingEmilyn- she is expert with facials and will definitely help you treat your face.I love ❤️ this salon

I have come across many saloons in Dubai and none of them have given me such a bad experience . They have charged me 84dhs for just checking the price of my hair color which took me barely 1 minute and said it was consultation charges . I recommend no one ever goes to this saloon as it has no sensible prices. And the customer service was really bad too

The quality of service at RBL is pretty good. The staff is very professional. I’ve done my hair several times here. Sima is an excellent hair stylist. Will surely be visiting again.

The only place I will ever get my brows done in Dubai! Make sure to make an appointment to avoid any delays.They’ve also renovated and the interior is beautiful, very relaxing and love the music that they play. The staff are always very friendly as well which makes for a pleasant atmosphere.If you have time get the hot oil hair treatment with pooja, so relaxing

The hair stylist Raksana is amazing, she definitely knows what she is doing. Loved the new hair colouring she did on me. Will suggest her to all my friends. Also Preetis service is great.

I asked for a certain haircut and despite reminders and discussions throughout my visit there even while my hair was being cut got something else altogether. They charged me 210 aed for a haircut that was considered bad even in the eighties. Total disaster. My long hair is going to take years to recover from this. Dont risk it. Dont go there. Plus in the end they told me this was the right hairstyle. Horror.

I visited the salon because my friend recommended. I wanted to colour my hair completely light that what it was. The hair stylist listened to me and did a great job in achieving what exactly I wanted but I must say that it is on the expensive side.

Love Preeti..she is an expert at eyebrows and very well experienced. Chona was extremely polite and did my pedicure with precision. Really happy with their services.

Rain lounge has the worst service and the most rude receptionist, in case if you ever want to pay a lot of money to be treated badly please go to this salon.Women go to a salon to relax, however rain-lounge makes your experience the worst ever for you; they in face are unsupportive and they are just washing each other’s hair and supporting each other instead of customers.No one I know will ever come back here.

Clean and friendly place. Good nail services. Staff is caring and smiling always. Chona was good with the pedicure.Didnot like their tables over the legs; it was obstructing vision of wat the therapist was doing and the momemt of the feet was restricted. The manicure table can be a mobile one.Wish to try more with them. Liked their proffesional attitude.

Since covid the stuff is not bothered very rude and arrogant esp the reception staff. When they need us to spend 10 times will follow up and whn they you have to returned back least bothered. Does not care for the customers. They are just interested to make big bills. What ever is there interest they will reply on whts app else they will completely ignored it. All good nail doind girls have left and no good stuff. Please think 10 times and then visit.

Probably one of the quickest salons be ever been to, the service is amazing and the staff are extremely friendly and professional. There is always parking in the front! Amazing color selection and overall a 5 stars for me which I rarely give .

I had a hair trim done today by hair stylist Seema . She did a great job and I am very happy . She was also very friendly and I would definitely like to repeat my experience here

Excellent & friendly service....Edna, Mary Jane & Remy are very good with nails, Poojas facial is awesome & Seema is very good & knowledgeable with hair.... I must say that the owner makes sure that her staff is well trained !Rain Lounge has always been for me, a very relaxing & satisfying experience!!

Refrain from going to this parlour. I got my hair color done and it was a disaster. They come out with different promotions to attract customers which is nothing but slight adjustment of their exorbibant price which i call is cheating. Staff is not at all professional.

I have been their client for many years already, even their services are pricey but they have excellent services from their desk staff to salon staff. And even there is pandemic i am guarantee that their salon is sanitised and clean.

I did hard gel nails with diva and I absolutely loved the result! Also diva was very friendly and professional! My nails are gorgeous! Thank you
