I’ve been a regular at Rami Arabi salon for a while now, and every visit has been a great experience. Joe always does a fantastic job with my hair. whether I’m going for a simple cut, hairstyle or a new color. I always leave feeling refreshed and happy with the results.The salon itself has such a welcoming, relaxed vibe, and the staff is always friendly. I always look forward to my appointments and can confidently recommend all the stylists to anyone looking for a great look!

They did my nails horribly, not only that but they also took 4 hours to do the nails, and what’s even worse is that when we complained to the owner that they are taking very long and they’re not doing a good job they said it’s our fault. the nails completely all fell off a couple days later. horrible service

I cut my hair with Zakaria and the cut was phenomenal. He understands the hair type and what works for the customer. Finding the right barber is always difficult and I’ve been cutting with Zakaria for a while now and each haircut is better than the one before.

Sent my wife here some time ago, she got the wordt treatment and said peiple were very unprofessional. I went same place (as u have to pass their salon when entering the hotel from badement parking) and while with my kids, they deny to open the door for me, even though its usually open and they have a card for it. Amazing to be able to be so unprofessional and downright rude and unpolite to someone cpming through with 2 small kids. Never go here unless you want 3 rude egyptian streetboys to be rude to u

I don’t even know where to start! They are very unprofessional hairdressers who shouldn’t even touch hair specially when they know it’s the beauty of women. They should be only doing massage which I still won’t recommend to use their service. With the high prices they charge I was expecting at least standard service which was very bad. Don’t go there or you will regret it for sureAfter the experience I had how you expect me to come back! The less you can do is at least read my message before replying to it! I’m not surprised with your response anyway and I was not expecting anything less. Just like how you ruined my hair

I went for the first time to this salon for a simple haircut and have never felt so comfortable and accommodated in other salons as here. Rami told me exactly what would look good and what would not, he takes his time to consult and brings ideas. I fully trusted him and the result is amazing as he is very professional and talented! The service is absolutely garbage, no transparency whatsoever. bunch of thieves who give you a different price and once they are finished they’ll force you to pay more and if you don’t they’ll bully you and make sure your pockets are empty. These people can not be trusted and would not recommend these amateurs to anyone. Please be aware. At least you get 1 star now go celebrate with the money you stole.

Worst experience I ever had. The business is so weak that they can’t even take responsibility for their mistakes. They made my hair orange instead of black. Left so many marks on my skin too. Will never go there anymore. Stay away from this place

I went to Ghassen Ismail he works in this center My hair was mashallah healthyand not damaged . I went out with burned damaged hair with ugly color My hair was burned, and I no longer had any bangs the bangs it had become so short. And his reaction was its just baby hair, I was in tears for an hour in front all of the clients He didn’t apologized or comfort me ,he was like why I was crying, insisting that it could be fixed. But how can you fix burned hair?While I was still crying, the cashier approached me and asked for payment I swear I’m still crying very bad and she came to me !! He told her it was 800 dirhams plus taxes. I didn’t even negotiate; I just wanted to leave this place !! Not only was my hair burned and an ugly color, but the stylist showed no professionalism or HUMANITY . He didnt care that I was crying, all he cared about was the money. Later, he sent a message suggesting we could cut the bangs, but there was nothing left to cut !Be careful don’t be like me because even when you go to his instagram page you can see the colors are not that goodقدر الله و مشاء فعل

I have been to this salon to cut my hairs just few cm (1-2) but a guy cut over one hands and very badly.After complaining, I have been contacted by the owner and I went back to the salon.He has been super nice and professional. He fixed my haircut and made me a complimentary treatments.I can’t give 5 stars as I spent two years to let my hairs grow as I wanted and because of this unprofessional person mistake now I have much shorter hairs and it will take years again to get back as their were. But overall I truly appreciate the way they fixed the issue and I recommend the salon if treated by the right person.The blow dry is super cool.

Went to a hairdresser called Jack yesterday and I’m really disappointed. I asked for a natural retouch of my blond hair and ended up with orange roots and grey lengths 😭😭. As soon as I mentioned that this is not the color I asked for he got really aggressive and started yelling at me. He tried somehow fixing it but it still looks really ugly. I’m embarrassed of going to work like this! I spent so much money and I couldn’t regret coming here more 😫 Will never ever return!
