She were attentive to detail, took her time to ensure everything was perfect, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire . The hair stylers that work there are a hair genius/savant. They are highly experienced and work with passion! It was my first time at Rami H Salon and what Ahmed gave me was a completely transformative hairstyle especially if you have thin short hair, it was a beautiful new look and I’ve gotten endless compliments. He executed a look I could not have imagined and it’s flattering for my face. The assistants are very attentive, and they will make sure you feel comfortable. If I ever move out of Dubai City I will have to make a special trip just for there work and effort!

I went to Rami Beaty Salon tonight for curly hair, but they barely used any fixing spray, and my curls were gone in 4 minutes. I had to tuck my hair behind my ear! They also quoted me 170 AED but charged 230 AED for short hair and poor quality. Definitely not worth it.

I had a really disappointing experience here and wouldn’t recommend it for waxing or eyebrow services. After my body wax, I was left with noticeable bruises, which was both painful and concerning. To make matters worse, the person doing my eyebrows accidentally took out a section from the middle, ruining the shape. Overall, a very unprofessional experience that I would not suggest to anyone.

I did my gel nail polish in May2023- the worse way to apply it in this salon. I always do it somewhere else my nails are healthy and never cracked or weak. I did it in Rami Salon and when I removed the gel nail polish I found my nails so weak and cracked, pealed and have lines because they filed my nail surface so much and used very thick layer of the first coat sooo badly

Worst experience, went to dye my roots and do toner to my highlights, dyed my hair black!! And changed my hair color 3 times exhausted my hair and ruined my treatment! Sent Rami on whatsapp that I am very disappointed with outcome didnot even bother to reply! Overcharged me as I had to leave my baby was crying! All they care about is getting their money! My hair is ruined every single person who sees me tells me what is this hair color!! Other than he cut my hair way too much!! Dont recomend at all! Not Just a waste of money waste of your hair !! They dont even have guts to reply back!

Dishonest and poor customer serviceIll start by saying the hairdressers are good at what they do however every experience I have had with them has not been positive, from made to wait upto 40 mins, to bookings not being in the system.The last experience was the worst. 5 mins before my appointment they called to say they had a plumbing problem and could I wash my own hair at home, which I did, no issue as problems happen. Post the blow dry they proceeded to still charge me full price of a blow dry despite me having to do half the service myself. When i questioned it, they tried to defend saying many customers wash their own hair, which i pointed out that was by choice, not in my case, they they gave an insulting 10 AED off. In addition in previous appointments, they charge more than 5% VAT for the service, when questioned the loose answer was-it is service fee, well your service fee is the price of the blow dry.If they focused more on these type of nuances I am sure it would be a great salon which i would be a weekly regular at.

My first time here today and I had a lovely experience. The service was 5*: quick and my nails were perfect.

Really disappointed with the outcome!! I had high hopes because of watching them instagram!! The hairstyle was ok, But what was Soo bad is the make up !! It was terrible !! Although I informed her that I don’t want lots of foundation, blush highlights my face was filled with cheap looking glitter !! And it was darker than my body so awful! The make up feels so cheap quality it made my face look like a clown :( I went home crying washed it all off and re did my make up made me late for the party I was invited to !!! And to top it I found the girl who did my makeup so rude asking personal Qs that is non of her business and her kids were running screaming shaking the chair plus the maid was coming in and off the make up room ! Really unprofessional place for the price I paid I was expecting way more !! As well as she was vaping while doing my make up I find this really disrespectful because I hate smoke she didn’t even ask me if it’s ok ! Over all there is way better places to go !

VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. HAIR WAS DONE BY RAMI HIMSELF !!!!!!! He bleached my hair and it literally fell off, i took a picture of the piece that fell off and went back and showed him and he was very nonchalant about it and said “its only one piece”. I asked him to at least give me my 800 AED back, which wont even fix the problem and he refused and was extremely rude. Any other professional hairstylist would have been at least sorry which rami was not even close to.

Next time I go to the salon. The first time was a few years ago, I did a cut and dye, and it was wow. Have I ever had a haircut and dye and the result was nice and tidy and my hair was not affected at all? But I had an extension and asked to remove it before dyeing. The assistants took ten minutes and removed it using the incorrect method, and half of my hair fell out with the extension. I was in pain from the method and no one understood it. No, I take a strange price of 360 dirhams, but it comes out in less than ten minutes with half my hair and put it in a bag without cleaning or anything. The salon is good, but the prices are not suitable at all, the service is less than good, and the place is not worth a half-hour ride. The place also smells bad and is not modern

Watch out! Rip off! The result is inOkay but standard...every hand movement is charged extra...just wanted to dye roots and cut hair...At the reception I asked how much it cost and it would have been around 560dhs (also expensive but still within the scope of the service)... when I stood at the checkout I had to pay 1260dhs (over €300) for a standard service !!! Absolute rip-off, every move is charged extra... you can feel the false friendliness and the temporary staff are treated very disrespectfully.... never ever again... Attention, rip-off!!Please be careful!!
