Super over priced, they charged me 800AED for full color, nothing else. Absolutely ridiculous, prices are not discussed in advance so the surprise is at the the counter, Rami can put any price he wants and when you ask, how is it possible for a full color to be at this price, his answer is “mish mhrzeeen 😳 which means in English it’s nothing 😄as if hairdressers can spend as much as this, it’s pathetic how he made it seem like it was nothing and it’s funny really? I’m writing this to warn others who really work hard for the money and not to be taken advantage of Lebanese hairdressers, who think they can get away with this. They have no ethical behavior, they just want money in any possible way and that is the unfortunate truth. It’s one thing to insult my intelligence, but it’s my fault for going to make my hair with a salon owner who try to create a name for himself in Dubai on the expense of his clients . The hair color is below average. What a waste of time and money. Ladies be warned.

Her hairstyling techniques are out of this world. Aside from giving you that shiny healthy looking hair, she knows how to style THE BEST fringe on earth. I can go on and on talking about Fadia but you better go and see it for yourself. Odai, will give you the best and most gentle hair wash (a guy who has long hair himself knows how to deal with girls’ hair). Rami, the salon owner is a true gentleman who knows how to take care of his clients and make each and everyone of them feel special and valued. It’s the salon to go to. Bilal is such a great hairdresser...when u went there my hair was such in a bad condition, dry and the highlights look horrible. It took me 3 hours to fix my hair and the results were amazing! I wish I took more photos.Highly recommended

Rey, Jhony & Johnna have all been trained so perfectly which is the ultimate test of a great leader and hair professional when you build your team to be like you. It is also a pleasure to visit the salon, the warm welcome from Maria (Tessa) is the first point of contact. The team go above and beyond for my comfort. Jennifer always brings my special pillow. Wi-Fi and hot coffee are waiting. The outside terrace is a relaxing venue to rest between treatments. In all, I cannot imagine a more inviting salon in Dubai to visit weekly. I highly recommend you try RAMI MAKEOVER for all your hair grooming needs.

They ruined my hair!!!!!!! I was so exited to try this new salon because of Instagram. But then I showed them what I want and is not even close to what they are showing on pictures. I’m very disappointed and I suggest you all not to went through this experience. My hair is damaged now and horrible color. My old color was even better! And over price, they say something else on Insta and then they make you pay other price! Not happy at all!

I don’t know where to start, Fadi, the owner, is the most rude impolite hairdresser I’ve ever encountered, he doesn’t listen to your story to understand what you need, he doesn’t even discuss the shades of the color you want, and what’s worse is that he doesn’t do anything himself, but rather lets the Filipino lady do 90% of the work (the hair color, the mixing, even the rinse and the treatment), he only applied the highlights, he doesn’t speak to the client, and doesn’t even respond!The proof is: All the time I was telling him that I’m patiently growing my hair and I don’t want it to be burnt nor do I wanna lose the curls, then he suggests Protein treatment for 1500aed to make it straight 🤣And to top it up, HE RUINED MY HAIR, it’s so brittle and dry and I lost the curls!Nonetheless, despite all the above, the service was way too expensive, I paid 2200aed for highlights, kerastase treatment and blow dry!Never again!

The most Horrible and Unprofessional Waste of Money...FADI , the owner, is the worst character you can EVER work with! When he messed up my hair color, and realized that the color was SOOO much darker than what we agreed... He didnt even want to LISTEN or TALK to me !! I practically begged him to please lets talk about it, asking what can we do to fix it?!Just like a 5-year old, he got angry, he shrugged, he blocked and started just blurting out OK YOURE RIGHT OK YOURE RIGHT in such a mean way!!!!!WITHOUT Telling me his next move, He ended up adding more chemicals to my hair to eventually lighten it!! When we wash it, I realize its WEAK, BRITTLE, And a mix of 12 colors in 1 !!! Disgusting!!!!I LEFT HIM RUNNING... and am STILL trying to fix his messup till now!!!!And to top it all , hes SOOOO expensive, This was the most expensive mistake of my life !PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! Dont be fooled by the fake smiles and pictures he posts!!!!
