Have been coming here for the past couple of years and have always received very good service. Staff are well mannered and respect their customers. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.Excellent service. They are so experienced for every individuals problems / concerns and deal accordingly. The service is awesome, it feels like heaven.Great experience, very friendly staff, will be coming back here for sure!

Economical saloon.but not all service feels professional.always too busy with alot of smoke and air.there are many assistants to work hence no much of delay to get the service done.due to the rush when hair cleaning is done its not perfect and water will flow to our dress.not posting pictures because of privacy breach.

I have been visiting this salon more than 6 years and their service, packages and charges are very good.I like to take my services from “PARSHANTI” she has been always outstanding and very polite. She is very professional in her work and always does her best. The environment of the salon is very friendly all staff very kind and professional.

Lemme see, its a little over 10yrs since I have been visiting here...I truly enjoy going there not only coz of the excellent services they offer but also coz of the staff. They not only are professional but they are friendly too. They listen to your needs and take care of it. This is one of the best places in this area and I recommend it always.

Also my services are left to be taken again. But I would prefer to waste money instead of time. Also the staff prashanti, deepika and other junior staff is non professional.So on 31st august 2024, i visited this saloon again. Hair styling was good, mani pedi ok. But the facial lady and the so attitude of this saloons every girl, when you ask to cleanse properly they will give an answer, this cleanser is very strong and ask where are you from to mock, as if you are doing it for free. Also the saloon girls mock clients in their malayalam language if they dont like the client and make noise all over. Feeling energy drained @ranisbeautysaloonThe owner should appoint a manager over there where we can reach to the complaints. So that they have fear not to do bakwas with clients. This sallon is not cheap at all. In other saloons they give you better service in same price with good hygeine and no bakwas.Non professional. Pathetic work ethics. Sarcism

I’m using this salon since 10 years, from time I moved to Dubai, even so I moved from that area long ago, I still coming for their amazing oil head treatment massage which u can do with the package of 105 aed - 5 times. Super affordable prices, welcoming staff.I would advise to implement some new services as face lifting massage (for example).Some design renovation also can be nice 😉❤️

The last 2 times I tried their pedicure.. that is not a pedicure no scrub no massage just foot filer only.. but before it was too good so relaxing.. not recommended now ..

I heard good reviews about Ranis saloon but didnt get satisfactory service. I showed them a reference image for hair highlighting and that lady told, Ill get the same thin layers of highlighting and actually its not. Even no one paid attention for 30 minutes for eyebrow trimmings. I feel they only give good service to their old customers.However, their price range is very comfortable compared to others. Still, Ill not recommend.

Shop opens at 0930, I went at 0945 but they are still cleaning. They asked me to wait for 5 minutes but I was sitting for over 10 minutes already and no one bothered. Staff were chitchating and moving too slow.They turned the AC and fan off and continued cleaning. Decided to leave. Wasted my time going there and waiting.Not the first time I had this experience with them.😕👎👎👎

This is an amazing place at a reasonable price,but I see few negative reviews which I dont know for what...such lovely staff and services ... Why do people who have a problem even come here and then think it is their right to b served like a queen... First they should learn to behave humane and treat people the right way. I am a regular customer at this salon, today I was witnessing a fello customer Nazish Jahangir, who has given a bad review to the salon. Her behavior was so bad and treated the staff so badly.. If sum1 doesnt like the place or services please dont come, you cant March in thinking youre a queen and be treated like one.. Behavior matters to be treated well ... The salon is amazing for the rates they provide and the services are very good , my friend and I travel all the way from Jebel Ali to come only to this salon for services and the staff are very friendly and we love the atmosphere. I would suggest this salon to every1 I know.

They just believe in turnover and no quality service. Their hair wash basin is the worst I have seen in 12 years. I guess that’s what you get for CHEAP!!!Staff is however very friendly and accommodating but the gap in quality is HUGE!!!

Price is fine staff is good taking VAT without bills, they wasted my whole day, first i called them before i went , they said yes come. they didnt say we have lot of clients we will not have time to entertain you i took a break from my office, i reach there i requested them many times do my hair color i have a baby at home and my Nanny will leave at sharp 6: 00 it was 2: 00 pm when i reached salon , they wasted my three and half hours, i couldnt go back to my office, and they started my hair at 5: 30 pm and still the staff argued with me they took new customers before me, i kept on saying i hv to go when u ll start doing my hair color they just kept on taking new customers , i was supposed to go back office but as i had wasted my 2 then 3 then 3 an half hours so i dint quite ! its too much unprofessionalism! at the end i had my hair color done started at 5: 30 and finished at 7: 30 pm i requested my husband to go come home early from work i had deducted my half day salary from office bcz of this people any how the hair color was good done by a lady name Tara she did it good after letting me wait for more than 3 and half hours ! they asked me VAT i asked tehm are ugoing to give bill they said eys but didnt !!

Very bad behaviour of the staff with the clients. Staff has almost changed. They are not even giving good services to the clients. They dont know how to put face bleach or face mask properly. Will never recommend this salon.
