Dear all I do not recommend this saloon very bad service the owner is also agree to the quality of the item used made my face allergic my eyes is covered so I don’t know what cream or scrub is used all the Pakistani lady is useless knows Nothings money making racket is took much price and packages maybe known by customer with madam will put good comments but new people honestly I don’t recommend this place people will say cause when I went there put review this kind of service asking for comments to put with dirty dresses given to customer to wear for waxing it smell the dress and the room smell dirty and with stale items from nail polish and other products please Muncapality check is much all the items are stale and bad towel smell. I had no option cause I paid for the package and avail it. I just taught looking at the outside it’s looks good too much expensive but service and quality is crap reviewers will think why such big comments don’t wait moneys with this saloon my taught I shared!

This was the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. The staff’s attitude was completely unprofessional, and they showed no respect or courtesy towards clients. From the moment I walked in, it was clear they didn’t prioritize customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone until they seriously improve their behavior and treatment of clients.I did Keratin treatment it was worst not even i felt it was Keratin and their price not reduced

Great services and super good offers.The girls at the salon take extra care when providing the services. Never in a rush and always calm with the clients.The knowledge of the owner will help you with all types of treatments that can prove to be the best for you.A visit and services are definitely worth trusting!

Amazing service and lovely staff.Very neat and clran salon. The nail art done by Nimisha is super awesome.. she is best nail artist.. did N+ derma facial by Muskaan and she did amazing work.. Their hair expert Seher is super good with hair styling..Lovely owner Rinkle who makes sure if you have appt you don have to wait..Plus everyday good offers coming up!! Must visit..

Would highly recommend coming to Ravishing salon. They have a variety of hair and beauty options. I have always reached out to the owner of the salon for hair treatment suggestions and it has worked out best for me.

One of the worst salons ever visited. They sent a what’s app message offer “Buy 3 and get 1 free” and avail further 10 percent discount on total Bill. I took the same with prior appointment. Package also included waxing and nail art. They used sugar wax which was ok with me but the wax was runny and watery. As a result the wax was not able to remove my hair and she had to apply several times which resulted in my skin being sore. When we confronted the staff who was the acting supervisor in the absence of the owner replied in a lazy non caring attitude “ hum to roz karte hain”. Nail art OMG was pathetic and shabby. None of my friends liked it. By evening 2 stones fell off even though i dont cook. When it was time to make the payment she refused to give me the 10 percent discount because i was making cash payment and not card payment. I asked her where is it written in the AD that the discount is only on card payment. She replied that no its not mentioned but its only on card. When i told her that i didnt get my card and would like to make cash payment. She said no Card then pay full. I made her call the owner. Who was the rudest women i have ever encountered. Total miser and money sucker. She refused to give me the discount and the free package of 69 dirhams. I argued with her that she was being unfair. So she was like First say sorry then i will give. Sorry for what for making cash payment. Pathetic woman. Just wondering how many she has duped like this. Her salon is very unhygienic. No wonder her salon rating is just 1/5 in 2gis and hi dubai and 2/5 on groupon. Friends do not waste your hard earned money on this pathetic salon.

I had the worst experience at this parlor. The owner is mannerless and unprofessional, acting as if she is the queen of the world while treating her poor employees terribly. The parlor itself was in shambles—dirty, no place to sit, and everything was broken by her son. I cant even begin to explain how awful it was. I genuinely feel sorry for the people working under this lady; may God bless them. They are undoubtedly good workers, but because of the owner and the state of the parlor, I will never visit again. Please dont go—its a scam.

I will not recommend this saloon for hair treatment or balyage.didnt get thegood result for hair.hair was wavy after doing treatment after 1 week.its a total loss of money.

Hell Ravishing Saloon is place where people get disappointed by their pathetic services.The owner of saloon is very much Cheap thought lady (Rinkal) she doesn’t know how to talk to customers.She really does misbehave with her staff using them in wrong ways.Low quality products are using by them .Unprofessional staff is there .I will highly suggest people that don’t spoil your money and time .This saloon should be banned

Do you want your wrong rumors to be spread by ravishing salon employee to your other friends, then you should definitely go.Im really disappointed with my recent visit to Ravishing Salon. I hoped for a good experience, but it was unprofessional and disrespectful. The stylist didnt listen to me, and my haircut was nothing like I wanted. Worse, they spread hurtful rumors about me to others. This isnt how a salon should treat customers. I used to recommend Ravishing Salon, but after this, I cant. Its sad to see a place that claims to care about customers act so unprofessional.Also I noticed while I was there, that the employees would speak really disrespectful wrong things about the Client once they leave.I would urge the owner to take strict action on this.Please fix this.

Im usually quite particular about my hair, but a friend suggested this salon for a haircut. Despite my reservations, I took a leap and had my hair done by Sehar, a talented Pakistani stylist. Her skills were amazing – she not only transformed my look but also provided service beyond my expectations.

My experience with this salon is very disheartening prices should be fixed and final beforehand not after. Never been treated this way by a salon

Unprofessional staff, incapable of doing the basic eyebrows. I used one of the aed 100 voucher which I won, since I used voucher and did not have to pay anythjng, the treatment given was low quality. In this case they must not issue vouchers to customers!! For voucher users they have a separate price list (ofcourse the expensive one) For just 15 min clean up they charged aed 100. Staff is not at all welcoming.

We did our gel nails, they did a pretty good job, but the parlor was not clean at all,unhygienic

Today I did pedicure. Awesome serviceShould improve customer service part alone. I booked appointment today and after reaching the location salon told me to come some other time . That was not good customer service.Apart from that service is good

Nail extensions and facial was good. Really liked Sana who did a fab facial job and made good recommendations. The Nail technician really knows what she’s doing but I wish they had provided her a proper place to sit and do nails without having to sit bent over for so many hours a day. It’s difficult to be cheerful in such circumstances I guess. Will never go back for waxing or eyebrow threading. The full body waxing was done by 2 technicians who were decent at their job but there was no respect for privacy as other staff kept opening the door which was actually traumatic considering the vulnerable state you’re in while getting waxed. For the eyebrows, I specifically told the lady that I want thick natural looking brows. I had grown my eyebrows for over 3 months to get it properly shaped and even while she was threading I told her not to make it thin and lo and behold, the end result was the thin brows of the 90’s. I wanted to cry but what use is that. Anyway, the price for the services isn’t much which probably explains the service standard. I think I’d pick paying more and having a room with a lock while getting waxed over saving a few bucks any day.

I was a customer at Ravishing Salon. The ambiance was fine & prices reasonable. However, the service was untrustworthy. I was promised protein treatment (which experts say lead to 70% straightening for at least 2 months).However, after my first wash of their protein treatment, my hair started curling up. This was disappointing, especially since I specifically mentioned I wanted to have my hair set for my wedding & post days. Some who examined my hair assume Ravishing simply did deep hair conditioning not protein.Friends, please confirm before undergoing any treatment.

PLEASE DONT GO..Theres no option of negative rating in Google, otherwise I wouldve given -5.If you are planning to rebond your hair, then this salon is definitely not the right place. Your hair will look burnt after getting the treatment from them.Also beware about the price, they will quote a lower price over the phone, but its not the same when you visit.Also, the owner of the salon is very arrogant. She didnt want to pay me the balance amount. She insisted me to go for another service instead. Finally after a heated argument, a customer over there paid me and asked them to deduct the money for the service which she used.

Google doesn’t have a option to rate this place in negative or else i would have done that. They are giving offers on instagram and when client is visiting the saloon they are denying for that rate. Later when i walked out staff said they will do in that rate and made me sit. I first of all mentioned i need hair botox and she did hair keratin . I have done hair straightening previously as well and all places use to do hair wash after 2 days and asked us to visit saloon but they denied it and when i checked the same with the owner she is saying “don’t teach me”. Also telling if they wouldn”t have told me that it is keratin then i would never knew it . First of all making mistake and when we are asking they are starting abusing.Am sure with this behaviour they wont get any regular customers.Seriously if i would have read reviews for this saloon before visiting then i would have never gone only.Worst service ever.

I have got the hair color done on my virgin hair and they just ruined my hair. Charged me amount higher than what they promised. Wish I could rate this salon in negative.

This salon , its owner and its staff is completely a waste of time , energy and money. Specially staff named Seher really untrained and owner extremely rude , uncivilized doesnt know how to talk to customer. Not ready to accept their fault.She completely damage my hairs , she applied very hard bleech 2 times back to back on my hairs and spoilt my hairs. Even after botox treatment my hairs become a nightmare for me.

One of the worst experiences and shocking honestly. I received an offer on the whats app from the saloon, and the offer is 200 aed for Keratin treatment only. It does not mention it will be a treatment without having the AC on. Imagine doing a Keratin treatment for 3 hours in a temprature of 45 degrees, no ac, no fan and the door of the saloon opened bringing in more heat. When we asked politely the owner she was so arrogant and said that keratin ruins her ac filter (what about all other saloons or they dont have filter) and refused to switch on the ac. Bear in mind that I have nose allergy which made things worse.  When other clients complained she pointed at us saying its because they are doing keratin, so as soon as they leave we will put it on. Theere was not even an apology at the time of leaving.

Very Courteous Staff And Value For Money Salon. I find the location very convenient for my weekly beauty needs ! Great for massages,Hair and Nails..totally recommend the salon.

I had been here for hair color and hair cut service. Before going there I had sent the hair color and style I wanted for my hair to the owner. She never shared it with her staff on surprise I showed the same and kept the picture as reference all the time for the staff to get desired results. First - the results were not what I wanted infected my hair was turned all yellow, upon showing disappointment they said this is the best and ignored my request. The roots turned white within one week, I sent the picture to the owner where she committed please come to saloon I will do it for you. Upon going back she says I can fix the front hair for and you and cannot do anything for the yellow hair. Most importantly she was a old friend which I helped her business by visiting her and in return she didn’t care about it. Hence a BIG NO to visit ever to her salon. If you go be ready for pathetic service and disappointment.

I wish I could have given a 0 star ... because the way they treat their customers and provide pathetic services...on top of it they are not even clear with their offers...they will show you the combo offers for 99 AED and you will end up paying 300 AED ...300 AED is also not a big deal if the services are provided properly..but the staff is is so unprofessional and cunning that I cant even explain over here...I asked for pearl facial and silently they started using herbal one..which is really bad.. This 99 thing is just a trap to get customers thats it...so please dont fall for it.I really had a bad experience with these ppl...never ever going back again.

Worst experience ever. I have done keratin many times before but they didn’t do the treatment properly. I got keratin done from Ravishing 1 n half month back they used low grade/ fake products my keratin didn’t even stayed for a month. I was really disappointed n told owner MONISHKA but she was only arguing with me I showed her pics as well of all wavy hair.Guys plz don’t go here they will guarantee everything but plz read all their reviews esp for hair.All fake words n fake promises n den if it’s nt proper Dey won’t agree . Plz b careful n go to better salon

I have been reboning my hair since 2015 and never ever I have seen such a worst outcome. The owner of RAVISHING salon miss MONISHKA assured me that they are one of the pro in rebounding and even when I asked for discount as they had the higher pricing she denied saying that they use one best product.. Please note they use one of the low grade products which now reflects in my hair. This girl SEHER specially should first get proper training. Literally this parlour treat clients as a rat of biology lab. They are not bothered if the customer is satisfied or not. Just fake words and fake promises. Not at all recommend specially for any kind of Hair SERVICES. would have rated this salon in minus unfortunately Google dont have option.

This salon and the reception is insane.I called them to check for a list of services I am planning to get done for my upcoming birthday.I spoke to the reception and Sonia helped me stating she would send me pricing details.I was happy to receive a quick reply from them.However, they end up making a dummy call to me and asked me for a full body waxing service and when I said its a wrong number, they deleted the package options they sent me.Upon checking the same with Sonia, she messages me, check some other salon rates.This is so ridiculous as I was planning to visit them for services, however seeing this attitude and their reviews, seems like I ended up saving my money, time and experience for my special day.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO NOT VISIT SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL SALON WITH UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF WORKING.

Please. Don’t. Go.I visited for color and protein. Had to go 3 consecutive days and in the end. All they did was the hair color I already have. No change. That included bleach too. And spent a good amount. Not going again. And don’t even get me started on hygiene, no disposable materials. Instead they give some nighty to wear. I am very dissatisfied.

0 rating , very bad facial . My whole face is red . Lady was scrubbing agressively . The salon head was arrogant and rude . Did not even explain what the facial was about . No help with what to do with the redness .Never ever get a facial done at their salon . Customer service really bad as well .

I did my hair colouring on 31st dec2021 and its just 8 th day my hair colour was all faded .I did Ombré hair colour (Green) and it was looking amazing on that day.(only just that day ) .When I texted the same, the owner said “its fashion colour and it fade fast” and need to use the right product and she was blaming i wasnt using proper product , and she also said if i want i need to go for glossing it which will be 100aed.I have spend 250 aed for the colouring and now i need to spend 100 for glossing .I didt personally like the service and wont recommend anyone .And after arguing for something she offered me 40% discount for glossing it up which i dont trust .

I did my chrome manicure and it came off after 3 days in 1 finger....when spoke to the owner, agreed on doing gelish when i went to her in person she instead blamed me saying i dipped my finger somewhere....she was so rude and loud. Disgusting behavior. I recommend not to go there.

Pathetic staff specially the lady named Seher. Be very careful before you decide to get any hair cut done as she was the worst person i could think of. She ruined my hair, the haircut was a disaster. Never ever visiting them again no matter what. She had the odasity to just cut a few strands from the behind and say your trimming is done.. what about the hair in the front ?? Like seriously is this how professional you are ??

This salon was an EXTREME NIGHTMARE.I had my manicure and pedicure done here and it was so bad that I had my cuticles bleeding on all fingers. I wake up the next day with painful torn skin and cuticles and it took almost two weeks till the skin on my fingers and toes healed. They cut down all my cuticles even after I kept telling them to be careful. I called them back the next day to tell them what had happened and they asked me to come in for another session. Only people in their right mind would go back!

Great services. They have experienced and friendly staff. Sometimes they have good packages. You also gwt 15 to 20 percwnt off if you download their app. Vesaara. They do not have wifi. So you should have data i your phone to be able to use the app.
