Whenever I used to do keratin at good places in Dubai my hair would be dried and damaged and it would break off. Whenever I do it with real touch I literally never have breakage and I can focus on repairing and growing it long. I think it’s the quality of the products honestly, plus the technicians are super smart and attentive. They will not do a treatment if your hair is damaged and recommend a different course which is super important. I always go with Grace for hair because she’s the best in my opinion :) everyone’s very kind and the business is extremely professional. You’re safe here.

“I have been a loyal client of this salon for many years and always trusted their services, but my recent keratin treatment has been a terrible experience. After the first application, the product didn’t even take to my hair properly, and I had to go back for them to fix it. Now, just a month later, I’m experiencing extreme hair lossWhen I reached out to them on WhatsApp to express my concerns, I was told it could be due to stress or not suitable to you hair . This response felt dismissive, especially since I’ve had keratin treatments at this salon before without issues.This time, the results were not only ineffective but have caused serious damage to my hair. They recently changed their lash Glue and their Lashes quality and it’s very bad I just had my lashes today done although I’ve been their customer since a year now .. and look what happened a few hours later my eyes got super swelling and irritated that I couldn’t even open my eyes and I came back to the salon to remove the lashes they put and the owner wouldn’t even give me a refund and when I told her I would complain to the municipality and get a lawyer she said go ahead and complain ,, she said it’s not her problem.. becareful guys .. this is your eyes it’s very important imagen if you get blind cause cause some salon decided to changed their products and they don’t admit they are wrong either and I paid around 600 for my lashes with the removal and they wouldn’t even refund the money after the disaster they did to my eyes ,, imagen I need to take weeks of treatment after this .. it’s horrible .. BE CAREFUL !!!

I am a customer there for 2 years now. Definitely the best salon i been too i tried so many and its the only one for me. First great customer service, very friendly staff and amazing work of art nails, hair, lash or even waxing and massage everything is on point and very professional. Aigul is great so as Lisa for nails and Grace for hair.

I always go to Real Touch Salon for Amazing massage from Liza. She hits the right points of the body and makes it feel good. After massage, I feel refreshed and extremely relaxed! I love the job that they are doing there, they are professionals and I get compliments on my nails every time. I think I have redirected more people than I can count towards them and will continue to do so because they deserve it. I stand by Cyra for pedicure, shes god sent and deals with my painful ingrows with care. Results are always great. Staff was being a bit rude, I had an appointment for lashes with my friend and we were asked to wait for one another. Then we chatted my friend and I in a low tone and was shushed by the staff multiple times. However, in love with their service and how the receptionist was really nice.

Got appointment on time the staff suggested. Came before time 15 min, waited pass my appointment time by half hour! Then for the staff to tell me there is three other clients waiting for the only hair stylist they have!! Only after i asked her why late.. The other 2 clients came before me just 5 min i think as they started working on them when i sat to wait for my time..then their solution i wait another hour and half...Not professional at all, i even suspect bias as the other client were Russian and clearly they didnt have appointments. But of course got their service no problem to wait....

I would give it a negative score, if possible! Rude receptionist, staff who has no clue whats going on, taking multiple bookings and making people wait with zero remorse and pathetic attitude. They have no records of customer transactions. I lost my paper receipt, and instead of helping with a solution, I was made to feel like a free loader! Everyone should avoid it, unless they want a horrible experience and want to spoil your mood.Never ever.

I purchase the voucher in May and tried to get an appointment 48 hours before my birthday but they dont have any available slots. I asked for another dates end of May but nothing. The receptionist told me to call 1st of June to book for 17 June and she again said they are full. I told her that you told me that for sure i can make a booking. Then she booked for me at 10 am today and guess what Ive waited for 30 mins and they cater those customers who came after me.. waited for another 10 mins and they did the hair spa.. I have plans after and in one hour all that theyve completed is the hair spa. I ask her if how many minutes will it take before theyll do morrocan bath and she said 15 so i waited and still nothing.. Service is pretty bad, i didnt get to experience though as i decided to leave and just waste the voucher.. I cant give any comment on how well they do it but they should have a better scheduling system and should remove steals/deals online if they cant compromise.

Staff are not friendly and service is not good. We bought voucher from groupon for Moroccan bath, full body massage, manicure and pedicure. They do massage first instead of Moroccan bath. Manicure & pedicure was not good. Overall Im not satisfied with the service

I came here repeatedly with Cobone vouchers. Call in advance, theyre really busy. The massage was heavenly, the girl from Vietnam really knows what shes doing. The moroccan bath, mani, pedi, hair drying and massage was all good. Check on cobone they almost always have a deal for this place.

Service was bad. Pedicure was done terribly plus didnt even have a comfortable chair to sit on while doing it.
