I went there recently (12/01/25) to try their “classic eyelashes extensions”. This place was recommended to me by my best friend who has been going there for a couple of years already. The lady that worked on my eyelashes Klara, was very professional and advised me to pick the light brown shade which matches with my hair color. I am very happy with her work because I really wanted something natural and light and this looks really perfect for me. Thank you !!!

Majed the hair dresser did the best hair treatment I ever found in Dubai.Not only good results, but also gentle care for the hair. Definitely going back.And during the long treatment, I was offered fruits, water, tea and coffee.The salon staff are very attentive.

Very professional staff, starting from lovely Receptionist , ending on the Lady who did my brows lamination and lash lift (unfortunately cannot remember her name😞) .P.S. bathroom filled with all the creams, smells and candles ….even sanitary pads !!!Heaven for Women !Very impressed.I will be back xx

Zero for organization.Multiple times had booking issues.Made double booking and only informed me when I got there ‘ oh madam there will be a delay with your booking as one client who canceled decided to come’ they accepted another client knowing my booking is at 5. No respect for clients time and booking time. I waited 20mins before they start my manicure. Spoke to the manager hope things changes but i doubt it as it’s not the first time I complain. Such a shame Kuz my technician is really good.

Today I went for the first time to Real Touch and had nail extensions with Dasha. I have only good things to talk about. From the receptionist, very warm and professional to Dasha’s expertise, all was perfect. I am very pleased with the service!

I can only recommend this place. I am always welcomed very warmly and everyone is very nice and super sweet. Aikerim just does the best nails and Klara does the best wipers there. You guys are the best!

Im a very happy customer.Ms.Iroda does my hair and the first time in Years my hair are healthy looking and no dryness as well as no frizziness.The saloon is very clean and has a beautiful look.All the ladies are very nice.Parking is free of charge at the building.Prices are fair too.All services are offered at this amazing saloon.

My favorite salon ever!! My nails always perfect every time

I had a wash and blow dry at Real Touch. It was very convenient since I only booked a few hours before and the end result was great and saved time. However, there was loud construction I wasn’t told about in advance, my quote didn’t include tax which was added on at the end, the wash was 2 x shampoo and no conditioner, no heat protection was used and now my hair is really dry and a little damaged. I asked for curls and my hair is straight.

I live in JVC and I still go all the way to Real Touch salon in Business Bay for Majed, he is amazing in hair treatment, hair coloring and hair extensions. Honestly, all the staff there are awesome 🤩

Did not enjoy the service , on instagram there was photos of amazing eyelash extensions and then when I went to do mine was the worse I ever had

I just got smashed with 872AED for eyelashes refill 2D not even 3 or 6D, mani refill natural no design no nothing and pedicure shellac natural with a touch up for my toes which was not even in length. And my toes are thick like a tile, And 5 hours to complete these services. Come on! Value for money and time consuming... no ! No ! I wouldnt step again my feet there. 2 stars because the ladies try hard to be nice.

I tried lashes in this saloon and it was a good one .I decided to do nails but just had the worst experience with indiana today . 4 hours just for simple nail job .i was dead for extremely bad work that i need to go back to fix what she did wrong .disappointed !

Their service is amazing, I did eyelash extensions with Azal , she is a pro master , I literally gave her trust on my eyes , no pain no itching no burning no redness nothing , I was literally sleeping and her hands are very soft I did not even feel that I was doing lashes , I did removal and full set and I was so happy with the result , I described to her what I want and she did exactly how I wanted, I cannot thank her enough 😍😍😍
