I have searched any salon in the UAE who does Professional Hair Extensions as I am doing it for the first time, so I am very careful not to waste my time and money, for a couple of weeks of research I decided to try it with Joynista Beauty Salon. They have a great, visible location its just in Sheik Zayed Road, Dubai next to Bentley Car Showroom opposite part of Mall of the Emirates, Barsha. The salon itself is stunning with friendly staff.I found it through IG stories and I have been chatting with Ms. Hala the owner itself, I came and met her professional hairdresser Ms. Karen. She explained things before we started, the hair color from my original hair then explained the pros and cons of the procedure. They have great rates with ongoing discounts too.I am happy with the service and the result, worth the dimes. I liked the massage chair the most while I am on my bleaching and hair color moments, it relaxes me. I recommend them not only for the hair services but also, for nails, skin, massage, hair removal and so on.Find them in Instagram or any social media channels for more details or whatsap them (+971 56 903 3083) maybe call them directly. I went here for Hair Protein treatment, Hair color and Manicure. I have to say i am more than happy with the service. The salon is neat and clean. They have a lovely staff. All the ladies are so professional, talented and soft spoken. Ayesha and Rima did an amazing job with my hair. I highly recommend this place for any one looking for a beautiful makeover.

Absolutely wonderful! The team at Joynista made me feel so pampered and taken care of.Karen did a fantastic job with my nails and even recommended me to try something new which I now love. Joynista at my first time made a huge impression on me by the professionalism and kindness of the staff. I went there for Haircolor and Hairstyling and when I left I was completely different person with regards to my hair and my view of the salon. I will make it my go-to saloon for everything now on as the results are quite breathtaking and Im very happy with their services. The service is really good. All the staff seems to be really kind and friendly .. Dorisa shes the person who keep on updating for salon service & offers packages ... i have done keratin from aisha , highlight & color from sarah she is just amaizing . Ladies if youre willing to dye your hair . Do look for sarah .. shes an amazing hair dresser and well experienced .. she keep on checking the client service . They have new owner whos really kind too. Nearby theres too many salon but i still choose to be there at joynista. I rated 5 star based on my experienced towards there service .Thanks team 🌻& best of luck

Service is excellent! Loved it, very reasonable prices. My nail extensions were beautifully done thanks to Aisha, she’s very quick and good at her job. Salam did a good job with my hair trimming and blow drying. Dorissa at the reception is attentive and very quick at service. Keeps a ear to every detail. Will definitely visit again. All the staff were very helpful.

I had such an amazing experience with Jonista. I got my acrylics from Aisha such an amazing Service from her nice and friendly. My haircut was done from sahar did a beautiful job on my hair as well she was very good

I’ve never been to any salon for my hair before. This was the first time and the result that I got is simply AMAZING. Staff & owner are for friendly yet professional, understanding & cooperative. I’ll highly recommend it. I’m very satisfied with the service’s provided by them. 😄❤️

Ive been called thrice, First impression was really welcoming but 2nd and 3rd they didnt even bother if the client is there or not. Hair color didnt cover any greys and they had to re apply after i requested multiple times which spoiled my keratin. Manager herself doesnt care or give a glance to the customer. Staff and manager needs to be well trained theres always room for improvement.

They over charge and very slow and the salon is not even neat! I made an appointment one month in advance to come do my hair and yet i reach there and they made me wait for a whole hour! Asked them if the quality of the hair extensions was good yet after washing my hair the extensions came off! This lady comes with the machine and takes the payment whilst the service is not even done yet.Really disappointed for even going this salon!

This was the best experience so far... the staff was so friendly and professional especially the owner who came and asked me if i am ok with the services. Their product is amazing i took the hair package of haircolour, cutting and organic treatment it was just amazing. If you really want to get pampered then this is your place.Thank you Joynista and team ❤

I had the most amazing service and result. I came in with orange hair and left with the most beautiful buttery blonde. No orange to be seen now which I really wasnt expecting as I thought i would have to be dark blonde for a little while but they got it straight to a clean light blonde in one shot and my hair is still really soft and doesnt feel brittle. I have already booked my next appointment. :)Would highly recommend as I am super happy with my new hair. Thanks again, ladies!

Very bad experience with this salon. Staff are not professional and products are very low quality.. I went for hair color and hair treatment they damage my hair after treatment my hair become more dry and frizzy... Manicure and pedicure very bad finishes in 5 min with no proper massage and clean... Very very bad experience with this salon.. I dont recommend this salon to anyone...After paying 599 which is to much no proper service and product are near to expiry...not recommended.. i went back again next day and they said they will charge u again without seeing the problem n damage of hair..worst pedicure and manicure service and why i will lie after paying 599 worst worst experience in uae for the first time.

I had a very good experience, i wanted my hair to be less dry and my curls to be more softened, whereas i did the botox treatment for my hair. Im very happy with the end result and my hair is much more softer now and the curls are more defined! The service was professional and everything was on time. Also did the acrylic nails which was very nice and clean, so happy with the end results!

Highly disappointed experience and I am not recommending this salon!!!!I bought a package includes keratin treatment, baylage,blowdry, haircut and hair color on October 13th. I arrived at my appointment time at 10:30am and the salon was closed. They showed up at 11am and started to clean the salon with not even an apology that they are late to begin with.I was suppose to get my hair shampooed first before applying keratin instead they just covered it with very cold water!! Then I am not sure why there were 2 ladies straightening my hair and It was very painful and they burned my skull and by the time they finished my hair was all over the place.This whole experience took 4 hours instead of 3 because they showed up late and were busy cleaning the salon. I was very late to my next appointment ,my kids and all my other errands.Yesterday November 17th, I went back to use the rest of the amount I payed for my package and I decided to give them another chance but they failed me again!!!I arrived on time and the hairdresser was late AGAIN and they were still cleaning the salon. The hairdresser took 2 appointments for same color treatment at the same time which means she was jumping between me and another customer the whole time!The consultation was very poorly as she barely speaks or understand English and she couldn’t advise me the right hair color that suits my skin and hair color. Again, they used very cold water even though I complained before and they used a warm water from a kettle ( are we in the 1940!!) and stained my shirt because she put the apron on the wrong side!!Finaly, I wasted 6 HOURS of my day to do the whole experience and they didn’t offer any compensation. When the owner arrived and my friend was complaining to her instead of showing understanding and support she told me friend “to relax” and that off course that made us more angry.I did not say anything till then, my goal was to leave and get my kids AGAIN from a friend that kindly had to pick them up for me. So I explained again our complain to the owner, showing the 3 colors on my hair, my shirt ruined, colors on my neck and she just said “I am sorry”!!!!!!I will advise everyone who reading this comment,to avoid this salon if you want to still have hair in your head and don’t want to waste your day! Go somewhere else! Ciao

Absolutely horrible place would not recommend to anyone. I have booked my services and once I reached the price changed. I had a proof of the price on Instagram! They still kept on making excuses! Then when I agreed for a higher price ( 30 DHS more ) suddenly she tells me the price for the nails I want is actually even higher ...... Even though it was all discussed on FB with the owner. I just left the place the staff did not even apologise ! They did not even try to do service recovery. Worst place I ever been to in dubai. Please avoid at all cost !

Cheating this is all I can say.They charged me 840 AED only for the Hair Extensions removal with 15 aed per piece for 56 pieces. When I enquired the removal from other salons, they gave me price 3 aed for removal and if I have to put it back, they will charge 5 per piece which means 168 AED for the removal. I am totally devastated with this experience

The team is super professional and friendly.Karen made an amazing job with my hair and Lili is amazing for the nails. Im really impressed with the result.Highly recommended.

So mad from the makeup they did on my friend. She visited for a party makeup and this Pakistani lady did her makeup. They show they use all the branded makeup but its all fake, you will know once you see the look of it on your face. This makeup artist applied two different lashes on my friend. So unprofessional, how anyone could do this to their client. They guarantee that they will make you look like a princess and this is what they do. So so disappointed, I was shocked to see my friend with that makeup and hairstyle. Even hair was done so ugly. We removed all her makeup and had to re-do it by ourselves. We do better makeup then that makeup artist. How can you let a client leave with a makeup and hair like that.

I will not recommend this worst salon to even my enemy .. I took package for Botox with highlights n color bt my hair after treatment got so damaged and rough; neither silky looks at all. When I complained to staff and owner they even didn’t bother and given ridiculous excuse that when u left salon it’s not our responsibility that what happened to your hairs at all!!! Worst salon no customer service at all too

I will not suggest this salon … they’re using there offer and package to scam people… if you will avail they’re packages/offer ask first the term and conditions to avoid scam ( later on they will give many reasons so that you will pay again) poor service not recommended…

Worst experience.... I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone specially for Hair treatment. They will damage your hairs nd will not even bother to solve the issue. They will never get back to you, will block you from all account to avoid such reviews. Owner is so rude nd no customer service at all. Dnt go with the packages they have specially for Hairs.

I went to Joynista saloon 1 and half year back since there was a offer organic protein with hair color treatment ...my hair was frizzy and wanted to change the hair color so I decided to go for the offer ..when I went there I showed the saloon owner/ manager the color I want she is from Tunisia she said ok she was good the only thing I hate was she asked newly unprofessional/ or not well trained staff to color my hair staff name if Im not wrong was( heba ) she spoiled my hair and did protien treatment and the result was not so good then the owner asked me to come for protein treatment after a week which will be free of cost ..I also went there and did the 2nd time protein treatment for free ....but after in few weeks or months my hair started falling and and hair thinning started there is no much hair left its still falling and I dont knkw what to do Im using only hair oil to make my few hair to stay pls dont go to this saloon if u going make sure theStaff is well trained they ruined my hair by over bleaching and coloring I will never recommend this saloon for anyone .

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone to get their nails done at this salon. Their tools are extremely old, they overcharge for simply everything small they do. I left from there extremely disappointed.

I went there for my daughter hair cut and loved it.The staff is very friendly and polite will definitely go again.

The place would do anything for an extra dirham. Make sure to pay before doing any service because they’ll tell you a certain price before getting the service done and then will add another 50 once you have to pay. They’ll also tell you the fazaa offer expired whereas it’s available till November.

HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL... their owner HALA doesnt even speak proper English & they use 3rd class products on your hair & ask for 599 dhs package that is only 499 dhs outside. They are cheat people
