I asked for a classic blowout and some volumeThey did the opposite of that and when i nicely asked them to fix it they wouldn’t and blamed my conditioner. And finally they didn’t budge on the price even though it was a job done badly.Will never go back

Very rude receptionist...if we ask about price for anything she doesnt like that..they want us to pay blindly without asking anything..and very over priced

I got classic mani pedi done with gel polish from mankhool branch on 5 March 2024 Tuesday.It came off the very next day (Wednesday )from one of my thumb so went again to the salon to get it fixed. Again it came off after two days and this time from both the thumb nails. Not sure if the quality what they use is bad or the way they apply . Don’t recommend this place for gel polish

The receptionist and staff are very nice. But I am not happy with the hygiene and maintenance of the salon. They can improve it and make it a good salon. It is all about the experience, if the staff and products r good but the facilities are not upto the mark what is the point. I will never visit them again. Totally disappointed.

Geeta was excellent. She is a dedicated worker, gentle and diligent. Very happy with her service. Would like to repeat her in my future.

I could give lesser than this . But option is not available.. attitude of workers is very rude..they only want customers who can use their card for 50drhs and above.. and if the bill is lesser than that u have to pay in cash..In time of covid situations they r asking to get only cash . And the attitude towards any customer is not appropriate..Please be aware

Poor time management. Me and my sister walked in to do minimal work, she wanted to avail some services but she was okay to do just one thing because we were walk-ins, it wouldnt even take 5 mins, but after waiting 20 mins the receptionist said my sister couldnt get the service because the appointment they were waiting for had come. This was disappointing after making her wait and seeing other girls who were free who could have easily attended to her to get the job done. Not going back ever again.

I had a good experience and Ill definitely come back. Perhaps prices are a little bit higher than other salons, however staff is really good and friendly, and everything was done according to hygienic measures and with social distancing. I did pedicure with gelish application and hair color, and with the promotion I was able to choose two more services. I chose shoulder massage and foot scrub. I paid in total 210 aed (with old gelish removal). I am satisfied about the result.

Very Good packages. They take necessary precautions during Covid-19. Very hygienic. Service is very good. I have been going to them for over 4 years now and hands down I have received the best service.

Mankhool branch.I’ve not seen the worst parlour than this ever. Staff is very rude and disrespectful. They de-shaped my eyebrow, they shorten the lenght of the eyebrow. Who does that?? Who thread/short the lenght of eyebrow.I’ve seen the many fights in this parlour and they made fun of that customer once they leave the parlor in front of all other customers. I was only using this parlour till now because I’m living in this neighbourhood. But m sure it was my last visit in this parlour.

Poor attitude towards customers , very snobby and overly priced services and not worth the money . If you visit the salon they will take the time to judge you enough and then deal with you. They overly price you and cheat you.UPDATE : please tell this to all the customers who have had the same experience as mine . You price something and charge Some other amount for your services . YOUR SERVICES ARE NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

They always do a neat and clean job .Staff is polite and professional . Regularly visit them happy with their service.

I went and got a French manicure done.I had paid 25dhs extra for it and it was literally not worth it the French tips were so slanting and wasnt neat at all.The next day it started chipping of.I would not recommend you getting manicures here rest all services are average

Pathetic eyebrows experience, shapeless eyebrows even after giving instructions. Dont know what did i pay for.

They dont have enough staff to serve their customers. Instead of asking customers to wait..the lady in the counter says all their beauticians are busy.
