Very happy with my experience at refinery. Its been more than 6 months since my hair treatment with Eddy. Result is still good. Very satisfied with choice of products, Eddys expertise and overall staff attitude.

Very bad customer service and zero professional and attitude staff.Reception was complaining when I was 5 mins late, she also was loud not professional, attitude and don’t know how to book proper timings for each service which was booked from a week earlier.They didn’t like to use my owns tools for my nails which I do the same with 5 stars saloons and they don’t mind.Even the hairdresser didn’t like me to ask what shampoo she will use which is weird all other 5 stars saloon they do ask before they start and they give you choices what you prefer.This saloon not recommended at all.

I have been visiting the salon for over three years and the service is fantastic. I highly recommended the ladies at this salon, they make you feel at home! Especially Angel, Priya and Mica.

Superb service...the loveliest ladies. Mary Jane has done the best manicure my daughter has ever had. Beaming daughter here.

Jojo and the staff are professional and friendly. I went there one day and it was my daughters birthday, the ladies working there brought her a small cake with a candle. For manicure and pedicure, I highly recommend Angel.

The best beauticians are gathered here. I have been going here for more than 1.5 years, and I am very happy with the service. Mani/pedi package lets you save your money. Reception girls are always nice and polite. Hair treatments are amazing. Also, massage masters are good. Here, you can find hair extension service and eyelash.I love this salon and recommend it to everyone who cares about beauty.My personal beauticians are Nina (pedi/eyelash), Pamela (mani), NJ (hair treatment), Pria (massage) and Angel (brows and waxing master) - I recommend them to everyone, very professional! Very expensive for the very average quality of service. I tried doing my hair there, I did balayage. My main request was to keep my hair ash, only in three days after I did my hair, it turned literally ginger. I am aware that color tends to wash off, but not after the very first wash. I also tried doing manicure and pedicure, layer of gel is too puffy, each nail is different shape. I do not recommend this salon at all

I always go to Edi to get my hair done. Blonde, which is tough to find the right tone. but Edi always gets it right. Besides that, she’s the sweetest and friendliest and happiest person around. I only go to her! Highly recommended :-)

Only one girl in this salon is qualified to perform broken nail repairs and nail extensions. The rest are doing basic manicure services, basic quality.

Transformed my hair again. Met Eddy in December 2021and she completely changed my look. Loved the hair do. Then managed to book her again and boy she did a fantastic job on my hair. Highly recommended.

Called at the last minute as fancied a treat, the ladies were able to book me for the afternoon for a manicure. Arrived to a clean and inviting salon, was offered a drink when I arrived and then got seated straight away. They have a fantastic selection of nail polish and was the manicure was all done within an hour, the cherry on the cake was the shoulder and neck massage from Pryia absolutely 💯 💗. Thank you ladies, illbe back for a full body massage soon.

Eddy made my daughter cry today. We went for a simple trimm and Eddy cut more than double of the agreed length. To top it off it looks as if it had been cut by a grass cutter. Not sure how something so basic can go so wrong.

Its the first time I do not nitpick when someone is doing my nails. Monaliza did my nails and she is awesome at it! Can’t wait to try other services at this salon

The service was good overall. However, I was doing pedicure and the way they put color had like layer on it, as it doesnt look even.
