Refinery Salon is one of the best salons in Dubai, they are clean and professional. I did full set of gel nail extensions with Mona and she is so professional and sweet. Will definitely go again for more services

Services are ok depending on the girl that does your hair and nails. What should definitely improve is the service at the reception. Only Zippy is really friendly and she makes sure you get the lady you asked for! Other ladies working at the reception just assign you random ladies even tho you booked with a specific lady!

Staff is not happy. The girl cut my nails too short without asking, didn’t do a great job either. They allowed me to get a redo , and Iris did a great job to fix it

Well my review used to be: “I love this little salon, its clean and the staff is great. I wish they had some better hair stylist for highlights who knew how to manage thin hair. Nerissa was fantastic but left”.But unfortunately the attitude of the previous receptionist has put me off this place and I’d rather drive miles elsewhere than return to the salon that is just at my doorstep.Irish and Peggy are truly wonderful though.

My hair appointment experience with the stylist was better than anticipated. I loved how she handled my requirement for a hair wash and a voluminous blow dry. The final result was fantastic. Thanks team at Refinery!

Unfortunately it was the receptionist who put me off! I was there on Sunday May 21st appointment at 1pm. The hairstylist dyed my roots and then she noticed that grey hairs were still showing so she said she wanted to redo it. When I finished and went to pay the receptionist must have thought I complained and asked the stylist to redo it (which I hadn’t) and she was so rude. She asked me 5 times “it’s good now? You’re happy? Are you sure? It’s good, you’re sure?” So fake! And then she looks at me and says “and when are you doing your facial?”. I had never talked about doing a facial. Anyways, she was so off putting. I go there regularly but unfortunately I will not go back again because of the receptionist!

A good community salon that I like to go to do my nails occasionally. Ive also taken my 7 yo niece there for her hair and nails and she had a ball. I love the ladies that work there, they are professional and the right amount of friendly. Its a very relaxing atmosphere, no loud voices, furniture is comfortable and the environment is clean and tidy. I enjoy going there.

I have visited Refinery beauty lounge in centro for the 5th time now and I’m so so In love with their services and customer service. Zippy at the reception is so accommodating and her excellent customer service can clears be seen with the way she welcomes and accommodate all requests. I really enjoyed my Swedish massage which was done by Peggy, she has magical hands and very gentle. I cannot forget to also mention Arlyn, Gladys, and Rovie who always take care of my manicure and pedicure their nails polish color recommendations are always spot on and they have never gone wrong. My entire experience at this place is what makes me come for their services all the time. Try them you will for sure not regret it. Had my nails and hair done loved it it’s very clean lovely staff and they have literally all the nail colors u can think of with every brand u can think of.. they get the job done with love, care and most importantly from the heart thank u all… revie and iris did my nails and Geraline did my hair thank u ladies so much ❤️❤️❤️

The worst customer service ever ! Dont waste your time to go to this salon ! The lady on the reception is so rude and arrogant, their workers are not skilled and your mani/pedi will not last more than 7 days!

The worse customer service I have ever seen , I will never put my foot in this hair salon ever again . I have asked for the manager to call me because I had a complaint this been 2 weeks I still haven’t received a call I had call them 4 times and she still hasn’t called me this is how they treat there clients I don’t recommend this place at all

It was amazing trip i booked meni cure and pedicure for my daughter she loved it and will keep on visiting clean place freindly staff its total relaxing place....

10 mins after start of facial service, I am told the machine isnt working. This was highly unprofessional, as I would expect clarification before start of a service.Highly disappointed for three reasons (1) I had an incomplete experience (2) I paid full price for it (3) I was supposed to get a call from the manager, which never happened!

My stylists is your best lady ...I have had your other girls and they can not cut ...Top marks to my lady .but she is leaving ...sad news ...
