Had a really bad hair experience here. The woman had no idea what I was saying and did not give me the haircut I was asking for. She cut my layers very poorly and am now stressing how to fix it because I can’t be seen in public like this. It also seemed unprofessional, as when I arrived they did not even do a consultation on my hair, they just went straight to washing it. I had heard good things about this salon but it might have just been the lady doing my hair that had no idea what was going on.

I recently visited refinery after a long time because i was extremely disappointed before and thought after their renovation they would improve but unfortunately i had an incredibly disappointing experience. The manicure I received was horrendous – poorly done i have put a picture below . To make matters worse, there was no apology although i showed my nails to them on the reception no acknowledgment of the poor service, and I was still charged the full amount. There were bubbles and bumps and unfinished manicure.This kind of service is unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to avoid this salon. It’s clear they do not value their customers or take pride in their work. There are plenty of other places that provide far better service and actually care about customer satisfaction. Avoid this salon if you don’t want to waste your time and money.

Very unprofessional and expeditive. They don’t listen to what you want, they just do as they please. I asked for brown hair for my wig, I ended up with crow black!! The colorist was Rita and she did the worst job ever. My 2000aed wig is ruined, the hair is falling off because she did not manipulate it with care despite my firm request! The receptionnist promised me that the manager would call me the next day. I am still waiting… The worst salon ever. I regret going there and do not recommend to anyone.

Rita is the best hairdresser in Dubai! I have dark brown hair and she knows how to do amazing highlights without damaging it. I have been going to her for years, and she consistently delivers outstanding results. She is amazing, friendly, and very sweet.Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist, Rachel, has been quite sour in multiple occasions. She is extremely rude, aggressive, and has a very bad attitude. This really detracts from the overall experience at the salon.

I was so disappointed from additional charges 84 AED just for the in-front middle sleek 👎🏼while the actual hair wash and blow dry and wavy costs 178.50 AED, but i payed total 262.50 . i will never visit them again and will never recommend my family and friends 👎🏼

I had brow threading with Sao. She was great, just did what I expected. Like this place, they always help though I dont have appointments sometimes.Thanks a lot🙏🏼

The worst salon ever. They ruined my hair, it is now burned and I have to cut it shorter than it already is. They’ve completely fried it.

Rita is the best hair colourist in Dubai. She is the only hair colourist that can get the correct shade of blonde without it being brassy. Plus she is super fun to be with whilst in the salon.

I dont go anywhere else in Dubai! Lolit does the best nails and cant fault Priya with my hair. Its hard to find a good hair dresser in Dubai, so Im glad I found Priya. Rita has also done a colour for me, which was great. All of the ladies do a great job, but these are my recommendations.

My recent trip to Refinery didn’t go as planned. I wanted a simple hair dye, but things went downhill from there.The stylist promised to fix any issues the next day, but when I went back, she wasn’t there. Another stylist tried to help, but my hair still looked terrible a mix of red and orange.I’ve been trying to talk to the salon for a month now, but they’re not responding well. They won’t give me a refund for the damage done to my hair.Overall, I’m really unhappy with Refinery. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save your money and hair.

I love the service I get at the refinery. The stylists are so professional and so a outstanding job styling my hair.I also love their nail services, they really do it to perfection. I highly recommend them!Front desk team are fantastic and very accommodating. Happy customer :)

Girls are very kind and professionals, each times I go to there for my blow dry , I leave with a big smile.

I did my hair about two months ago the lady that did my hair was Rita she was amazing and gave me exactly what i wanted, and about the hair dye it never damaged me hair and ive been dyeing it in this salon since 2021 and always leave with amazing hair💗, Lexi the nail lady is amazing shes been doing my nails for the longest time so has my mother.definitely worth the price💗

Got my nails done for the first time here today. The 2 nail technicians that did my nails were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They asked if i wanted to have tea or coffee and i said I’m good cuz i had my coffee earlier. They proceeded to ask if i wanted to drink wine ! Knowing that i’m muslim and dressed in islamic attire. They asked if i drink cocktails ??? And laughed about it together. They had a rude attitude throughout the whole thing and honestly really regret going to this salon. My cousins come here often but we will all have to stop coming here after this horrible experience.

I have had the best experience at this salon!! My go to hairdresser is RitaShe really understands and talks so politely and always does exactly what I ask for. I am never disappointed with her work❤️ for anyone going there I truly recommend the Hair dresser Rita, her skills are the best

Wax is perfect, not too painful and super fast!!!!! ...My 4star rating is because the (first and last) massage I had. its the worst massage I had so far. My back was really hurting when finished. I couldnt relax at all during the session the way the masseuse did it kept me aware all the time of what was happening. Scratchy nails and unnecessary touching even if asked to keep away from certain areas... It was clear she wasnt qualified for this service.Anyway Im sure Im coming back, but absolutely not for massages!

Waited 10 min for someone to serve me, or acknowledge that I was there. I appreciate that the person was on the phone. But their monitor at the desk means they don’t event make eye contact. The therapists walk past and avoid eye contact…so I left.

The worst experience of my life at a hair salon. I asked for a flash highlight (I’m blonde) and they dyed my hair brunette when I wanted to stay blonde. Not just that, my hair is also burnt, the colorist Rita is not a professional whatsoever.I’m shocked by the lack of competency, I do not advise to anyone.

Extremely professional staff. Consistently good service and staff knows what they are doing. Today I was attended by Amor - nail specialist, Axel- Hair specialist and as usual they were brilliant at their work. They offer a variety of hair and body treatments. Quite reasonable pricing for the service offered. Always better to book in advance and they never make you wait for your appointment.

I like to go their for the service of eyebrows and blow dry. Man is great with eye brow and Mariam is wonderful with hair. I dont like the eye lash extension since they have a problem with the glow used although technician is great with application. Atmosphere is great and services is great. However cost of all services are high compared to other salons.

Been meaning to change salons for ages and today finally was the last straw...! Had an appointment today (and came one time) and was asked to wait for at least 30 min totally casually as if I had nothing better to do!Nothing worse than when people don’t respect other people’s time.Learnt the hard way never to do anything with hair at this salon years ago... even my husband was shocked and he never notices anything with my hairAnyway never again!

WORST SALON EVER!! The one in zayed university was the worst I had told the lady what I wanted ( clean my nails and to add manicure) and she told me the price was 60 I was fine with it the lady who did my nails cut my nails so deep that there was swelling and my cuticles hurt for days and my nails were chipped (which I noticed after removing the polish because I went to the hospital) on top of that the lady raised in price and said it was 80 and when I payed I came back to complain because this service was the worst the were very rude the cashier lady was laughing at me and the lady who did my nails said I was saying lies after showing her pictures of my swelled cuticles Never again I’ll go to this bad salon! I would give it zero stars if I could

Overpriced and slow. My pedicure wasnt cured properly and therefore dried discoloured and smudged over 24hours later in closed shoes and my gel manicure peeled off in 48hours... Literally nail by nail.. Tried to call over three days each time receiving no answer. There are literally over 100 better places to go.

They are really bad at shaping the nail, they have no experience. Maybe only one lady knows and this time I have requested for almond nails and they don’t know how to do it.Not recommended to go if you want shaping.

I went there to get my hair trimmed a bit, they work so aggressively for some reason? high prices for no reason! i would think the prices are ok if they are doing a good job at least, but they are not. some hairdresser was being “racist” in a way but yea that’s all.

I came to have neck and shoulder massage and the lady ( priya ) was with another client and I asked her to come after finishing ( the client had ONLY neck and shoulder massage appointment ), when she finished the lady decided to do feet massage ( NO appointment) and Priya just IGNORED me and did the feet massage service to the client disregarding that I was next. It was very rude and insulting in front of people and the supervisor did nothing about it and said when she finishes she will come to me IGNORING ME for the 2nd time, VERY DISRESPECTFUL and not professional.

One of the receptionist is super unprofessional and is in definite need of more training before having her dealing with customers please make sure u hire excellent staff so customers don’t have there day ruined by one of your receptionists before getting pampered at this salon.

Rude management, staff not used to European hair. Popped in for a fringe trim and eyebrows. To my horror the hairdresser started to drastically thin my already thin, fine-haired fringe. She stopped when I asked and was otherwise responsive to my requests. However, the response from the lady I assume was the manager and the receptionists when I told them what had happened, merely suggesting they ask their hairdressers to check with the customer before they begin thinning, was a folded arm glower and dismissive nod. No actual words of communication at all. Im not sure where they are trained but if you have fine hair too Id be cautious about using them. Eyebrows were fine hence the additional star.

Excellent salon. I tried the eyelash extensions with Riecy and very happy. Harriet also did a great job on my nails. Good service and friendly staff. Will def return!

The staff are aloof and not caring of the business they are running. They are either low paid or too much worked. It seems they dont need customers. The hair dressers, Boshra, work is good though.

Love them for a quick Wax! Maan is amazing, so sweet and gentle. Theyre always busy, but will find time to squeeze you in.

Very good attention to details when it comes to delivering their services - I just had my mani-pedi and waxing done. They are really professional. I also like that the salon is clean.

Terrible experience, the lashes technician wasnt competent to apply my expensive false (mink) lashes. The application was all wrong, the glue used was so much that ruined the hair of the false lashes, and after 1 hour of application, the false lashes popped out

The worst nail manicure and polish i go there a lot a its close to me each time i say it may be different but always gelish come off after 5 days normal come up after 2 days but i think this was my last time there

Very rude management , I would never go back . They charge 25 dhs for 2 year old which many places do complementary ( only one lightb layer of polish ) and they didn’t inform me if they will charge . But the worse was reception and mangment , extremely unprofessional!

Great spot, nice staff, many color choices.I wanted matte nail polish, and they had the coat which turns any nail polish to matte!
