I had a fantastic experience with Amal, the hairstylist. We have trimmed my ends, blown dry, and straightened my hair. Amal is such a warm, kind, heart-warming person! Earlier this week I saw Nazerke for manicure, and she was fantastic! I saw Nuska for pedicure at the same time. Every experience at this salon was great!

Naz is on of the best manicurist I have ever had! The detail and the need for perfection from her is unreal! All staff are well mannered and tailor to your needs!

I will start by saying that the last time I visited I was very happy with the service. Hence I chose to book this place for a balayage.This time unfortunately I was given a new stylist for my hair.The stylist was Binni and this was the issue:1. I asked her to show me the picture of the hair on a model with the colour and she didn’t. She just said proceeded to do the work.2 I made it clear that I do not want her to cut my length and I want long layers.3 As soon as she finished colouring and washing I told her, it looks the same, I asked for a picture I’m not happy please change it.4 As soon as she did the first snip in my hair to cut it, she did it without showing me, this made me uncomfortable and I asked for a different stylist. She convinced me saying she’ll make it good and feed back is important so she can improve.4 After she finished, she chopped off at least a minimum of 5 inches.5 I immediately told her to stop and asked for a new stylist.6 When I told the manager that she cut off my hair she pointed to the floor and said only this much and it wasn’t swept. Then I asked the other lady and she confirmed that she had lied.6 when the new stylist came she said she did a straight cut not layers.The manager told me she was fired and on her way out she whispered that she got fired cuz of me, in Hindi.Honestly, I’m glad that they offered to give me Extensions for free although she could have offered a bond extension, I was ok to have the tape in cuz it’s an important event soon and I was not happy with the hair. The tape extension are uncomfortable when I lie down and I’ve never had a reason to get them because I have had long hairOverall I’m not sure what was wrong with Binni’s mood today that she had to go and do everything I didn’t ask for with my hair. I wouldn’t want her to be fired. I would have liked if she accepted her mistake and apologised immediately and provided a solution instead of having me prove that I had long hair earlier, her attitude should stay in check and she should do what the client asks not what she wishes. Thankfully the management took control and sorted it out after crying buckets.The difference in length is very evident the second pic is from 26th May 2024.

The team did a fantastic job with my makeup and hair, creating a flawless, elegant look that exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the entire experience truly enjoyable—I’ll definitely be back! Special mention for Sheeba and Amal.

Worst Russian mani pedi the pictures speak. The nail technician and receptionist blamed it on me while I was getting my eyelash extensions done. How is this my fault for choosing this color? Whether one coat or two it looks like 5 coats. I will never come again and I was charged for this horrible service. Kumod the owner you should know your staff better I been going to your salon since u were in mankhool. Such a shame.

I had a fantastic and most relaxing facial massage ever with Sheeba. She’s very warm, make sure I’m comfortable all throughout, and delivered the most special and relaxing facial pampering that I didn’t know I needed. Worth doing if you need some ‘self-care’ treat! I already recommended this with friends.

Aliia is probably the best lash extension artist I’ve ever had. She provided good consultation as I wasn’t sure which lash type suited my eyes more and I ended up with an amazing natural and flattering result. She’s very experienced at what she does. Highly recommend for lash extensions 🥰

Worst service i have experienced in a salon and i have visited many different salons. Chaos and mismanagement. Wasted my valuable time. Extremely unwelcoming pedicure technician who was burning my toe with the cleaning machine, she discontinued her service and left my pedicure half unfinished without mentioning anything. Receptionist removed 30 dirhams from total bill as if she can buy my time back.

Ive been getting my nails done every month in this salon so can definitely recommend this amazing place for everyone whos looking for a perfect quality manicure, hygiene and high standards service and friendly ambiance! 🥰 Your journey will be amazing from the time you step in where beautiful CK and ELL will greet you, cute Anne will make you the best drink ever to the point where the best specialist will get your nails perfectly done. Recently, once again , I went into Reign hoping I would have a new dash of color to my otherwise mundane hair. Their new hair stylist Ms Binni put me at ease and showed me choices in hair color without damaging the already damaged hair. I must say, at the end of three hours, I was pleasantly surprised at the outcome. My hair looked gorgeous ! Thank you to the team at Reign who ensures quality is their priority.

I recently had manicure and pedicure done by Indira & Lauren, and I cant say enough good things about them both. Manicure was done by Indira, she is an incredibly talented nail artist, and her attention to detail is second to none. She did this beautiful design and was very creative and fast. Lauren was also very talented and fast and made me best shape and style. I couldnt be happier with the results. Highly recommended.

I tried the Russian Manicure with cat eye and my therapist Gulnara was incredible at her skills. My Footlogix treatment was done by Loraine and she explained me the details through the treatment. I also bought the Footlogix mousse on her recommendation and am hoping to see it work wonders on my foot.Sure to go back to them soon !

Hair services with Fatima was the best but nails is so bad that my gel fell of literally the second day of doing it although the service is not cheap.Edit: I did protein treatment for my hair last year and even though it looked good my hair started shedding like crazy until now, nothing helped me to fix this issue all the hair touched by their protein treatment got damaged and keeps shedding until now, DO NOT do protein hair treatments‼️‼️‼️‼️

I go to Reign every month, I do my manicure with Naaz and every time Im very satisfied. Shes very talended. I really recommend Reign Beauty, its a very professional saloon.

I recently visited Reign Beauty with my mother-in-law to get Geelish nailpaint with nail art done. However, within just 5 days, the nail paint started peeling off completely. When I called the salon on the 6th day to complain about this issue, they told me that they only give a 3-day guarantee. This was extremely disappointing, considering that when we had the nail paint done, they promised that it would last for 3-4 weeks. To make matters worse, when I spoke to a lady on the phone about the issue, she promised to clarify the situation with her manager and get back to me, but I never received a call back. The lack of customer service and quality of the service provided was extremely disappointing.Overall, I would not recommend Reign Beauty to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality nail painting service. The fact that their nail paint lasted for only 5 days, despite their initial promise, is a clear indication of their poor quality workmanship. In addition, their customer service was subpar, and the lack of follow-up only made the situation worse. Avoid this salon at all costs.

I got my hair cut and blow dried by the beautiful Amal, and she did a perfect job. It looks so much healthier and full of life. It’s a must visit 🫶🏻

Absolutely love Reign! I can’t stress enough on how great the quality is here, quality of products, quality of the decor and ambiance and quality of people. Their staff is so nice and so talented. I couldn’t think of going anywhere else anymore. I got my nails done from Naz and hair from shanoza and they’re both amazing girls. I also tried their hydrafacial which was interesting. The thing I love the most is that you can do multiple services in the same chair. I would spend over 6 hours in a salon doing my nail extensions for 3 hours and then my hair for another 3, but here I got both done at the same time while in the same chair. Love when my time is valued but quality isn’t compromised. Going back again soon xx

Was a regular client, but no more!Prices went up with 100AED in 2months time for a simple haircut! Was charged to repair a single nail... one would think after more than 10 times a client would at least be offered a free single nail repair... had to pay 16AED for one nail!!!!! Appointments are just changed... There was even an incident where I was just not assisted with a treatment because front office probably deemed it too small of a treatment...Hairstylests have attitudes! Very rude and disrespectful! So I cannot complain about my nail treatments! But management and front office staff is a total let down! Such a pitty!

I used to be a regular client at reign although recently ever since ck has left everytime I go for a service on call they tell me a different price and when I make a payment they tell me a different price (has happened multiple times). I have asked the manager to call me back and she hasn’t done so in 2 months and I have called back as well to follow up on that but I don’t think they want to take feedback. Also when I want to book appointments they take so long to get back to me and don’t even pick up the call in the first go! It feels like I have to chase them for an appointment

I love this Salon. Their Russian manicurists/technicians are top notch & they really do provide the most amazing Russian manicures. The service is great as they offer a variety of free beverages to the customers & really treat you like a queen. It is a bit pricey as compared to other salons in the market but it’s ok to treat yourself to a good service, once in a while.

Gel manicure didn’t even last a few days. Won’t be coming here again

Wow what a wonderful experience! Upon arrival we were greeted with Elle and the friendliest staff! We had Shanoza and Fatima as hair stylists and they were super friendly and professional! I definitely recommend Shanoza for a layered haircut and styling and Fatima did a great job in styling my sister’s hair and was super patient! Would definitely recommend this place.

I visit Reign Beauty Bar only for waxing and facials. Reign Beauty Bar is blessed to have this lady called Cecilia. She is one of the most sincere service women Ive come across over several visits to this beauty lounge. She is a perfectionist, gentle, genuine and honest. I also like the rest of the staff as they are very warm welcoming and kind. Add to that, its one of the best value for money places Ive found. They are not overpriced, nor is it too cheap. The services are worth the price. Good service.

I saw Lorraine and Chris for my French mani pedi and they were amazing. Such detail and care and they are warm and funny ladies too. I had great fun and felt so pampered. 5 stars for these ladies. I also had my eyebrows threaded by Cecilia who was lovely as well. Thank you to CK for being professional with my booking and answering all my questions before my visit. Really enjoyable first visit. I’ll be sure to visit again.

I have been a regular here but never coming back! The Arabic hairstylist thinks its okay to SHOUT at a client in the middle of her service because her hair are too long or taking 5 extra minutes to get detangled and saying that this will be a separate service extremely rudely and bullying the client into a 300 AED hair treatment. If it was easily done at home, why would anyone come to their salon?! If you want to relax or have a good time, AVOID THIS SALON as you’ll leave in a bad mood. In the past also she has bullied me into buying products but I let it slide. Their staff is always sweet and their manager apologised for this lady’s behaviour but she needs to be taught the difference between upselling and GASLIGHTING or BULLYING someone! Leaving with a bad taste in my mouth, never experienced this in any other salon. Big let down!

I visited Reign for the first time to do a Russian manicure and regular pedicure.Loraine did my pedicure - she has an eye for detail and is very thorough in her job, which is very impressive in my view.Aijana did my Russian manicure (overlay) she did a fantastic job - not a lot of establishments look into details with clients but they do.Also overall all the employees are super friendly - complimentary beverages as well.This is an update to my previous review: star rating from 5 to 1 star.After the first lovely visit I had - every subsequent visit was a disaster, either they don’t have the same technician due to the high turnover they have with employees who do not wish to stay, or them not appreciating that clients have a life and value for time.This specific incident I have been delayed for 25 mins without a courtesy call from them to inform me that I can run my other errands before coming. It’s quiet annoying that as a client my time is not valuable to them.I stopped doing anything except my nails here and once my membership is over I will stop coming here.

I had a haircut, blowout, toning, and hair treatment by Firdaus today at this salon. The staff was so lovely and my hair has never felt so soft and shiny in a long time! They were able to squeeze us in for a same day appointment and had us in and out in less than two hours from start to finish. I would highly recommend Firdaus and the staff at Reign for anyone looking to get their hair done in Dubai !

Absolutely recommended! I went to change completely my hairstyle and Shweta did a great job. First time clients get a 50% off discount which is a really good deal. Will definitely go again, I want to try their manicure and pedicure. The place is beautiful just like a proper reign and their service is spotless.

Have been regular to this salon. No doubt their nails and eyelash services are very good but when it comes to hair it’s pathetic. My experience with this hairdresser named Amal was nothing short of a nightmare. After getting a balayage treatment, my hair is now completely over-processed, dry, frizzy, and my hair is now having a lot of breakage. It feels like straw, and no amount of conditioning can salvage it. The stylist clearly didnt take proper care during the process, leaving my hair damaged beyond repair. Im left with regret and a hefty bill for a botched job. Steer clear of this hairdresser Amal unless you want to risk your hairs health and appearance.This is not incorrect comments.. I have praised your other services such as eyelash extension and Russian manicure then why would I write incorrect comments for your hair stylist ? And I did visit your salon within a week so that your hairstylist can check my hair and before coming I even told them to make sure manager and another hair stylist is present but you guys didn’t consider this important and none of them were present when I came. Yes I refused to go for any other treatments but I never said no to check what had happened to my hair so stop lying and accusing me instead. Also I never came for balayage hair color , your hair stylist forced me to get this thing done. Also she lied to me that there will be an extra charge for blow dry. I never asked to do my blow dry , she helself said that she will do blow dry and there is extra 90 AED CHARGE FOR THAT which I refused to pay and told her not to do blow dry as I can’t pay extra for that. Your hair stylist Amal has lied to me and your staff has agreed to it. Kindly check.

Reign is my go to place whenever I have special occasions. This is my third time to visit the place but it is my first time to try body waxing and Queenie was very gentle with me. You can really feel she is an expert with her craft and was nice to her clients. The place is comfortable and clean, bonus for the stylish interior. They offered complimentary drinks as well. Rhea made me a refreshing red ruby drink which I like after being outside for too long. Id also like to commend CK for being wonderful in scheduling my appointment ahead and for being attentive and caring for my needs that day. She knows which services fits you and very knowledgeable in beauty treatments/services. Overall, I am super happy with my experience and I am glad that Reign exists.

This was my second visit at Reign Beauty Bar for Russian mani and a classic pedi and I absolutely loved it. Nuri did my mani, she was so gentle and professional and did such a great job with my nails. MJ did my pedi, her foot massage was so relaxing and refreshing. I also got my hair done with Shahnoza and Rhea who extremely friendly and kind. Shanhnoza gave me such a lovely haircut. My experience at Reign Beauty Bar both times were amazing! Update: 3 weeks after the mani pedi. The nail stand the work is still intact. Had such a lovely experience at Reign.I moved to dubai about a year ago and have tried so many salons to find one just like this.You either feel you are too much trouble or the attention to detail isn’t there or the products are low quality.Everything was great. I got asked many times if I was ok, if I needed anything. I was offered a drink as soon as I entered. My hair was sprayed with heat protector. It’s the little things I notice the most. I have been to many salons all over the world and the girls working were genuinely happy. It made the atmosphere great.I wasn’t pushed to buy anything at the end and was given a gift too which was so sweet. One thing, I’d like a longer head massage when washing my hair 🙃They have definitely gained a loyal customer who will come back and recommend!Thank you! X

The services i did were waxing, eyebrow threading and a hydrofacial. Waxing done by Angie was really professionally done and she made me feel comfortable during the entire session! My eyebrow threading and facial was done by Cecilia, she shaped my eyebrows perfectly and did the facial really well! she was very informative during the entire session too. She has a good energy and makes me feel welcome in her space, which is very important especially for waxing service. They r very courteous n gentle in their manner n work at the same times very knowledgeable n quick to spot the trouble areas n work on them. Unlike other parlor assistants these two never pushed to buy the much needed products but advised me to choose if I wish to. Definitely a plus for them n Reign.

Finding a good nail technician is not easy. But I highly recommended a lovely lady named Cris for a less pain dry skin removal surrounds your toe nails. The receptionist named CK was very accommodating, helpful and cheerful that you will feel so comfortable to talk with.

I did the hard gel extensions for the first time fresh, after having my baby. It looked fabulous at the time however few days ago my son bent my nail and it fell off. I didn’t pay attention and i had already booked for the refill. 2 days after my other two nails fell off and the fourth was about to fall. I called the salon to tell them that I will come for the refill and im not planning to pay the full price. they said it is “their policy” to charge me full price since it was now more than a week passed and cannot do anything about it. Also they said the manager will call me. The next day still no call from the manager and the lady receptionist P. called me to confirm my booking. Again i said im not planning to pay the full price and again i got the same answer. When i asked why the manager didn’t call they said they were fully busy. So today it would be 25 days since I did my nails and i lost 3. So apparently I should be coming every week for the refill.? Im tired of such salons who do half job! The service is expensive and I expect it to last without losing my nails. Beside they clearly don’t care about the customers.

Kasi is just fantastic! I’ve been getting my nails done with her since I arrived in Dubai and now I actually drive 20km just to keep the service with her! She’s very attentive to details and her job is just PERFECT!!

They certainly cant replicate the color you need.. Although artist is good, but I wouldnt recommend the place for hair-color of choice.. My experience in Dubai I’ve seen A-LOT BETTER for the price. And certainly the first time I have left a saloon with a color not even close to my requirement.You can go for hair color here if you dont have a preference on the outcome.Lastly was disappointed when the hairdresser raised her voice and I had to remind her that it was no way to speak to a customer.

Shahnoza died my hair in a very unique color and better than what I expected! The blowdry was professional as well. Moreover, the saloon vibes is lovely and very hospitable. Their coffee tasted good as well! They give you a menu and you can choose any drink you want.

Hi girls I just went last to this saloon and did my manicure and pedicure and same time the staff recommended Russian manicure only without informing me that next time if I don’t want to continue Russian manicure to remove I need to pay 100/dhs. To begin with they start to sale member ship which is 500/dhs and it’s okay. So this month when I went to remove the my Russian manicure I girls inform me it’s 100 I was shock I inform her it’s from your saloon and then she called her manager who is robot don’t have any experience how handle the clients she was continuously repeating that no you need to pay and as you have membership you can pay 75% only but my question was why it was not informed before. Then after 15 minutes of discussion she left and ignored me completely till more than 35minutes without attending @. 18:00hrs I called the receptionist then the manager can and told within few minutes someone will come. I just want to inform everyone that if argue or say NO I will not pay the staff included owner will leave for hours and when I was leaving I want to speak to the manager and she is busy for WHAT?? I will never step in this salon.Thank you for reading 🙏🙏

Twas my first time here in Reign Salon, and will never go back to the previous salon i’ve been to.. They exceeded my expectations. From the reception, to the free drinks and to the expert nail technician.. Thanks to ate Cris whose hands are very light.Definitely coming back. Highly recommend.

I came in for a lash lift and haircut. The lash lift wasn’t to the height I requested but it looked good. There just may have been some miscommunication. Also, I didn’t realize I received a tint otherwise I wouldn’t have added it, not necessary on my black lashes.The haircut was great- super clean and quick. Exactly what I wanted. Great experience overall.

Amazing make up done by Alua it was gorgeous and professional with precise finition and perfect . Definitely in good hands in this salon. Im a regular customer and Cécilia as always is the queen for eyebrow threading and Angie is rocking at manicur and pedicure . They all do a very clean efficient and professional job with the smile . I had a facial with emelin, she is lovely!Only I had a very unpleasant experience when paying, 3 times they gave me a higher price. First they “forget” the promotion, after telling me a gift card is also a discount and I can’t use it (nonsens)! We paid full amount on the gift card, and the last time she still gave a higher price. Only after I showed her their (!) price list on Instagram she gave the right price. I really don’t like this behaviour, it’s very tricky and misleading. Won’t be coming back

Honestly, very disappointed with the salon.I went there yesterday for mani-pedi and facial. Firstly, the staff there is trying too hard to upsell their services, understandably so as every salon does but here was a bit too much. As soon as I entered, it was my first time.. I got a feeling that they’re just trying to make money out of everything. Somebody is coming and asking the Technitian every 10 mins what all services are being done, Technitian going to the reception twice or thrice to inform about the services being performed.In the end, at the time of billing the receptionist gave me a bill where she overcharged me for services that I hadn’t even availed. I already swiped my card but I was suspicious so asked for a copy of the bill. And, I was correct.. they over charged me and on being questioned the lady started to fool me by telling me I have done nail extensions (which is double the price of what I got done) when I had only done a Russian manicure. I tried to tell her that I know what I got, don’t lie to me and give me rather vague explanations. She wouldn’t agree with me and so we called the Technitian who provided the service to me who then confirmed that I was correct and their lier receptionist was wrong.Next, they charged me for a spa for both hand & feet whereas I had only got foot spa done. It is like a loot in your face. And then they try to justify with the most crazy excuse that they can make thinking that the client is a fool. Also, they have different charges mentioned for other services in their price list and they charge differently upto their wish when you go there. Had I not asked for a copy of the bill, I would’ve ended up paying almost AED 400 more than what I availed services for.They advertise very highly offering 25% discount but their reality is this.Advise to all the clients visiting them to carefully check your bill copies.The technicians were otherwise caring and skilled. I liked their work and would like to appreciate them for that but the truth behind the fancy salon is this money making tactic that they’re using.
