Terrible!!The manager of this salon convinced me to have a treatment done. It was not appropriate for my hair, the final results were terrible! My hair was burned all the way till the roots. Not possible to recover. Will never recommend this place. Be very careful!

If you are always digging for salon packages, this is the salon you need to visit. They have 4 different packages at the moment and new package can be created as per your need. I got my eyebrow threading done by nirin, she has a very soft hand and did a great job in shaping my brows. For waxing(including bikini) and mani pedi angel is amazing. I absolutely adored the mani she did, see the pictures below.What i liked-🌟Services are absolute value for money.🌟Staff is well trained, polite and welcoming.🌟Salon is pretty and hygenic.

Drove from Fujairah to have my hair colored and cut by Kiran, and she did an amazing job. Love my hair.

Not worth for the cost.Their telephone apparently is not working from past 3 months, so you cant take an appointment.I visited for a haircut and their card machine wasnt working and I had to run home to get cash. After two days I receive a call from a lady who said you need to come and pay for the services. She did not even confirm my name before asking me to pay.Also the day I visited, they had left the salon with a beautician who couldnt speak English and the customer before me was trying hard to communicate with her. The beautician was excellent but I blame the manager who left her alone.All in all, they really need to improve their services.

The salon should be avoided!!Totally unprofessional. Communication skills very bad. I asked for eyelash tint therapist comes to do threading.One eyebrow bigger than another.The hairdresser took it off with colour remover that took away the skin above my eyebrow. It didnt see it till I got back home. Called to speak to manager she apologised said I will get a call fromowner. Two days later still no call.I have photos of my injuries its appalling.Never again to visit this salon.

Very professional and friendly. All the girls are sweet , especially Dorry. The best massage ever with Dory. And the pedicure is also great.Anny is great in waxing. I highly recommend this salon.

I love the team here, specially Nobie and Dorothy ! Very dedicated to their clients, always try to accommodate my last minute appointments ! You can trust them for hair colour, brushing, Mani / Pedi but also massage :)

Hair stylist said I dont need hair wash before cut. But they were not clear that it was a free service. I was charged full amount of hair cut. Expected staff to be open and communicate well. :(The hair cut as such was simple and as requested.

Had a really nice experience, very satisfied with my hair cut and highlights.. The lady doing my hair, Ms Komal was very nice and professional and paid a lot of attention to each and every detail. Prices reasonable. Would recommend this salon!

I did DNA botox from the salon lately... and I must appreciate the prompt service by the staff members who were also quite friendly. Special shout out to Bharathi too for her service and commendable job. I would definitely recommend them again 😃

This is a little out of the way but worth the visit! Staff us very skilled and pleasant. The salon owner is also lovely and extremely attentive. Loved my experience and recommend their massages highly!

I go here regularly for my eyebrows. Have tried doing it in a lot of places and people seem to just mess it up but not Shazia who works here . She looks at my requirements and my face shape and does an exceptional job. The other services are expensive though. The charges for haircut, Mani ,pedí are slightly higher than other places .

I REALLY ENJOYED going in this salon at Al BARSHA HEIGHTS, the staff ARE VERY ENTHUSIASTIC! and they really value costumer service. I like my hair color and style, as well my new nails color. thanks guys see yousoon....

Angel was extremely professional and took the time to make sure she did a thorough job! I really appreciate the fact that she didn’t double dip into the wax! Super clean place, would highly recommend!

Okay Im changing my mind honestly, this is my fourth or fifth time with them and Im noticing in the last 2 or 3 times they dont want to work!They welcome you with an attitude and no one is smiling!To be honest (only the Indian lady) smiles (sorry I dnt know her name)And guess what? I went 2 days ago to remove my gelish mani and she broke my nail (not the white normal long nail) nooo the nail from middle (deep broke) and it started bleeding and all what she said ohh sorry!!!The image is not soo clear but at least it explainsSeriously? Like at least go to the pharmacy next to your salon and treat my nail!And also they did not ask me not to pay! They said nothing!!!This is the first time it happens to me honestly in my life and Im so disappointed.This is not professional at all and I was sooo mad.All salons should be prepared for such accidents and treat customers professionally and kind!Never again

The value this place offers is good, especially if you get their package deal. Ive had a wide spectrum of experience here in the last couple years - from amazing to not great but this is my go to place (except for hair) and Id recommend it.

I love Reine ladies salon…this is my first visit for the hair color,hair cut..also reasonable price compare to other salon…the manager was so friendly an staff too…they welcome with tea,coffe..My first experience was so so amazing.highly recommend this salon for everyone ..lovely music an peaceful place…appreciate for management all the best👍👍👍
