Reptilia Nails and Beauty Salon (RNB)

I am regular customer for this Saloon since they open; up to this now they change the management and owner I’m still a regular customer; but now what make me not to come because one of the receptionist was too rude and judge me for being a transgender women; and even over charge me for another 40 Aed and she even make it 30 Aed because she know that I am already upset to her. If this Saloon is for the ladies only why they accept Men inside the saloon? And even they don’t have proper hygiene for their utensils. Now they are begging me to back attached herewith the conversation of their manager and the receptionist who is very rude and very direspectul.

Hajal did really good job, she makes my eyebrows really nice same as always. And thank you for teresa introduce your salon and her hard work ❤❤❤

I have gone two times cause there is an African girl whose hands is good in massage, tow times they charge the same , today went early morning with my own karak tea from cafeteria , and they were even including my karak tea and water which i dint even sip from them i hear the girl telling all theses ? what the hell , I dont want to argue given, x amount for pedicure and head massage, they write something and charge extra for my even own karak .you may be having many customer but having a consistent customer who comes all the way from far distance for your service you should know how to keep them ,Never take advantage if the customer is consistent , even include my own karak tea on the service what a*****will never go again ....
