Imagine a barbershop without ear wax. Also this guy was so unhappy that I came for only wax. Sorry man, next time I will save all hair related requirements then I will come ok? Sorry.

I have a very good experience with rerotti (remraam) first of all its next to my place, and I love going back there as only one staff can handle my pedicure (ingrown issue) and thats Mae, Mae is so knowledgeable of her job. She knows what she is doing. She is very passionateon her skills and friendly, always feel at home everytime i come to pamper myself. Most of all, staff are so friendly from receptionist (Babna) she is very professional and respectful. Leni and Rhea are so hardworking yet friendly. Overall, I do recomend rerotti base on my experience. And I would like to add that, whenever I have an issue, they quickly fix and act immediately.

Did my hair with Mimi: the hair color i looove it! Also manicure girls are so lovely and do their job very well! I go every two weeks in remraam.

Mimi did an amazing job with my haircut and highlights! She really listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. The highlights look so natural, and the haircut is just perfect. I did hair protein for the 4th time and i am very satisfied with the results, they use organic products which wont cause hair fall, I recommend Mimi, she is very good and I also had a free hair trim which i am happy about

Very materialistic. I understand its a business, but their terms and conditions regarding the packages have ambiguous points just to make more money! I am moving to another salon. One day might come you need to pay if you want to say hi to them.

Not my first visit to this saloon but this time it was really bad.. I started with padi/mani and got multiple cuts around my nails that were bleeding during the service. The cuts kept hurting and formed black crusts later on during the day as shows in pics below. I tolerated this quietly and gave excuses in my head to the technician.. then after when we moved to the hair blow dry I kept getting burned.. I notified the lady two times and told her not to get close from my scalp as the dryer setting is too hot for me. On the third burn I had enough and just couldnt contain myself and ended that torturing appointment mid service. I couldnt understand the lack of basic manners of both ladies as they never apologized while causing me cuts or burning me and just continue working like nothing happened. The reception lady was nice enough tho and tried to fix it but I had enough and couldnt force myself to sit in that chair again.

Terrible experience. Didnt provide the service I booked for but only told me when I was already at the salon. Nailtech was rough with my fingers and hurt me often. Charged me AED 95 for something I could easily do myself at home. Wont go back again....

Ive had the best massages at Rerroti. The best massage Ive ever had was done by Bisana. I get a massage atleast once a month. Ive gone to Rerotti 4 times and they were all very good but my 4th massage was done by Bisana and it was the best massage Ive ever had. I will definitely be back.

I will give 5 stars.I have been going to rerotti remraam since 2019, and they didnt disappoint me with the quality of services. May is my go-to nail specialist, and she knows what i want and always looks after me when i visit the salon . Even we left the remraam community last 2020. I am still going there and used their services.

Gents salon is very terrible for haircuts and service really not satisfied with the experience

I’ve only been to the salons a few times but have had to wait 30 mins each time even though I had a booking.My cuticles have never looked worse and my gelish has come off after 1.5 days.The ladies are lovely but the service/ outcome isn’t up to standard.

Just did my haircut, treatment and colour with Abeer! She did great job really and was very supportive! All team in general very nice!

Don’t go here if you want any kind of fade. Guy cutting my hair was also unhygienic and rude. Probably gonna go to a different salon to get this fixed.Pros:- quick haircutCons:- Didn’t get what I asked for at all. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and also told him (size 1 razor at the bottom, 2 near the top, blend in the middle). It just looks ugly now.- he used a size 1 razor halfway up the back and sides, then used some scissors so it’s not blended between the sizes whatsoever. It’s also uneven.- The guy cutting my hair was also sick and coughing/blowing his nose a lot, after which he didn’t wash his hands either and kept cutting my hair.- Also poked my scalp with the scissors a couple of times, accidentally I’m sure, but come on. It’s not cool to get poked in the head with scissors.- dropped the comb a couple times on the ground, just kept using it anyways.

I come for protein hair treatment, manicure and perdicure, and blow dry.Superb service everytime, they have never failed me, and if I didnt like something, they were quick and professional to fix it instantly.Everytime I go to another salon, I get disappointed and compare it to Rerotti.Very happy today with my hair treatment and gelish mani/pedi.Special thank you and shoutout to Abeer, May, Jihan, and Nariman the manager. The hair protein treatment in offer was good. Liked the service. Other products and services are bit pricey if not in offer.

I went for a haircut, manicure and pedicure and they did a great job!Booking was really easy (they have the option for online booking) when I arrived they were ready and everything was done in one hour. The ladies were very welcoming and accommodating.

I usually dont like to rate businesses low, but just can not keep myself this time. Please, please, please LISTEN TO THE CLIENTS. I had a haircut and had an impression, that the hairdresser completely ignored my requests making what she was thinking is good for me. The result was completely disappointing. Moreover they charged me extra for the blow dry, which I never requested as I usually wash may hair after each hair cut. Just waste of money, very average quality for the high price.

Today got free blow dry and nail color service from the salon. It was amazing. They were having a day for breast cancer awareness with discounts and free services nd goody bags aswell.

I was on vacation for a week and stayed at a friends house in Remraam. The service was very good. I was very happy with the pedicure and also with the new color of my hair. I asked them to note down the name and number of the color of the hair so that i will have the chance in Germany to color the exact way. Unfortunately, I lost the note with the name of the color. That is why I sent them a message via email asking them because they said they will also note it down because i was registered there. I sent them 3 emails. And they did not reply yet. I tried the normal email-address and I also filled out a form on their website. But no answer yet. I was happy with the service there but i am not happy with the service via email.

Ive been having a haircut here for the past 3 years.Very friendly staff, very attentive. All the little difference and extras make it worth going here.1) they cut really well. And listen atte tively to what you want2) they give you a complimentary facial scrub, coffee and steamed cloth for a psot wash. And the wash before and after is also a welcome touch.3) 120 for a great cut and brilliant shave is not expensive at all.

Used it 2 or 3 times. But had very bad experience with my sons haircut. Barber Used machine to cut hair on him. His skin had become red . Person cannot speak English and even after telling to slowdown he wasting responding. For adults maybe OK. But for kids I do not recommend.

I always go to the ladies salon in remraam. Honestly the best nails I’ve ever had done and the blow dry service never disappoints.

Have been doing protiene treatment for 4th time. After trying so many salons. Its my best decisionStaff is friendly.and salon is cozy

The ladies were quite professional and fast, so all good on that.However, the reason I gave 4 stars is that I found it quite expensive. I mean, a mani-pedi NO polish, just cleaning, cost AED 150. Kinda pricey.

I am a Remraam resident and I am loyal customer for probably more than 2 years. I avoid posting negative reviews but I was very disappointed today. Not in the manicure and pedicure services but in the customer service at the payment counter. I was served an offer two weeks back, for gelish mani+classic pedi. Today I went and requested for classic mani+pedi and I was actually charged for removing the gelish manicure. When asked whats the rational, I was told everyone is charging for removing and providing I would have continued with gelish, I wouldnt have been charged. I did mention I have never been charged before and she broke down the total amount I was due to pay, completely ignoring my logic reasoning. Sad to see you dont value customers that support your business constantly even in times of crisis. If I return, would probably be for the hard working girls over there. Kudos to May, always patient and smiling.

Worst place to get a haircut. The guys would rush you. Communication was poor. Possibly the worst haircut I’ve got. But service to other people were better than mine from what I have seen. Overall, not recommended

I came on Valentine’s Day ,my hair is short with no extensions ,the lady prized it 280 dirhams !!! And it is only normal waves I wanted it to be retro but their staff couldn’t do it as they are not experienced enough ,after negotiations she gave a price of 200 dhs which is still very very very expensive for the quality and shortness of hair ,I did my nails hands and feet only color (normal color ) she made me pay 130 dhs for that !!!! Like I paid 336 dhs for something I could have paid only 170 dhs or 200 dhs maximum for that quality ,very disappointing and very overpriced for no valid reason ,talking about remraam branch

I am very satisfied with the treatment. I had no appointment and no waiting time. I got a great haircut and beard shaving very fast and accurate. Full recommendation and the price is okay.

I’m coming to the salon because it’s near to my house staff is so friendly but some nail technicians they’re not professional I did pedicure and manicure I asked them to do French manicure three girls there was trying to draw for me French after two days my nails was already damage I did my waxing there it was so terrible and the same girl she wash my hair and it was so bad I ask her are you hairdresser she answer me is in so rude way and she burn my under arms I will not come to this place again to do my waxing or for my hair

The worst salon in Dubai. The service is very bad. They are very financial. They dont care about customer satisfaction. Their prices are exaggerated. I had my nails gelled and ruined in less than a week. They wont change them. They want me to go back and pay. They dont deserve half a star.

I havent visited, but they seem to have hair artists, but the prices are expensive
