The best salon in Dubai, the whole staff are so lovely especially Kareema she is very professional and kind and she knows how to keep the customers happy she has excellent customer service, I did my first hair extensions with the best Mayada was amazing my sister recommended Mayada and now I only deal with her, Mayada is super friendly and I feel happy when I see her and she does the best blow dry and the best curled hair, I have no enough words to describe how pleasant dealing with Mayada she always cares about the customers and only advice what is best for them I will do more services with her, and Zainab does the best keratin extensions she is an expert when it comes to it , I will only do the keratin extensions with her I had a great experience she was very patient and she took a good care of my hair, Zainab is amazing , Mayada and Zainab are very professional I love their work, I loved how komal took care of my hair and she is very good when it comes to washing the hair especially with extensions, and Aya is the best piercer she will give advice and I love how professional she is I love her work. I recommend every lady to come to this beautiful salon as they have a valet parking so you don’t worry about parking.

I had hair and makeup appointmentThe make up was not clean , I had to clean the mascara cause it was all around my eye lid and under my eye .. and I had to keep fixing the eyelash cause it was not fixed right .. note that the make up artist saw that I was cleaning the mascara and she ignored plus I had to tell her to fix my eyelash ,, still it was not fixed wellAnd about my hair ,, it was seriously a disaster , note that I informed them that I’m going to a wedding party so they could do something good for me at least .. and the hair style i choose was simple ,, just some wavy hairstyle .. and I showed her my picture in different occasions how it’s done simply .. still .. it was very bad .. a kid could’ve done better .

This salons lack of organization, punctuality, and disregard for customer bookings left me incredibly disappointed. Despite booking in advance and paying upfront, I was left waiting for an extended period only to have an assistant that doesnt know what she is doing, not the stylist I booked with, do my hair. It was so bas she was literally burning my hair. I got super annoyed had to stop her and waited for hours for my turn with the stylist, till i got frustrated and had to leave. Very low quality service. I wouldnt recommend this salon to anyone looking for reliable and professional service. I had to go home and do my own hair! Such a waste of time and money!I had a very bad experience, I found them in instagram, too bad how marketing tricks you and makes the place seem like it something else!Ahh yes and i had make up there, to be honest the make up was very basic and not even on trend! If you are a person who has a higher standard and care about quality and professionalism , basically your not even getting any closer to what you are paying for!I left immediately with a huge disappointment and unfinished hair!

This is the first time I do Brazilian Blow Dry. Thank God I did it at Rival. They did it perfectly well. Because it took them four hours to do my hair so I knew it was really good. It has been two weeks now and my hair keeps getting better.My hair is shiny and healthy. It takes me 10 minutes to do my hair after this treatment.I also did manicure. It was super good.

I am really disappointed! I called for nail extensions and got price when i arrived to reception,lady who is arabic speaking was extremely rude! The way she explains offer was extremely rude I thought she will punch me on the face, while she was explaining (shouting) everybody was looking at us! Felt not welcome and left..sad that receptionist makes people run away never recommend..!

I have done today facial with Elma. She is really good and great asset to the saloon which is not worth going there for any service. The way they treated their own staff was really shocked and poor. The prices are between normal to high but their offers and discounts are so tempting. The issue with parking lots. You need to come early as the parking lots very limited and it is better to take appointment.

They don’t care about customers, they only care about money, I did Microbleding and I didn’t like it, I contacted the lady she did it for me several times to remove it but she never get back to me, I contacted the salon as well, they also ignored me!!! Now I need to find another salon to remove this Microbleding, so many customers have the same bad experience.

I only choose RIVAL to do my acrylic nails and i will never trust any other salon tbh, the stuff are professionals, but i needed to take 3 rounds to find a parking there.

Worse service ever, they dont care about the customer they care only about money, I bought an extension from then with a very high price later I came back to color it, it tooks them 5 hours to get the color after that they said we cant coz its coming colored from the factory in a another world not natural hair, and instead of changing it for me they ask me to buy a new one from them👎

The salon is more than wonderful and all the services are excellent. Of course, for me, Mayada is the most clever and wonderful thing. The hair is creative every time, and the makeup artist Samar does her makeup and it is nothing better. It highlights the features naturally and sweetly, and of course, Madam Karima, there is no one like her who pampers the customers. It is impossible for her to appear alone and not satisfied. June 2nd 2024, I had them do my hair… It was my first time getting my hair dyed. I requested an ash brown hair color with highlights. The lady Meyada said she could do it she lied on purpose, half way through she says she can’t achieve the desired result. She turned my hair yellow and made me pay around 1800aed. Moreover she took 5+ hours on my hair! She stopped midway through doing my hair to smoke multiple times. She may have been nice but her work is certainly far from nice. My hair was and is still fried. Do NOT go there unless you want them to destroy your hair. I can’t attach a picture online because I wear the hijab.Mayada, may God forgive you... You cut me off, ruined my hair, and made it yellow and soft, and today my hair is burnt! God is not satisfied with me!!!The first time I dyed my hair and you made me regret it! May God guide you!

The best salon for installing wigs. I have been working with them for nearly 7 years in this field. Their package starts at 500 dirhams, including washing and installation, and the price is subject to increase if it is more than 3 hair boxes. Do not hesitate to ask sister Mayada.

I was always going to do protein only, but I tried the hair at Hadeel and the makeup at Samar Talaat, a bride, and I never expected to look better than what I expected. They are both the best combo, to be honest, and I will make them for sure.
