Simply AMAZING!!! Miriam and Marisel did my manicure and pedicure and it was the best mani/pedi I ever got! They listened to what I asked for and got it done without any issues!! Usually I have to repeat myself many times and I never got the result I wanted. Than you to the girls and the ladies in charge of the operation! I can’t recommend this salon enough! My day started with a hair disaster—my straightener broke mid-way, leaving one side of my hair sleek and the other side wavy and frizzy. Desperate, I walked into this salon without an appointment because it was right across from my hotel.The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. They immediately sat me down and got to work fixing my situation. My stylist was quick yet thorough, and in just 20 minutes, my hair looked absolutely flawless—smooth, shiny, and completely frizz-free.This place truly saved my day! 10/10 recommend for their professionalism, efficiency, and kindness.

I came here for the first time and had my nails done by Celine. She was super friendly and polite. We had a nice little chat. She took a lot of time to make sure my nails were prepared properly and did the most amazing ombré manicure. The rest of the girls ere also very attentive and would come over to have a chat and check in on me every once in a while. Overall, awesome service, great attention to detail and clean. Would definitely recommend 🥰.

Exceptional service! Arezoo is the best nail technician in Dubai, very attentive, so polite, and incredibly talented. Nilo is superb and never fails to greet you with her warm smile and offers you a great cup of coffee :) the salon is neat and cozy, well-equipped and offers all services at very reasonable rates. Nesreen, the owner, is meticulous and extremely caring towards her customers and staff, always ready to receive feedback and goes above and beyond to make your experience memorable and one of the best!

Great experience. I had my hair done with Lama who was lovely and very talented. I enjoyed my scalp scrub and honestly was a very relaxing and enjoyable service 🫶🏼 highly recommend to try it out.

Pedicure here was great, but Brazilian waxing was a disaster. It was painful, it’s now the day after and my skin is irritated and there is still a lot of hair left. Do not recommend for waxing. I wanted to give feedback directly, but couldn’t find a WhatsApp or contact form to reach out.

I really love this place. I am here from the US and was looking for a place to get my nails done and this was a place I found near where I was staying. I have never had anyone take so much time and care doing my nails and I could tell she really wanted me to be happy with my nails. I am super happy with them! She did then exactly the way I was hoping for and probably even better! Everyone who works here is so sweet and it was nice chatting with them while I was there. They definitely went above and beyond any place I have ever been to and I will be back and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for any of their services.

Horrible experience and the manager (Nasreen) is extremely disrespectful and threatened to call the police on me.They advertise ‘henna services’ but their supposed henna artist do not have any experience of applying henna. I had sent photos of the design I wanted and at no point did they tell us that their staff was not able to apply those designs.The manager wanted me to pay AED 50 for a less than basic henna design which her staff could not even apply properly.She asked me why I did not get up from the chair if I did not like it. People who do not know how to manage customers, should not get into customer service industries. Also do not false advertise henna services when you do not have the staff to apply the most simple designs.Absolutely horrible and pathetic. Do not recommend going to this place at all.

I love the ladies at rolling nails. They do a beautiful job!!! Be it hair with Selma - color, treatment, cut and blowdry - all expertly done! Or eyelash extension, eyebrow tinting, waxing, mani, pedi (all services ive done there!) are amazing and always perfectly done. They are always smiley and in good spirits and ways with a smile and nice tea during your stay. Highly recommend!

It’s my favourite salon! Great service and all the ladies are so lovely! Kussum is always so kind and helpful for waxing, Aru does an amazing precise job with the nails and I got one of the best blow dry here. They always do their best to achieve what you are looking for and provide a welcoming atmosphere.

Found this place very randomly but have been coming back for all treatments ever since. I have mani pedi, lash lift, threading and blow dry and all of the ladies are lovely and excellent at the services.

Just to do nail extension refill (only for hand nails), i have been charged 315 aed which is way too expensive ..also just to do a small heart with a 4 letter word they are charging 10 aed per finger...rest everywhere in professional nail salon all nail art with beautiful designsare just 5 aed per finger.. visiting first and last time....NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN😖

I was a frequent customer of this business, until the last visit, Staff typically good, however when I visited there, the girl wore no mask and was coughing all over me, she was clearly sick, and I since got sick also, FROM Her, a horrible lack of care by this salon allowing her to work and spread germs and flu to customers, DO NOT VISITThis is on behalf of my wife, Albina, there on 23rd, family are STILL too sick to leave home, the space you operate in is way to competitive in JLT for this to happen, sick staff should be sent home
