I came in for a Brazilian appointment, and the lady who assisted me didn’t know how to speak English. This is my second time coming to the salon thinking that the second time may be better but my first experience was the exact same thing as my second the wax that they used was very hot and it burned my skin. And I was having trouble making the technician understand that I want the wax to be not too hot because I cannot bear the heat. It was also very hot inside the cubicle and inside the whole Salon itself..The price for 60 is not even worth-it. The lady who did my bikini wax didn’t know how to properly do it because she was rubbing my skin way too much. It made my skin red and it made me have pain all over. I hundred percent do not recommend the salon they don’t attend to their customers properly and one of the ladies even tried to give me a higher price for the service that I took.

Lovely place with friendly staff. Celest and Renu lovely ladies, attentive and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and return.
