It was an absolute wonderful experience. I had taken my teenage son for haircut and the hair stylist did a fabulous job. He paid attention to what my son needed exactly and executed it really well. Will definitely go back again and highly recommend this salon.

Sbo Tarek went above and beyond what I would have expect. Paid attention to detail to make sure every hair was correctly cut and in place. Nose and ear waxing was definitely needed!

If I give not 5 but 50 starts it will be still too less. Being the customer for almost last 5 years, cant be happier with the service, namely my wonderful hairdresser and lady taking care of my face. Cant recommend enough. Believe me, they are THE BEST 👍💯

Very prompt and relaxing service- felt pampered for a simple haircut - took great care and attention to detail- head and shoulders massage was incredibly relaxing.

I got my nails done here. While my nails looked good after the service, I had an issue with an ingrown nail, and I asked them to treat it. Unfortunately, they didnt handle it well, and it still hurts. The salons ambiance was relaxing, and the staff was friendly overall, but I was disappointed with how my concern was addressed. Its essential for salons to provide proper care and attention to their customers needs. I hope they can improve in this area to ensure better customer satisfaction in the future.

BEWARE! Do not go to this place. I went here in late July and called them from my room in the Marriott about getting a facial and a haircut. I asked them to give my daughter a facial.During the process, they asked if I wanted a pedicure, and the lady who was doing it, was pressing and said I will massage your hands complimentary. It seemed fishy because I was just in there for a haircut and a facial. So I agreed to the pedicure.The entire staff kept on asking permission to do something which should be part of the service.In the end, when I was done with my service which only lasted 1.5 hours, I received a 3200 AED bill from the woman in the front. She didn’t even have an itemized receipt. So I asked her for one.When she showed me the bill a few days later, she had charged for things like caviar? I certainly would not have eaten caviar and I certainly was never asked to apply it to my face.This salon seems strapped for cash and it’s always empty. They are going out of business from my perception. So if they have availability, it’s because no one is going there. And they will try to rip you off.

Haircut-mid fade- I don’t trust any barber other than my own back home, but I took a chance with this place. Pleasantly surprised at how well it went and the service was good. Short dude with the Terry Silver hair style (Karate Kid reference) did a solid job. The haircut was 157AED but it’s 100% worth the pace of mind if you ask me. Thanks again!

Use with caution or just throw your money at them. I have to say I’m disappointed. Haircut was very mediocre £5 barbers kind of cut. The staff were very polite but not informative. The problem was the pushy behaviour of the staff telling me to use a certain hair treatment. Not telling me they were charging me for it, even with me not even wanting said treatment, but they still applied it. Now I’ve got smooth silky useless hair that’s cost me £150 extra on top of my standard cut. Basically got swindled somewhere that should be safe from the tourist traps. Be ashamed. I paid 800AED instead of the 100AED quoted to me in the beginning.

Avoid at all costs. Let your nails grow till they become disgusting better than getting scammed. The going rate in Dubai and globally for pedicure manicure is around 170/250 combined this would be at the highest standard and the highest cost. You can find very good one for 150. These guys dared to try to charge me 494AED from 2 unqualified nail technicians, with basic tools to cut nails and smelly creams and lotion . I refused and the owner ended up asking me to pay what I thought was right. I felt bad so I paid 250 but that service deserves 99AED max .The price list for hair cuts and the gents doing them seem very good and will take care of you but I didn’t experience it. Due to horrible experience and the audacity that they tried it I will not recommend this place ! Go to the mall if your a tourist they wouldn’t dare to rip you off and ask pricing before you do it !

Throughout the hotel its listed thats they are having 50% discount on nails, I asked them how much it is for regular nail just manicure they said 130 aed. They kept saying that if I did both manicure and pedicure I will have more discount, so I decided to do it, I ended up with 670 aed for just a manicure and pedicure. And what they promised to last a month is falling off day one, I told them before leaving they said thats how its supposed to be. Never trust a hotel salon, a total rip off. Make sure you are clear on the prices before doing any work there. Workers were nice though.

They are simply the best, I love their hair cuts, blow drys, hair colors and hair treatments. Every time I go I feel so special and beautiful.
