I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hair spa. From start to finish, it was far below expectations. The staff were unprofessional and rude—they didn’t even offer me anything to drink until I specifically asked if they had something.I went to treat my hair, but unfortunately, it ended up worse than before. The technician used excessive heat during the blow-dry, causing visible damage. While washing my hair, water repeatedly went into my ears, and only after I pointed it out did she ask if I wanted earplugs—something that should have been offered beforehand.Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hair spa.

I just love this salon. Each chair feels like its own private area due to the pretty curtains, and J loved how Sumudu took such good care of me. She was attentive to all my needs and took real good care of my hair. Loving this!

Receptionist is kind of weirdShe doesn’t want any kind of sound to happenEven if you move the little stool she’ll come and says please mam no sound is allowed. Sometimes customers have emergency or they need to answer the phone callShe comes and roams around to say no sound allowedIf this is the rules of the salon why don’t you do private rooms instead of curtains ?

I tried their scalp clinix treatment as well as the K18 treatment, which comes with a blow dry. I loved the scalp treatment it was so refreshing and I felt so fresh. The k18 gave smoothness and shine to my hair. Overall will suggest to try!

Actually I was very disappointed today for my 5 visit and today by a staff she informed me to not to speak or open my mouth because of customer doing massage this is disrespectful and I will not recommend anyone to come again so you go instead to enjoy you need to shut your mouth and not to talk on your phone or while you have headset as well such a disrespectful staff to clients massage should be is a closed room not near hair treatments

I had my nails done a week ago, However, I was dissatisfied with the cleaning process and the way they were cleaned and painted. Unfortunately, after only one week the nail polish started to chip.
