My favourite Manicure and Pedicure saloon ever. I only do M&P over Roots Saloon. The prices very reasonable and the team are very very friendly.

I took my girls for hair cut and trim today at Roots.The place is clean and elegant. The windows were exposed to the mall side. They told it’s reflective glass but they lowered the curtains for me. I have booked for hair trim for all three but the hairdresser considered two of them as cuts due to the nature of the hair and the length of cut which was fair.To make me happy, they offered a fair discount on the cuts.They were friendly especially the philipino hairdresser and youngest was pleased with her.Like the place and consider it for future visits.

Good Ukrainian lady called JANNA she did for me Nashi hair treatment. I tried same treatment in other Roots saloon branch but didn’t feel any change but with Janna I feel the positive difference. I became their regular customer for Anashi hair treatment. Best salon in Dubai. Maghi does my hair perfectly every time! She does amazing work, understands exactly what you are looking for, and is very professional.The stylists are updated on all the new products and are trained with Loreal color. 100% would recommend anyone who needs her hair done!They also provide other services for nails, spa, etc.

I have been going to Roots Salon for a few years. There are 2 amazing ladies: Shahla and Shelly. I swear by them.Shahla has been taking care of my hair for years now and honestly, she’s truly amazing. My hair loves her tender care and her cuts and color are impeccable.You simply have to let her work her magic on your hair too! 😍

Very professional. Clean and friendly staff. I went back today for a facial with the new russian lady who has such a warm approach and she did a lifting facial...something i never experienced in my life and you can tell when someone is passionate in what they do. This was far the best facial ive experienced and with results that speaks for itself. Thank you

The service was average, the people working there are very nice but the tools seemed dirty i dont know if they were or if it was the lighting but they charged double than what is stated here which i did not appreciate so either they havent update this or they scammed me.

Roots salon was closed on a Friday at 5pm. Instead my daughter went to first floor and visited elata beauty salon in sunset mall.

Hair Great Shelly is amazing. However there is no WiFi for clients why?!!
